Re: Money as debt

Tolstoy wrote ...  "Money is a new form of slavery...
... There is no human relation between the master and slave..."

There is nothing wrong with money per se.  Ideally [in a society of relatively imperfect beings] it should represent the  individual intelligence and energy of the individual.  After all, when it is in our hands it in some way represents a return for service rendered, albeit there are gross distortions on the valuation of different services.  In the absence of total commune -ism, money is the blood supply of economic life.   It gets almost everyone off their butts.  In the absence of a perfected consciousness of charity and service to others, money is a motivator to service.  Not the ultimate motivator but [in a society of relatively imperfect beings] a necessary motivator nevertheless.  [it is obvious that total communistic societies cannot produce their own needs because of the absence of a STO orientation and because it's only expression has been the rule of the few over the many.  Same old same old.]

I don't know the context in which Tolstoy is quoted but he more likely was talking about the relationship between the issuers of credt as debt [the private central bankers] and the people they control through that private monopoly.  Not money per se.  That relationship is the master / slave one for sure.  A properly regulated system of paper [ and/or electronic] currency, backed by gold and silver and publically held in the power of the people's congress, would be a huge step in the right direction.   It is the extreme distortions of supply and allocation by the private monopoly that is the problem.

As Tolstoy says, " there is no HUMAN relationship between master and slave."  True.   That's because there is no human relationship between parasite and host.   But money per se is no parasite.   We can be the master of money not it's servant.  While the present bankers maintain their unconscionable and unconstitutional money powers they are the masters over the average Joe.  It is that relationship that must and is being exposed.  If it can be overcome and the money power re- constituted in public hands then all the other controls [given expression through gov/corp and tax free foundations] which distort politics, education, science etc can be reigned in too.

Money will be around on this planet for a long time yet.   No "shift" around 2012 will change that.  A minority of people on earth will be more sensitive to the christ- consciousness going forward but change [of anything including the money system] can only come about as an expression of that higher consciousness.... individual by individual.   Change will not be imposed on this earth or it's people by virtue of earth's position in relation to galactic center or even by virtue of the increase in spiritual energy released to the earth at this time.  Change can only result from catching the spark and integrating ourselves with it.  That change in consciousness is the motivation to change the world.  If it happens to enough people then that change and the subsequent change in world affairs can be more than evolutionary.  Like the birth of the USA it can be revolutionary.

We don't merely create our own reality by observation.  We do it by acting on what we see and we do it by failing to act on what we see.   By failing to act we thereby allow stronger wills to mould our environment more than we do ourselves.  I sometimes shudder when i read people saying that their current personal perceptions [ held as a mental concept] will give them immunity if/when the shite hits the fan.  The current environment is the effect of billions of beings over long periods of time causing the effects we now see and by our freewill acceptance of it.   We are not merely creating it in the present by our present perceptions.   The present  environment is pre- sent.  We ourselves in this and other incarnations have made our causative contributions.  The law of karma rolls through the mental and astral planes and crashes on the shores of the physical plane.   Looking the other way wont help change it.  A higher perspective can help navigate the waters and mitigate the storm's fury.   But, like the current spiritual wave is due, so too is the wave of karma.   Opportunities must be seen when they appear.   On the surface of this earth, when people have wanted freedom enough they have had it.

Seeing the problems and seeing their solutions is key.   If you personally don't know what to do about the money system then why not support someone who does.  No one person can change the whole world in an instant.  That said, some public roles in particular are more powerful than others when used in the service of freedom.  i've watched Ron Paul's you tube vids recently and i am very impressed with him.  That is christ speaking truth to power.  I won't go into the problems of the political system or Ron Paul's chances in a rigged system where trust for all politicians is zero anyway.  But if people won't support someone who loves their freedom more than his own what will they do?  People don't have to make a choice between supporting him or advancing solutions in some other way.  We can do both.   He deserves to succeed whether or not that is in the role of republican presidential nominee.  But capturing that role is worth the effort.

