Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

Jordan Maxwell talked about this, the corporate entity that is created when you are born, given a birth certificate and SSN etc, being related to "Maritime law" because we are born "from our mothers "water", and through the birth "canal". Further, here is some info about the meaning behind Gold Fringed Flags widely used in courts, even schools, which is related to Maritime (Navy) Laws, and how they are enforced in the court system.

The Gold Fringed Flag

by J. Krim Bohren

The flag of our nation is described and specified at law.1 Yet today more than one flag is in use in the United States-one is red, white and blue, and the other is red, white, blue and GOLD.

In our history the national flag changed a number of times. On June 15, 1775, the Continental Congress appointed General Washington to take "supreme command of the forces raised, and to be raised, in the defense of American liberty." A battle flag for this force was subsequently displayed on the first anniversary of the Declaration of Independence in Philadelphia in July 1777. A resolution passed by the Continental Congress on June 14, 1777 (Flag Day) describes the official national Flag for the United States of America.

It had thirteen stripes and stars.2 A Flag with fifteen stripes and stars, known as the 1795 Fort McHenry flag, was authorized by an Act of Congress and was flown during the War of 1812. This flag inspired Francis Scott Key to write "The Star-Spangled Banner." In March 1818 an Act of Congress returned the Flag to thirteen stripes with 20 stars and ordered the addition of one star for each new State, to take effect the 4th day of July following the admission of that State.

A gold fringed flag is a battle flag reserved to the General of the Army for use over military headquarters and to display at courts-martial. The Commander-In-Chief, as the civilian authority over a lawfully standing national militia or Army, may designate that flag's use elsewhere. This gives a president, when acting as Commander-In-Chief, power to place the government's battle flag wherever he wishes to establish jurisdiction of the military force.

In 1925, an interpretation of statute law by the Attorney General of the United States clarified the intent and purpose of gold fringes or adornments to the national Flag to be within the discretion of the president as Commander-In-Chief. "Placing of fringe on national flag, dimensions of flag, and arrangement of stars in the union are matters of detail not controlled by statute, but are within the discretion of President as Commander- In-Chief of Army and Navy." 3 Thus, a gold fringed flag, often seen upon a staff or flagpole with a gold eagle atop it, or with gold streamers or tassels, is NOT the lawful, or OFFICIAL, Flag of our Nation.

A gold fringed flag used widely by courts, schools, service organizations and private individuals is NOT a symbol of our constitutional republic, or national Union of States. It signifies a military jurisdictional presence.

One official difference between the two flags is that when the fringe is placed around the Flag it denotes a military battle flag, not a national Flag. Now the lawful status of a Citizen becomes important. For in a military jurisdiction, where the court-martial tribunal displays the fringed battle flag, it may impose criminal sanctions for issues involving contracts, without due process of law. In a Judicial Department court under the national Flag, as described in the Constitution for the United States of America, as well as in State Constitutions, due process must be observed and followed, with all the protection of Constitutional Law.

The Founding Fathers, through the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, secured the sovereignty of the States for WE THE PEOPLE. A flag of bordered design, like the fringed battle flag, denotes that the jurisdiction of the federal government is present. If the courtrooms in your State displays gold fringed flags, who is exercising jurisdiction?

1. Proper display of the Flag is covered in 36 USCS  § § 141 et seq.; 35 Am Jur 2d, Flag  § § 1, 7; 61 Stat. 642 (July 30, 1947) and; R.S.  § 1792.
2. Congress of 1777, "...that the Flag of the United States be thirteen stripes alternate red and white; that the union (a device emblematic of any political union) be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation."
3. Interpretive Notes and Decisions, to 4 USCS  § 1.

Strange that it was Jacob Schiff and his manipulative cronies who created the Federal Reserve facilitating the IRS and now we have another Schiff out fighting the rouse tooth and nail. The whole thing seems Schiffty to me!

Visavis,

I too have been doing some self-study in this department for the last year or so.  I tried the link, but it wasn't working.  I'll try it again in a bit as I'm logging onto the net from a remote location via satellite so maybe that's why.
Either way, I'm stoked to have a peak at 3.5 hrs of material!

Cheers!

Schiff's banned book "The Federal Mafia" is online for free and very much worth reading.

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

I think that part of the problem in these situations are with many people opting to buy the 'package' and not taking the time to truly educate themselves to the point where they know better to be tricked into entering into contracts - ie. contracting with the judge so that you are on his turf and subject to the rules and regs applicable to the 'artificial entity' instead of the free man.

My research to this point has led me to believe that the best course of action is to use Notice of Understanding and Intent addressed to the proper officials and registered with the court followed by a Claim Of Right to secure your position outside of the court system.  The game must be played on our own turf and the tptb have done their best to ensure that the lines are greyed and that it appears there is no other option, but with a lot of self study and perserverance there is.

