Topic: Parasitic Vampirism

In my past-life regression studies, parasitic vampirism was often found to be related to some painful, unresolved past-life experience that continues to hound us in this life. Here are a few examples drawn from college students:

Deep insecurity and fear of abandonment were reactions to being an outcast and homeless in a past life.

Fear of enclosed places resulted from having been buried alive in a past life.

Fears of rats, spiders, and crawling insects were associated with imprisonment in an infested dungeon in a past life.

Fear of heights was associated with having fallen to one's own death in a past life.

Compulsive overeating was associated with a past-life of extreme hunger and stealing food to survive.

Stage fright and fear of crowds were reactions to death by public execution in a past life.

In a remarkable example of parasitic vampirism with threads of past-life origin, a 22-year-old student's fear of sunlight, along with the compulsion to wear dark shades even when indoors, was a reaction to past-life torture in which his eyelids were cut away and he was left to die in the desert with his arms bound behind his back.

From an article linked from Monty's website (http://www.llewellynjournal.com/article/513)

I wanted to bring it up because the above quote is very interesting in regards to phobias, obsessions, etc etc. Perhaps factors in our lives that we can blame on our past-selves! smile

What struck me on this is that when I was told of my past-life by this one woman I passed by in my life, I was given a pretty scum-like description of who I was at the time of my death or at least it gave me that feeling from the way she looked at me (she was really ugly to add to the look smile)

To sum up what she told me:

At the time of my death, I was wandering the desert in exile. I must have been a scum-bag to be exiled! Or maybe I slept with the Sultan's 3rd wife or something. Anyways, to say the least it hurts the ego (good thing) to hear things that are not of the same calibre and degree of integrity as I presently hold, however it made me think about soul-purpose and that each soul must transition up the learning curve as being mercenaries, kings, whores, actors, etc etc. To note that many of us in our past-lives have been murderers and truly evil, disgusting people is a big thing to admit. I think it's very healthy to realize this because it may be illuminating for 'objectivity' purposes.

What "sucks" even more (or rather is very amusing) is that from the above, look at the fears of spiders, fear of heights, fear of inclosed spaces...etc etc, they all are rooted from different deaths or conditions of suffering that have remained attached to the soul as phobias or obsessions (over-eating = starvation of past life...Laura from the C-website said over-eating was because high-level souls enter into bodies and over-compensate due to lack of comfort with physical-existence...hmm, hog-wash?).

I have the fear of spiders...did I suffer in a dungeon infested with insects? I have a fear of heights (not to say I haven't made progress in over-coming these fears)...did I plunge myself off a bridge in a past life? Did I get pushed off? I would have rather been poisoned instead of being killed that way and getting a "tick/habit" like this in my next life.

Well anyways, I brought this up not to directly say that the author is "right on the money" but that it's interesting to wonder where such phobias arise from and to note that perhaps that some of us (I guess myself very much included) have some very dark dark dark past-lives with numerous types of deaths.

What if all lives were actually happening simultaneously?

According to how "time" is supposed to work, that's actually what's happening.  There is no past, present or future.   Only our illusory perception of it.  Everything that ever was and ever will be is happening at once, there is no "forward" or "backward".   So, you're right.

I don't think the blame attitude is useful in spiritual evolution. That sounds a bit like people who are told that their miserable mental state is due to genetics, and who then stop trying to understand.

There is nothing to fear but fear itself.

That was sarcasm ermolai, but I appreciate your input.

I believe you must do the opposite of blame. You must keep open-minded to the bigger picture, so that you can always rise above all obstacles. You must face your fears not by survival and ignorance but understanding the fear is simply a sign of mechanical behavior. Given you have a soul (very important smile ), you have the energy that can be tapped by the soul-pool (circle-structure of fragments of the same entity; Ie. Lucifer, us) to overcome anything.

We have magnetic polarities that influence the NOW and can bend reality and space (matter) as we wish. We simply must learn to concentrate to the level we are innately gifted.

The C's say that the one thing we have yet to understand is that YCYOR = You Create Your Own Reality, NEVER, EVER fails! Whatever makes our reality solid and unbendable, is our programming that imposes beliefs that limit our awareness.

However, who really cares when it comes down to it. One's life doesn't have to be of escape and worries. It can equally be of joyful experiences and passionate love-affairs. Who is to judge what is more important? Ice-cream would not as sweet without a NEGATIVE force to counter it would also come into creation. Torture, Murder, and the spilt blood of idiotic herds of barbarian like, savage beings, that we despise and us noble knights wish to still fight the old war of Good vs Evil. But the C's say that life, existence, creation serves in cycles and conduit structures. This means beginning and end points are the same, therefore all points in conduit exist as equal values. Linear Time is a conduit that spirals and splits, like Medusa or the monster Hercules and Iolas fought that it's heads (Gorgon?) kept multiplying and growing when slain. Only the ACTUAL FIRE could be used against the symbolic creature. Only FIRE. Fire symbolizes truth in many of its connotations in my juvenile dictionary, and if you symbolize that battle with the use of fire, the simple old aged rule of shining truth to that which stands in your way will set you free.

I have big plans personally. I even understand that I am a STS being, craving steaks at night and I have my flaws that sneer at the subjective code-of-laws which govern society, however I still have much to contribute in awakening the next waves, steering myself to make a difference in the upcoming 8-years. Movies, Games, whatever I can contribute in creating in the grande arts of Kitsch entertainment.

The Medusa myth notes the symbology of ignoring and not-even-looking at the head of the female Medusa. I suppose that may be a tip to seers and wanderers, searching upon truth.

You learn that everything has its place and debating is ultimately not to impose beliefs and negate opposite beliefs but to give the beliefs that are being misrepresented (in my opinion) due-support.

Medusa is a woman with lizards growing out of her head as if to be her hair. Lizards growing out of her head, her brain. She on the other hand is beautiful and seductive. In such lands where even witches song's drive men insane from programmed manipulation of some technological use of sound-waves. All our myths are signs, little crumbs to take to face-value at times to understand there are simple courses the world went that extend to such a vast amount of passed-time that the world forgets.