The political system itself has become such a well oiled joke that those behind it [and some in front] are laughing in our faces.  They cannot conceal anymore that they are the enemies of freedom not it's protectors.  Swallow your pride those of you who trust no- one who appears in the enemy's camp.  Ron Paul's emergence at the trough where all pigs have their snouts is a very similar symbol to the story Moses.   Moses was taken in by his adoptive Egyptian family and raised as an Egyptian.  At the heart of temporal power [the royal family of Egypt] he certainly was not expected to side with the slaves but he did.  I can imagine very similar contentions among the slaves [who were divided over Moses integrity] as i've read in some of the anti -Ron Paul comments around the traps.  Mistrust and feelings of impotence run deep in people who have been so decieved and conditioned for so long.   See enough of Ron Paul and you know where he's coming from.

The consequences for the world of success or failure [of legalising the US Constitution] is huge.  Just huge.  It is a moment no less auspicious than the 1770s.  Our eyes are open and we now have the spiritual wind in our sails to make a difference.  Just wanted to add my typing finger to one very inspiring candle in the wind.

Re: Money as debt

Money itself is just a thing of neutral value. It's use in society as the means of human exchange is where the damage is done. Money at the foundation of society's "engine of motion" implies -- make that demands -- that life must be earned (distorted perception). That "being" is of no value, "doing" is the only valid existence in a physical universe.

The use of money -- the implied "need" for it in order to exist in whole form in the physical -- is the biggest lie and squash of truth and spirit we have here. It's the strongest linchpin to the "old way" man has difficulty letting go of in order to open to something new and more true. Most minds cannot conceive of life without money, which in itself is very telling. It's use denies our divinity. Not because money does this, but because the belief in its use cannot help but do this.

The paradigm of beliefs that flow from having money as the basis of human exchange comprises the cornerstone of man's imprisonment at the physical level. The use of money upholds the lower self as the measurer/determiner of quality, value, validity and worth... of life itself. It promotes a false sense of balance, fairness and integrity. It limits and skews perceptions of possibilities.

Allowing realizations of this depth into one's consciousness goes far further in "changing the system" than any outward action ever could. When enough people making up the mass consciousness hold this understanding of the limitations of the current monetary system, the momentum of that force of consciousness breaks through the old limits and opens many minds at once to new solutions for social paradigms wherein mankind can thrive and flourish. Where the whole being can exist in valued prominence in a physical format (not just the action-taker/do-er/money-earner aspect)...

When was the last time you heard, via media, of our foreign debt?  For me it was the Howard/Keating election 11 years ago and was an election issue. Our debt was 180 billion dollars.

I have found through the Australian Bureau of Statistics that 6 years ago it stood at 500 billion dollars. Today, after 6 years of economic boom time it stands at 1 trillion dollars. Yes, that's right, it doubled in 6 years. You can check it out for yourself.  Cut and paste the following link into your browser.

