Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

I came across this video yesterday.  While I have not actually read the actual text of our US tax laws, but if this video accurately presents the law, then it seems as if the vast majority of us would not be required to pay income tax.

As much as I would love to jump on board with what these videos and other people have spoken about over the last 5+ years, it just seems like setting yourself up for disaster.  I'm sure many of you know about the Wesley Snipes story, which is related to the kind of thing these videos speak of:

You have to have GIANT balls to try to utilize the loopholes...at least in the U.S.

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

There are great plans out there (primarily to those with businesses of some sort) to reduce your tax obligation, that to try to cheat the government is practically unnecessary.

I have not really read the links that truly show the IRS etc as separate and non-binding, but the system is so engrained that the chances of changing it are even more rare than slim to none.

Peace,
Teddy

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

It starts with education - both learning and unlearning.

For those with the desire to do so.

No one can decontruct the acts for you.

Anyone can wade through this stuff with lots of time,  a good law dictionary, sense of logic, and the openness to realize that words are redefined to mean other than you regularily think of them.  Until you do so yourself, you will never see.

For a forum such as this, I am surprised at the amount of 'sheeple' thinking and comments coming out in this thread.

Come on people...

smile

My education so far has led me to realize that the best remedies are adminstrative and put into place to avoid the courts.
The courts are not here to serve us.  An attorney serves the court, the bar association, and then the client in that order.

Do any of you understand the money myth?
Do you realize the power of your signature?

This is a great fraud that has been perpetuated on us for a long time... at least since the federal reserve took over
and since gold and silver were collected and replaced with federal reserve notes.
Same deal in Canada with different lingo...

I am not offering legal advice or saying that this is something for everyone.
But as a forum that claims to be on the cutting edge, I would hope people to be open to the possibility that maybe they have been duped... life, death, and taxes right?

I think that giving back is very important but are we not able to decide for ourselves how and where?
What about a system of tithing your earnings to local organizations?

But we pay many other taxes than just income tax that support these systems.  Apparently, much of the tax on gasoline goes to road building etc.

They control us with fear if we allow it.
And fears that have to do with our income and livelihood can be the greatest to overcome... have i overcome them? No, i wish! smile
But I am open to figuring it all out.
I believe that it is time that our government representatives answer to us, not the other way around.

Systems such as this that impose incredibly high taxes on our income are designed to keep us always working... struggling... too busy with that too care about other things...
Imagine if everyone had too much free time to think for themselves??
And on the other hand, some people perfer deicisions to be made for them... not me though.

There are many invisible contracts that govern us.

And with the impending North American Union, the time for education and awareness is now.

The New World Order isn't coming, it's here and has been for some time.
What are we going to do about it?

People are starting to wake up to all these possibilities
and will continue to do so

I believe that knowledge of this sort goes hand in hand with many of the other topics that are discussed on this forum.

The truth shall set you free.

yikes

Btw, I hope this doesn't come off as a rant.
I am just encouraging people to break free of some chains and think for themselves.

Cheers

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

The "system" as we know it has "cracked open" and etheric truism of light is permeating through the crack and enlightening ALL that are looking and listening...limitlessness is on it's way to your very own doorstep. Physical constraints of this "bought" reality are about to become jello.  You will soon be able to "woosh" right through it. It won't be long...one by one by one we each become the "avatar" we are : ) and always have been!

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

Too bad Schiff was too stubborn to correct his false tax theory - he blew it.

For the simple truth of the income tax scheme and who it applies to and why it is enforced this way go to

www.losthorizons.com

The income tax laws are good.  They are in your favor.  There are ways of correcting false evidence of a tax liability if you have paperwork ie: false testimony (1099s, w2s etc) to this effect.

It works.. as we know.. knowledge is power.

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

From what I've read at various websites and forums is that the IRS is not even part of the united states government. They are a private corporation (I'm sure they're tied in with the Federal Reserve and International Monetary Fund). But as soon as a mother applies for a birth certificate for the infant with the state (here in the U.S.) then a SS# is assigned to the infant. There is NO LAW that requires anyone to have a SS#. As a matter of fact, there is NO LAW that requires one to 'apply' for a birth certificate for their infant. It can be recorded. Mary Croft tells of a story in her ebook...a man with 4 children were in the grocery store. He smacked one upside the head for misbehaving. A woman called the cops. All four children were taken away from him. ONE was brought back...can you guess which one? The only one who did not have a birth certificate 'registered' with the state! Imagine that! Now if that doesn't tell you something then I don't know what will! When the police brought this one child back they stated, "Here, this one's not ours"!!! For the past 6 months I have been reading alot about the monetary system, financial system, legal system, and it's definitely not what it's cracked up to be!! I was telling my older sister some of the things I've been reading and discovering, and you know what she told me?, "You have too much time on your hands, you read too much", I laughed my ass off!!! One can't read enough about this shit! lol. Oh, but what do the school's push onto kid's these days..READ READ READ! I told her reading is knowledge! Anyways, she's a catholic, haha, so that tell's you one thing, lol. Everything is contract law today, one has the right to contract, and the right to not contract!

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

Fascinating subject!

Has anyone here applied any of the principles in any of these books?

Judging from Amazon reviews, the Cracking the Code book looks very good. I may have to pick it up.

I'd suggest avoiding anything to do with that book.   Read it if you must, but I know that a lot of people have gotten into trouble trying to apply the material.   I think it is asking for trouble, and there's enough trouble we already have to deal with right now.

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

morningsun - where did you get that info?  Cracking the Code, by Pete Henderickson is about applying and learning the rule of law.  It works if it is learned.  I know.

Schiff, Larson Rose et all had glaring errors and lead many back into the pen, or in the pen!

Knowledge is certainly power - and the IRS knows the law and MUST have certain forms declaring your untaxable earnings to be taxable.  Read before you judge, and see how many have had full refunds if they corrected their false evidence as requred by them.

The book is accurate.

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

I'll reserve an opinion until I read it - I'll order it in from the local library.

Perhaps fearnot you could post a few easy pointers it gives and few of the more out there or iffy ideas.

I understand 100% that the tax code is not what people think - mainly because it is so confusing. It is so confusing and fear inducing that 80% of accountants and tax advisors will council against a lot that is allowed.

The two biggest reasons people will pay more in taxes than they have to are" 1) Lack of knowledge, 2) lack of documentation. - nobody wll ever care more about you, your money or your rights more than you will.

Teddy