I know personally of at least three individuals who have not bought into the income tax system for almost a decade now and one of them makes well over $100,000 a year so its not a case of 'flying under the radar'.    It is a matter of these individuals understanding the rules of the game and not entering into any contracts or agreements (knowingly or not).

www.thinkfree.ca is another great resource for those on the path

I am in the education phase for now and encourage others to do so.
With a good copy of an interpretation act and a good legal dictionary and lots of time it is possible to start seeing through the fog and realize the true intent of the letter of the law.

cheers

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

WB, thanks for posting this!  I agree on many points here.  I am also in the education phase and am finding it fascinating, learning about the "tangible illusion" lol that our financial system is, and how to retain your rights & be in the minority that active do so.

cheers

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

Visavis, well I guess it gets easier each time the trail is blazed.  Not related to taxation directly, but I am also researching how to set off your student loan against the bond created with your birth registration.  Could be of interest for anyone still sitting on a hefty student loan as I am.  smile

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

Student loans are so big now and the interest rates so high that graduates will have to work 30 to 40 years to pay back.  What sort of life is that?  No one should have to put a lien on their life to get an education.  It's absolutely outrageous that you and others have to be saddled with a lifetime of debt, and I hope you will find a resolution.

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

Yup, what better way to create a slave? roll

It's pretty ridiculous really.

A notice for any Canadians with teenagers out there.... really think about not applying for your (voluntary) S.I.N. social insurance number.  This makes it very easy to stay out of their game and not have them even bother you about the whole income tax thing.  Regardless of what conventional belief is, one really, really does not need it.  Especially if they can learn to work for themselves, in their own capacity.

In Canada, anyone can walk into a bank and open an account without a SIN card.  Did you know this?  Banks are NOT legally even allowed to refuse you based upon your not providing an SIN number.  There are many people who have done and are doing this.

It's so important to learn about your rights.  They don't even teach you about the Bill of Rights in school anymore, but it absolutely trumps anything else including the Charter.  We don't know this, so we play their silly game.  "Tacit acceptance"

ps - do you think it's a coincidence that they refer to it as "your SIN" ?  wink

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

I watched a video where it is explained that the federal income tax is only for those who work in a federal capacity, or hold stock in a federal company/corporation. The definition of income in the IRS's codebook is WAY different than the commonly understood version.

Here it is: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid … 2571120895

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

In Australia we have the "TFN"...  the Tax File Number.   It must be produced for all financials and for ID in most things.  In 1988 Australians rejected the "Australia Card" at a referendum vote.   So TPTB introduced the TFN into the tax system and then expanded it use throughout the system.   But, it is not mandatory *cough* unless you want to be taxed at 60% of your income,  which is about double the norm.    That's right folks.   It's "your choice".   Compliance or anonymity and  extortion.  But hey.... "you don't have to if you don't want to".

That's how the deception starts.  I couldn't believe it when I started reading some Acts and everytime words are redefined to mean something different than the common understanding - it's the smokescreen.  Even words like 'includes' are redefined so that reading what should be a simple sentence is like trying to decipher klingon or something. big_smile

See I was taught to write clearly and consisely.  This is something I always try to work on and improve, but then I try to read an excerpt from the Income Tax Act or something and wow!!! All the extra words, misleading re-definitions, crazy sentence strucutures that seem  to lead in circles... yep

I have always had the intuitive feeling that something was up with the whole student loan thing.  Especially when I heard about countries that did offer free post secondary education.  I mean, this is the future generation of any population - why wouldn't we want to invest in them?  Instead, what did I find?  My first year of school tuition was about $2400 CAN for the year and I thought that was lots.  By my last year I was paying amost $4500 and this was almost 8 years ago!  Madness... not only that but then they redesign the Bankruptcy Act so that students can't claim bankruptcy on their loan until after 10 years as many many students were doing this finding themselves unable to keep up with payments and interest rates... ya

Well Canada was one of the countries that signed a UN International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

Article 13 General comment on its implementation

1. The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone to education. They agree that education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and the sense of its dignity, and shall strengthen the respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. They further agree that education shall enable all persons to participate effectively in a free society, promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations and all racial, ethnic or religious groups, and further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

2(b) Secondary education in its different forms, including technical and vocational secondary education, shall be made generally available and accessible to all by every appropriate means, and in particular by the progressive introduction of free education;

So there it is... plain to see
that coupled with a fact that in the Student Loan Act there is a provision to 'setoff' your debt ... so know just have to acquire access to the funds that I 'tacitly' gave approval to the government to spend for me.

ya
smile

and the fact that they call it your 'SIN' card.
smile

oh yes... time to get my elected officials to start working for me

I really wish that I had known better at the time in regards to signing on with a SIN card, but that was the way it was... life death and taxes they say... but at 16 how is someone to know better especially when their parents were deeply entrenched in the belief system (BS) that supports the whole system

Ahhh but some of the sheeple are waking up I suppose.

big_smile

Nexus.. are you serious?  They try to tax 60% if you buck the system?  That's ridiculous.
What happened to the right to make a living ?

I guess that's part of the master plan.. keep us so busy struggling to stay afloat that we never have the time or energy to really question the bigger picture

Re: Irwin Schiff convicted of tax evasion

Really cool link Solo.

For Canadians & countries in the former commonwealth, Paradigm Education Group has just posted a new 1hr49min video on Google, highly recommended:

>> http://video.google.ca/videoplay?docid= … 6871787998

Paradigm’s Mini-Intro is a highly condensed focused presentation in search of answers to why most of us feel that some things in this country are not exactly as we’ve been told they are. Through the power of asking questions we search for the truth behind the Illusion, what it is, its main shackle the Canadian Tax Game and how it was built, and how, with the power of our freewill, we can free ourselves.