I know there are serious problems worldwide but if you do not face the largest issue facing Australia and the world you will be fighting hundreds of bushfires.
There is a secret that needs to be exposed to all. That secret lies within our financial structure.  We believe that our Australian dollar is our currency. Well it is not. All our money in existence has come into being through being borrowed. Let me explain, when our govt wants more money into circulation it approaches the Reserve Bank of Australia. The RBA approaches financial institutions of its choice. That institution 'loans' that money to the govt, has the mint print it or more simply enter the figures into treasury's account and then charges us interest on the 'loan'.
Here's the catch, that financial institution or bank merely produces the money into existence, it is not money that the bank already had, the money is created into the economy.
For the first quarter of last century our treasury once produced our own currency and charged ourselves with a fraction of a percent interest. Now we 'borrow' our currency from banks, hence our dollar is known as a banknote not a treasury note.
This system is easily explained in documentaries like 'Money as Debt', ' Zeitgeist' and 'The Money Masters' available on Youtube.com .
How do we repay that interest? Via taxes and excises.
What happens when our govt pays the interest on our loans to overseas banks from our tax revenue? The money then goes out of our economy and we need to borrow more to fill the void. Hence ALL countries with a central banking system are in perpetually spiraling DEBT .
Why don't the media tell us of this? Because you are not meant to know.
People in African countries starve to death with massive foreign debt.
Govt debt is a fraction of the debt incurred by Australia. The majority of debt comes from personal and business loans. Yes the money that you borrowed for that car or house the bank never had. When you signed over control to the bank of the issuance of new money, the figures were then entered into your account when that money never existed before. You now pay interest on that amount and pay back the principal .
This provides a problem. Where do you get the money to repay interest and principal when only principal was loaned into existence? The answer lies in larger loans to be created. Hence our govt borrows more and house prices increase to further us into debt.
It is an impossible treadwheel we run on. This is why your money does not buy as much. This is why couples nowadays have to both work. Mortgages take one third of the average income. Average home loans now exceed half a million dollars .
Stop rubbing your hands together thinking how much your home is now worth. We have to consider ourselves collectively.
You can ignore this pinnacle of all issues and watch our country plunge further in debt due to the greed of overseas banks who pay no tax on profits, and I hope that the bank does not claim your property when it tightens up money in society with interest rate increases, or we can get up and inform ourselves of our plight and take action .
Legendary Australian, R.M Williams, when asked what message he would like to deliver to modern Australia said on his 90th birthday "Oh, alright, rewrite the Banking Act to give the Federal Treasurer power to control the nations money; reform the monetary system; limit the International Monetary Fund's powers; resurrect the rural credits department; make foreign companies pay tax in Australia; allow gold producers to sell overseas and give people back control over their own money".
In 1937, when the Commonwealth Bank was our central bank, Australia had a Royal Commission into Money and Banking.  Justice Napier of the commission issued a statement that read "The Commonwealth Bank can make money available to Governments or to others on such terms as it chooses- even by way of a loan without interest, or even without requiring either interest or repayment of the principal".
Please understand the importance of this. We could have had a foreign debt of nothing. We could have taken our personal and business loans from our own bank with interest returning to the economy. We could have eliminated tax due to revenue raised. We could have also loaned overseas. Of huge importance we could have controlled our own interest rates. No more boom bust economy which is designed to reap money from us (buy low, sell high).
Be aware people; educate yourself and others of our situation. Watch 'Money as Debt', watch 'The Money Masters', watch 'Zeitgeist' all on youtube.com or purchase DVD
Little known facts…
•    Bill Gates has never been the richest man in the world.
•    We borrow into existence our currency from overseas banks that pay no tax.
•    Our foreign debt doubled in the last 6 years to 1 trillion dollars ($1,000,000,000,000).
•    At 8% interest that is 80 billion dollars per year in interest.
•    Australia, until 1924, printed our own currency through our Treasury.
•    There were less than half a dozen countries that don't loan their currency from foreign banks.
•    Iraq was one of those few, and Iran is another.
•    President John F Kennedy brought 4 billion dollars of treasury owned currency into circulation which was withdrawn immediately after his assassination.
We have been completely duped, ripped off, and are spiraling into slavery.

Thank you for those links.  I sat through both of them and I am most impressed.

I'm getting accustomed to certain shocks finally.  For instance, I read David Icke's, "And The Truth Shall Set You Free" and he likewise, filled most of the volume with historical fact and documentation, and it was all seeming upfront, truthful, logical, consistent, good evidence, full of facts.  Then he threw the alien reptile thing in there and I couldn't handle it.  So I found something to show his book was not entirely consistent.  It was his assertion that the Piri Reis map of Antarctica's land-mass was identical with a recent land-mass map we acquired through seismic readings back in the 1940's.  Of course everyone knows Antarctica's land is under a mile of ice, or whatever thickness it is, I forget.  He shouldn't have used that example, because that map from the fifteenth century was not comparable to what we now have.  It was enough for me to have doubt for everything else in his book.

Now, these two utube video's on the other hand did the same thing: he displays his evidence before throwing a shocker at me, but I have not seen any discrepancies.  Now, I also have enough of my own foundation of understanding that I was able to follow the video's and think to myself, "yes, yes, I can follow you on that."  I'm now wanting to go out and turn all my cash into gold.  Only three years ago it was barely $400.00 an ounce, now it is over six.  I don't what to do, maybe I'll sleep through it all.:D

Thanks DanB, and Siriarc, you are up to your usual excellence this thread, which Ayahuasca produced with perfection.

