In the cassiopaean transcripts they mention something called "The Matrix Material" does anyone know what they are referring to?

This material can be found online in pdf format if anyone is interested. Maybe we could designate this thread to the discussion of the material if anyone has read it or would like to? In fairness I will link this thread and this thread where the material was touched apon.
