I think it is a probable truth that we chose to incarnate into this dimension/density precisley because we wished to experience or participate in 3rd density physicality, with all its percieved limitations.
At risk of stating the obvious: sleeping, eating washing, shopping etc, are all an integral part of maintaining the well being of the physical. I don't see them as a chore. They can be very enjoyable activities if you choose to experience them that way. they don't make me feel "dependent" on the physical. I am physical and I embrace it, especially whe I get into a swimming pool!. I think a key point arising from this thread is that of how ones percieve reality. And that is a mirror of where you are in the circle of life on earth.
From what I understand of what many call "the Work", or "the purpose of life", a major part of what some of us working on the ascending spiral of life came here to do, was to master emotion whilst still in the physical. Working to be balanced, even in the midst of this current cosmic tornado. The Matrix Comtrol System for want of a better phrase, is a very challenging prison to "escape" from. Perhaps we just underestimated how difficult, before we incarnated!. Some perhaps came to just observe and not participate except when necessary to keep the body alive. Others actively choose to align with the prison system perhaps because that is their current choice. I choose to "express my "resistance" by increasing my awareness. Then attempting to put that awerenss into action in all aspects of my physical, intellectual and emotional aspects.
This is not just limited to atttending political rallies, or even as some choose to do, actively attacking the system. As I am trying to work to be of service to life, I do not advocate attacking anything or anyone. However, if I should be attacked, I surely have the human right to choose to resist, emotionally, intellectually and sometimes physically.
Hence humanity has a large body of evidence and schools of thought about a millenial quest to "ascend". Your statement "You are not meant to be free" seems to be justified and based on an assumption that we must not act physically - and you limit physicality to violence - to create the kind of future we wish to see. ie turn the other cheek and only go inward. I think if one subscribes to free will, one can not seek to determine or judge another's way of expressing their work.
How is one to temper and test their ability to balance the emotional and the physical and the mental, if they do not engage with clear and positive intention, with life in this "prison"?
I agree, we are "not meant to be free" according to the Matrix in its 3rd dimensional expression, but we have a choice, and your statement implies that lying back and finding some detached inner peace will suffice. We can choose to march, write books, interact with full consideration to all we meet, etc. Its all interconnected. thus we are both a part, and not a part of the "system".

Especially since most of us do not carry knowledge of other realities (other lives, dimensions, higher conciuosness) with us at least in waking state. Were here to deal with what's in front of us (or in back of us, boo!).

I agree with the above and just happen to find nothing "wrong" with being physical. Nor do I equate "resistance" with violence. At some level, it is a voluntary choice that we have made, even if, as alluded to above, you think you may think you did not come here of your own free will..

So you are not dependent upon this system. In that case, you must have already risen above the third dimension and are hacking into the internet through your mind. You do not work as you can provide for yourself through creational energies. You do not buy food at a store, or appliances at electronical outlets (like the computer you are probably typing on), you do not live in a house/apartment/condominium, as this would again show dependence upon the system. Am I right so far?..........
........I know exactly what you mean, but you are still not addressing the central theme of this post. I'm saying that channelling anger into positive means is, of course, healthy for you and healthy for your surroundings; however, actual physical resistance is altogether worthless due to the ripple effect the system causes when such instances occur.
Peace and good vibes,

Did someone advocate a physical violent uprising of some sort? I don't recollect that.
I think I understand what you are saying WMHAOI, but feel you have expressed it in a limiting way. Please clarify if you think I have misunderstood you.