There is only one question right now.  If our money is worthless, wouldn't we have inflation?  Wouldn't, let us say, a loaf of bread be priced at 10 or even 20 dollars a loaf?

Yes, we would (and do) have inflation.  The reason it isn't more apparent is that the PLUNGE team is manipulating the markets behind the scenes, propping up broke banks, underwriting broke mortgage brokers, manipulating the value of the dollar, and generally attempting to forestall the inevitable collapse that has been planned for the US economy by powerful individuals hidden behind the political machinery of both parties (in the US and elsewhere).

The economic-collapse game is not under their complete control at this time, as in-fighting (supposedly) has broken out among the dark factions who desire world rulership and the enslavement of humanity.

Re: Money as debt

I don't know what the PLUNGE team is, gcg, but those two video's that DanB posted links to, were very convincing.  If we are in an age where ethics usurps power, how do the rich elite who supposedly rule global governments, with the intent of having us as slaves for their pleasure continue doing this?  Also, I've been studying ethics for some time and it is hard to narrow down to  universal principles accepted globally.  I guess if ethics is to be uniform global driving force, there must be something collateral to it, such as some sort of global expansion of consciousness enabling a more lucid image of what ethics are based upon.  Oh, I remember, what it is that we all must learn to develope, and rely on: Intuition.  Jumping out of the mind, the tool with many limitations.  And simply knowing.

With ethics being the global force, we will probably see a bunch of government types used as scape-goats with a replacement for us that will be a pedestal upon which the epitome of integrity will shine forth and lead us grandly into this new age.

Actually, I haven't a clue as to what the hell is getting ready to happen.  We will more than likely be presented with more information, thoughts and images than our feeble minds can cope with.  A cue for me to once again stress the message being spread of the importance of INTUITION.

Maybe the very rich elite are not trying to DO all these evil things to everyone.  Is that a possibility?

FROM WIKIPEDIA: The "Plunge Protection Team" consists of the Working Group on Financial Markets. AKA the President's Working Group on Financial Markets or the Working Group) [it] was created by Executive Order 12631,[1] signed on March 18, 1988 by United States President Ronald Reagan.

As established by Executive Order 12631, the Working Group consists of:

    * The Secretary of the Treasury, or his designee (as Chairman of the Working Group);
    * The Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or his designee;
    * The Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, or his designee; and
    * The Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or her designee.

One theory regarding the Working Group refers to it as the Plunge Protection Team. This theory claims that the Working Group is a scheme to manipulate U.S. stock markets in the event of a market crash by using government funds to buy stocks, or other instruments such as stock index futures.

If we are in an age where ethics usurps power, how do the rich elite who supposedly rule global governments, with the intent of having us as slaves for their pleasure continue doing this?

Great question! It is certainly difficult to discern this presumed uptick in ethics when one considers the lies told the American people by the Executive branch (witness the latest 'oops' re Iran's non-existent plans to build nuclear weapons); the controlled media; the Congress; corporate boards; "think" tanks, etc.

I agree that intuition is the mechanism by which we sense "right" vs "wrong" action.  The subtleties of cultural paradigms, the distinctions with which we interpret reality from East to West, suggest there will be locally-nuanced beliefs that resist "one-size-fits-all" global ethics. However, I think intuitional-based awareness transcends culture, racial stereotypes and national borders, and it is this that will allow the vast majority to agree they either A) approve the direction in which the earth is headed or B) They don't.

Maybe the very rich elite are not trying to DO all these evil things to everyone.  Is that a possibility?

Er . . . no! The so-called Illuminati joined together with other power brokers hidden from sight (the Catholic Church, hi-level masons, banksters, etc.) are intent on world dominion. They are in pursuit of goals established quite some time ago for furtherance of personal rulership and dominance by a tiny subset of all humanity.  Now, things appear particularly grim for such a macabre outcome at this time because the LIGHT is gaining dominance.  One of the things that happens when more light is brought to bear on a subject is that ugliness, previously hidden from view, becomes fully visible.

