The "reality" is never negative... only the illusions and "paranoia" of the small self and ego that must be maintained to exist as a individual
the incomplete picture that we interpret with half baked ideas and conditioned mind
The final truth is:
nothing ever happened
nothing is happening now.

no-one can hurt you but your own ignorance and confused impulses
you are all that you hate and fear and want to destroy.
shaking a self righteous fist at "weather" patterns
All this 3rd density "reality" is a distortion of the sense organs... mind dust
the real is what does not come or go... what does not change
what has never been born and what cannot die
the whole is perfect and indestructable
and you are it
every single atomic particle= your own face
every nano second of time= an enlightening dream

Thanks for the years of education and opening me up to a lot of new ideas and possibilities and growth. Kinda of sad to see NR go, but it's been a gem and full of lots of good stuff. I always wished I had more time to sit down and hammer out posts but it always seems like so much work. Greets and thanks to everyone who used to be on the IRC channel, lots of good times there for sure! Montalk as done great work and the forum of course has been great because there were so many good contributions.

I was hoping there'd be more about where are you all going to be hanging out with now after the NR closing? I've had less time lately anyways, new job, can't even read 1/2 the posts recently. But NR has been great to me and I wish you all the best! Best forum ever and I bet it helped out a lot more people than are posting here. I spent so much time reading NR, and camping on chat a few times. Really it's been a big chunk of my life in the last few years. Definitely gonna be a void and a little bit of sadness at its passing. Hopefully we can take what we learned here and go forth and make bigger and better things happen in the world. Take the fruit from here and plant new seeds and maybe the good things can multiply out there somehow...

Hopefully some of us are still bumping into eachother somewhere. Lots of good people and good times. It's been a great ride and def changed me for the better I think. Thanks to all of you past and present smile

If you're leaving the forum online, can you please update the search feature so that you can quote phrases?  I know..I know..I'm a horrible STS entity.  Well, if the forum was more easily searchable, I think it may help speed up the STO process...just sayin ; )

      Thanx for the forum Tom and everyone else thanx for all the information that i fueled myself. It was my first time ever being on a forum and the whole idea of shutting down doesn't look fine cuz this is the only website i hit to everytime i come to internet cafe. But I guess we all need to move on in real life puttin all the information that we have learned from here to bring changes in our life and the world that we live to make it a better place for the future. montalk, I can't thank you enough for having this forum.
It has been an incredibly enlightening and inspiring adventure.
We have connected with so many meaningful thoughts and ideas
and PEOPLE here that it boggles the mind. 
I was new to the internet back in 2000 and the first interesting
site I found was Godlike Productions.  But soon it became nothing
but a bunch of apes on methedrine and very little truth was
being uncovered.  Then that Carissa Conti did a plug on GLP to
montalk's forum and I was HOOKED!  Thank you so much, lyra
for dangling some good bait online at GLP to catch me! 
I've said it before and I'll say it again, never have I been able
to participate in a forum or gathering of people where TRUTH
was the main purpose like here at NobleRealms.  Most of the
other sites I've seen seem to be populated with people who
are only interested in winning arguments or having flame wars.
I know this has been a major undertaking on your part, montalk,
and I know you've had lots of help from lyra, and I want to
thank you both for keeping this going for so long under extreme
conditions.
I'll be exchanging emails with some folks here and archiving the
heck out of all the cool information which has yet to be digested
by me.  This isn't my last post, but I wanted to send my thanks
while I have a chance!

Are you sure, Tom Paine?  I don't recall doing that.  I once signed on to GLP recently to clarify something.  Don't recall posting there in the past, unless I'm going senile??   sad   I was never a fan of GLP, barely read it....

lyra, maybe someone referenced an article you wrote and
posted it on GLP.  I know it was an article and I think it was on the
forum or it could've been on tom's page.  But at any rate your
article was what brought me here.  So, thanks anyway (if indirectly!)