The breakdown of society we're witnessing, the corruption of morals, standards, and behavior, the destruction of the Bill of Rights and Constitution -- are all part of a fear-inducing, negative shift in consciousness occurring in response to the increased light (awareness, vibration, frequency) bathing the Earth at this time.  As the light grows brighter, those who operate best in the dark are finding more and more of the former secrets revealed.  Their ugly intentions are laid bare for all to see, which, we can imagine, is not exactly what they desire to have happen.

So we must survive a few more uncomfortable years while events speed up to the point where they can no longer be controlled by those who desire to create external reality that is in large part detrimental to the majority. This increase in light should also benefit an increase in ethical desires as individuals decide that more harmonious, peaceful interactions serve the long-run best interests of the planetary whole.

“You who have the light, what are you doing with it?” ~ Paul Claudel

Re: Money as debt

"But first of all another thing must be understood, namely, that knowledge cannot belong to all, cannot even belong to many.  Such is the law.  You do not understand this because you do not understand that knowledge, like everything else in the world, is material.  It is material, and this means that it possesses all the characteristics of materiality.  One of the first characteristics of materiality is that matter is always limited, that is to say, the quantity of matter in a given place and under given conditions is limited... Thus if a certain definite quantity of knowledge is distributed among millions of people, each individual will receive very little, and this small amount of knowledge will change nothing either in his life or in his understanding of things.  And however large the number of people who receive this small amount of knowledge, it will change nothing in their lives, except, perhaps, to make them still more difficult.  But if, on the contrary, large quantities of knowledge are concentrated in a small number of people, then this knowledge will give very great results.  From this point of view it is far more advantageous that knowledge should be preserved among a small number of people and not dispersed among the masses."

Page 37, "In Search of the Miraculous."  By P. D. Ouspenski.

I just threw this in and don't know why.  It is also stated in this text that knowledge does not denote understanding.  Putting names to things doesn't and neither does increasing knowledge.  In the text, understanding is related to state of being.  My personal take on 'state of being' pertains to what higher grades consciousness has expanded to and merged with.

When we are talking global events and the relatively small number of people dealing with events that manifest in seeming illimitable number, it is hard to make judgement calls, even when it appears an appropriate mass of evidence is put before us.  Now if, we had all the truth, logic, evidence, consistency, and fact at our disposal, we would find that every government has been guilty of some crime in more or less degree of number and magnitude.  We would also find that nations of governed people possess this as well.

Good judgement comes from experience; experience comes from bad judgement.

Re: Money as debt

Can someone please provide a clear simple explanation for why we are going to have an economic collapse with the next few years?

This is the best explanation I got.... and it's far from simple. I'm trying to put it all together, so I can have a simplistic presentation to present to people I know. I want to inform people so I can hopefully build a community in another state that'll be able to withstand a total economic collapse.

We are going to have an economic collapse within a few years, because the dollar is continuing to weaken. The dollar is a commodity. It has value because people desire it. If all of a sudden people didn't desire it, it would be worth what it's intrinsic values is. Central banks all around the world are trying to replace their reserves of dollars with euros or other currencies, because they know the dollar is weakening. Why is the dollar weakening so quickly? It is weakening quickly, because more and more dollars are being created out of nothing. With so many dollars out there in circulation it is decreasing the value of the dollar. The Federal Reserve has stopped releasing the info on how much it is producing. The statistic that is fails to release is called the M3.

"Measuring the money supply
Components of US money supply (M1, M2, and M3) since 1959
Components of US money supply (M1, M2, and M3) since 1959

The most common measures are named M0 (narrowest), M1, M2, and M3. In the United States they are defined by the Federal Reserve as follows:

    * M0: The total of all physical currency, plus accounts at the central bank that can be exchanged for physical currency.
    * M1: M0 - those portions of M0 held as reserves or vault cash + the amount in demand accounts ("checking" or "current" accounts).
    * M2: M1 + most savings accounts, money market accounts, and small denomination time deposits (certificates of deposit of under $100,000).
    * M3: M2 + all other CDs, deposits of eurodollars and repurchase agreements.

The Federal Reserve ceased publishing M3 statistics in March 2006, explaining that it costs a lot to collect the data but doesn't provide significantly useful information.[23] The other three money supply measures continue to be provided in detail.

In an effort to reverse this change, Congressman Ron Paul introduced the now expired H.R.4892[24] on March 7, 2006, and subsequently sponsored H.R.2754[25][26] on June 15, 2007 which has been referred to the House Committee on Financial Services."

One of the main points why people believe a financial collapse is going to happen is that the Federal Reserve is creating tons of money and not telling us about it. It does this by not publishing the M3. The M3 is all CDs over $100,000, deposits of eurodollars (uhhh those aren't US dollars... so I guess just ignore that,) and repurchase agreements.. (what's a repurchase agreement?)

This really confuses me... it not publishing stats on people putting money into CDs over $100k, deposits of eurodollars (something to ignore) and repurchase agreements... I hear that the U.S. government is borrowing tons of money from the Federal Reserve and then reinvesting it in the U.S. economy. So basically... huge businesses are staying in business, because they are getting lots of investment from the government. This is done is secrecy though right? Are there any documents that government spending?

So the basic premise is that the dollar is continuing to weaken causing inflation. The dollar is weakening, because other economies are naturally stronger than the U.S.'s. The dollar is being further weakened by increased government investing in U.S. corporations. This money is being loaned out. Basically, the public, businesses, and our government is in a crap load of debt, and requires more and more debt to stay afloat. Without borrowing money, companies wouldn't be able to stay in business...

I think I need a lot of clarification of the M3 statistic... Is the government really hiding everything behind this statistic? Even if the M3 statistic was still counted... wouldn't it be pretty easy to lie about anyways?

Re: Money as debt

Okay... so we borrow tons of money from China every year. We in turn use that money borrowed to buy their stuff. Who exactly is doing the borrowing? Are business corporations borrowing from China? Or... do American business corporation borrow from American banks which borrow from Chinese banks? Maybe that's how it works...

China and other countries who's economies that are flourishing due to American spending are going to continue to lend America money as long as we keep buying from them and accelerating their growth. There will come a time though when our currency is so devalued that we cannot buy as much from China anymore. Once we are not meeting China's standards of how much they want to sell us, they will stop loaning us money. They cannot possibly do this all at once though, because that would hurt their economy as well...

I'm reading a good book right now. It's called "Empire of Debt: The Rise of an Epic Financial Crisis" and it's by William Bonner and Addison Wiggin.

So America has more money going out than it has going in. It is spending more than it makes. It has to continually borrow more and more to survive. So... massive retail corporations that sell things in America that they buy from China... they don't make enough profit to expand their business off profit alone? Do they have to continually borrow to stay competitive? Is it this insane competition that is keeping massive corporations borrowing tons of money? Are major corporations borrowing money?? Or are they being financed by borrowed money from our government? Hmm... looks like a got a little more reading to do...

Re: Money as debt

Bottom line maybe.  America can produce sufficient food, water, electricity.  What might go well with Ayahuasca's video link, is the viewing of a link posted by Soloflecs in, 'Walking the Walk' category.  I forget the title of her thread, but it is near the top.

We probably are headed for period of upheaval but it will not last long.  We will also be rising to a higher grade of living.  Sorry, it is a rare event for me to devote my attention at length, to economic focus.  The way I handle a checkbook is to log written cks, but not log deposits or keep current with balance.  I just insure a lot more is in there than what cks I write per month.  If I try to keep a precise ledger balance between the cks I write to present balance, I always fail.  My thought process is not compatible with banking personel.

Re: Money as debt

I am just tired of having a vague understanding of how the world of economics and power works. I mean... all I basically know is that an economic depression is going to happen sometime with the next few years, that a small minority of people have tons of power and are orchestrating events, but I don't know exactly how everything is working. If you know that other countries don't want the U.S. to fall, because their countries would also in turn experience a huge upset it is important to know how exactly this all works. I want to know who is loaning the U.S. money, to who it is loaning the money to, and how much power the global elite have. What are their exact interests. I want to know where all of their assets are so we can then know their motivations. I mean... I'm sure they are not perfectly unified. There has to be overlap in the global elite's interests, where the interest of one leader of an industry is what another leader of an industry doesn't want.

You can't get a clear picture anywhere it seems...

I want to know what a country with the largest military is going to do when it no longer has anything near the economy it once had.

I'm assuming the countries that want to loan the U.S. money are the ones that are selling the U.S. goods. Other economies around the world are becoming more and more powerful as the U.S. economy becomes less and less powerful.

It's good to know who has leverage in the world economy now.

It is also good to know how things will unfold when we do experience a crash. We will need order for sure. If the dollar is no longer worth anything then there will have to be a period of time inbetween the failure of the dollar and the adoption of the Amero. How will people be buying the necessities? Blah... i just want to figure out how it is all going to work.

So if the M3 accounts for all CDs over 100k then that would mean there is a lot more potential out there for banks to loan money out if they maintain the 9:1 policy...

I can't stand not understanding something, it makes me go crazy.

Re: Money as debt

Partially its about the masses and their jobs, most/ a lot of manufacturing jobs have been blue collar and belong to the middle class. As these manufacturing jobs are bid out of our countries(bid out by unions and the desire for more hourly wage) they go to other countries which really starts there road to wealth. Meanwhile back in the other countries mainly N. America but probably Europe too, the 'middle class" either gets more education to stay middle class or falls to lower class. It talks more effort to rise so many do the horizontal shuffle to maintain. Eventually the bottom falls out of their boat, Once enough people sink to the lower class you have the great depression which we really didn't learn anything from other than how to take it to the next level and delay the inevitable a little longer.

It is up to you to educate yourself so you end up where you want.

Peace,
Teddy

Re: Money as debt

You can't really outsource retail labor though, or distribution warehouse type of work that is located in the U.S. Sure manufacturing jobs are going to be outsourced and many jobs requiring educations, but you can't outsource jobs like construction, warehouse, retail shops, restaraunts, and so on. These jobs though will shrink in quantity of people start buying less. People start buying less if they can't afford to buy anymore. They will buy less if they can barely scrape by do to the rising cost of living. The cost of living is rising, because of inflation. The dollar is weakening, because the U.S. is importing more stuff than it is buying and the stuff it is buying is off of credit. This credit is money created out of nothing. If it stopped buying then retail stores, gas gas stations, and all merchandise in general would go out of business. Our country has to continuelly keep buying to stay in business, because our economy relies upon buying to keep the dollar up.

What would happen if people stopped buying all the useless crap they buy and instead saved it? The U.S. companies that sell stuff that is produced elsewhere would go out of business and in turn all the employees they have would be fired.

So it is obvious that in order for the U.S. dollar to stay afloat it has to continuelly buy more and more, which means borrowing more and more on all levels (poor, middle class, and wealthy.) We, however, can't borrow forever, because the dollar is continuelly decreasing in value. So slowly, the dollar will continue to decrease in value, buying will go down. As buying goes down, more U.S. businesses will go out of business and will therefore take lots of jobs with them. A lot of business in America depends upon trafficking foreign goods. This decrease in buying will provoke the nations that are lending us money to not lend us anymore, because why should they? They were lending us money in the first place, so we would growth their economies for them. If we are no longer buying their stuff, there is no longer any reason for them to lend us money.

Once we are no longer being loaned money, tons of American businesses will go out of business, because their lifeblood was money that was lent. All their employees will have to quit or will be fired. America has tons of foreign investors. When foreign investors see that American business is going downhill and that the dollar is weakening, they will pull their money out in mass, which will cause American's also to pull their money out in mass in U.S. investments. This will cause the dollar to plummet very very fast.

So now that the dollar has plummeted, what will people do? They can't go buy food, because the grocery stores that spent all that invested all their loans in more and store improvements won't be able to afford their monthly payments. They will have gone out of business. If they do decide to sell stuff they aren't going to want any dollars that's for sure. They will want things of value. What will they want in exchange for food that they have? They will probably accept gold, silver, and any items of value. What items of value will there possibly be? Will they except furniture, tvs, computers, electronic equipment, cars? Everyone will absolutely need to get rid of everything they possibly can to survive. Grocery stores and convenience stores will not be able to handle of this stuff. Because no one will be able to afford cars or transport them, because they can't afford gas, they won't be of any value. Places of exchange will be created. Gold and silver will indeed become a new currency. Gold and silver Jewelery and gold and silver coins will become a new currency. To obtain this new currency you will have to exchange things of value for the currency.

The bank will own most apartment complexes and households. They will either be seized or there will be measures introduced to let people keep their house as long as they have a member serving in the military. The army will have to be called back from Iraw to supervise. Our government will simply not allow for mass chaos in it's own country. How are people going to work???

The only way people will be able to work is if the entire system is socialized like a communistic state. There will have to be government projects introduce. The government will have made deals with or seized all farm land, water supplies, and power plants. This will be a huge crisis in homeland security. The president will have absolute power, because of the severity of this crisis.

What type of work will the government create for us? If almost eveyrthing isn't privatized, where everything is purely government orchestrated what will happen. They absolutely will not want us to be unemployed, because there will be way to many riots and crime. They may not want the people taking to the streets in revolution, but will they even have a choice in the matter? Can they possibly create a ridiculous amount of jobs quickly enough. Where will they even have the money to fund such projects? Are the bankers going to step in and invest all the riches they have gained into government projects?

Who would bother lending the U.S. money if we can't pay the debt for a very very very long time? America will become a third world country very very fast. All of our tvs, computer equipment, possibly even cars will be shipped off to other countries, because those will be the only things of any value that we can get. I see eBay being a major source for all of this to ocurr. Other nations of the world will all of sudden gained all the materialistic items of North America very quickly. The wealth of America will have quickly been transferred.

What is going to happen to all the other countries when the U.S. economy plummets? They export tons of stuff to us, and they import stuff from us too. We probably won't be able to export stuff any longer, because all efforts will be directed towards selling things in our own country. Many companies will flat out bail on the U.S. and take their companies elsewhere.

What is going to happen when the nation that has the largest military in the world also happens to collapse? Tons of tax money goes to government employees and contracters like Haliburton. When tax money is no longer coming in and no countries are lending to them anymore. The size of our government will probably shrink pretty fast. The power of our nation will be in the hands of an even smaller group. A very small group will be in charge of the world's largest military. How is this going to affect global politics?

Is the entire global elite incahoots? The richest men in the world are the bankers and the owners of the largest corporations. First of all... who are the global elite? I'm sure there are super duper wealthy men all over the world. Are they all a team. Do they all go to meetings to discuss how to best take over the world? Or are they in opposition with each other? With their enormous wealth they control the governments and militaries of the world. They bribe the political systems, rig elections, use blackmail, lie, and threaten to get their way.

So which of the global elite will be controlling the U.S. military? I'm assuming the entire global elite doesn't control ALL THE MAJOR MILITARIES. There are elites that control the U.S. military, there are elites that control the Russian military, there are elites that control the asian militaries, there are elites that control the european militaries. Some of the elite's control multiple militaries. Are they all on the same page? Do they all want to ally? Or do they want all the power to themselves?

It is going to require lots of food, electricity, oil, and resources in general to maintain the U.S. military. Where will all of this come from? Are elites going to invest their money into something that does not bring back any monetary gain?

Will their be an enormous war or are the global elite all unified towards a common purpose, a New World Order?

Well... that's about all I'm going to write for now... It defnitely has clarified a bit in my mind.

Re: Money as debt

Your right you can't outsource those jobs, BUT manufacturing in whatever your home country is allows that money to be reinvested in your home country.

Going back to your post #24...you get it you don't need us to clarify.
