IMO this is a damage control strategy.  For instance - recently there's been a surgence of performers openly acknowledging that they have multiple personalities and/or multiple personas who go by other names.  Including Britney.  Her "alter" is Mona, from what I read in an interview, although she probably has more than one.  Mariah Carey has "Mimi"; Janet Jackson has a slew she said, including one "super sexual" one named "Strawberry";  Beyonce has "Sasha," Eminem, which in itself is Marshall Mathers' stage persona, has the sub-alter "Slim Shady," and so on.   This open admittance of having what basically amounts to MPD is also in my opinion a clever strategy of some sorts.  TPTB seem to be trying to offset the damage done by all the researchers who've been exposing these activities going on within Hollyweird.  Get the performers to openly admit to it in a nonchalant way, frame it within the context of it all just being a "character" that they're playing, all in good fun, play it down, shrug it off, it's no big deal, nothing to see here folks, move it along....  It takes the power away from whatever those researchers might be trying to expose.

I bet if someone collected an article or two authenticating each of those above cases and put them all together as links from one centralized web page -- an "MPD central," that would be pretty hard-hitting stuff.  The "average reader" would then   be more likely to be able to see the reality of this stuff, rather than just writing it off as another fringe topic.   At the very least, they'd be forced to acknowledge there's something very strange going on.

Proto, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to find that your dream is a prophetic one.  I'm not a gossip site visitor, but every now and then some strange bit of entertainment news on MSN will grab my attention-- and I'll click!  But this was said about Britney's escapade, which confirms the mind control aspect:

"It was all so sad and so very strange. She must have said, 'I am a good mother! I am a good mother!' about a dozen times. It almost was like she was in some kind of trance."   .... She was kind of flat, just there in body but not emotionally."

You don't get much more mind-controlled than that.  I'll bet her handlers are pissed.  Or maybe not, maybe they hit the self-destruct button themselves.

Just one more thing to add:  in the article I was reading, they keep making references to her HANDLERS!  I'm not kidding.  In one reference, they called them her "comeback-minded handlers," which I initially read as mind-control handlers and momentarily wondered which site I was on.  Then they said this was a move to become independent of her handlers.  Curiouser and curiouser.

I'm on the same wavelength as you. I don't mean to sidetrack the dreams topic, but I think Britney helped me out this week by officially staying away from the media. I was on one of those gossip websites and interestingly enough, she was bald headed on one of her tours. I can't remember the site and I will post it if I can find it, but while doing one of her dance routines, she had one of those huge projector screens in her concerts being bald. She looks like a complete GREY! She looked like she was from a different planet, delivering a message to us humans, as if it came from Star Trek deep space nine or something.

So I did research on thse two specific tarot cards. The death card meaning death, a new beginning. There are a few swords cards, but in my dream there were a few swords, about 8-10, standing on the ground reaching the sky. It could be a good thing for her, but then again...who cares. As my little sister would say: "who cares about that bitch, she's not paying your bills!"

But the last paragraph you wrote was interesting. I'm still searching for that link on where I saw her bald headed on her tour which was super creepy.

Haha! No problem.

Time to listen to some real music: The Smiths and the Cure!

[EDIT] I found the link and the grey Britney picture while she was doing her tour. Very strange in my opinion:

Back to dreams! NO MORE BRITNEY (even though I started it, so full apologies in advance!)

The whole "onyx hotel" always struck me as being weird.  Hotels as a theme for a stage show....?  ??  So back at that time I pulled out my trusty Fritz Springmeier print out book and looked up gemstone usage within mind control.  Onyx is definitely one of the ones used according to his book.  It's also black, which means it probably also has occult overtones.  There are references here and there in the Fritz books to onyx used for decorative purposes in rituals.  Hotels are also one of those weird symbolisms.  Hotels are very transient, and a BIG time place to program people.  Lots of funny things be happenin' at hotels.  wink  So yeah, to me "Onyx Hotel" just screams of some sort of weird occult ritual programming something or other who knows what.  !

Admittedly I do feel bad for her when I read the horror stories about her downward spiral, I can't help it.  But at the same time I'm annoyed at how the media tries to make celebs and performers our gods, at the expense of everybody else who also lives on this planet.  We all have trials and tribulations...the Asian sweat shop women for instance get no sympathy or recognition for their lives, poor people and war victims in third world countries who've gone through hell get viritually ignored, but Britney Spears is continually flaunted on the front stage, and her head shaving is front headline news.  !!!  They act like this is a a *BIG DEAL.*   For crying out loud people, she shaved her head, so what!  It grows back!  Hello......chemo patients in cancer wards?  They lose their hair when they don't want to and suffer on top of it...then they pick up the pieces and resume their lives once the cancer is in remission, and we never hear a peep about it unless it's somebody famous, like Melissa Etheridge.

Boycott the media!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Dreams

I had this weird dream.  I was walking around my neighborhood and there was this new street called UFO Rd.  There was another one with a weird name near it, I think it was Mutant St.  I was with some guy and we walk into a gas station on the corner of UFO road.  I tell the clerk, "Is it called UFO Rd because people see UFO's there?"  She said yes, you can see them after 7 pm.

So my friend says, "Let's go watch."  I tell him that I don't want to because "it's asking for an abduction."

That night, we get into a car and drive to UFO Rd.  We have to walk through a cemetery, the old kind with statues in it.  I think, "Wouldn't it be creepy if these statues could talk?"  Then the nearest one says, "I can talk!"  I'm not scared at all.  In fact, all the statues make small talk at us as we pass through.  There was a carrot patch at the end of the cemetery and we walk through that, too.

Then we sit on UFO Rd, looking for UFO's.  A white light shaped like the silhouette of the planet Saturn appears and darts around the sky.  Then it gets lower, and changes into a black silhouette of a stealth fighter, and then it lowers towards us and its outline changes into that of a gargoyle.  I remember seeing the long claws.  Then it ends.

Re: Dreams

There was a thread on "dream about nr" or something like that if I remember right, but I couldn't find it so let me write the dream I saw this morning here before forgetting it:

I'm reading NR posts as usual and there are many new posts. Unfortunately I can't remember all the threads/posts. Only I remember Montalk's long two posts about Yetis. There are also some Yeti photographs in the post (Hey Tom, say that you're making a research on Yeti and I saw that on astral plane big_smile)

There is also another thread on illuminati which has many posts in it. Someone (I don't remember who) asks "how come there is no proof on illuminati people, how come nobody found anything about their identity?". And I enter a post saying that "I believe whole illuminati story is a distraction to keep us busy. When you begin to ask questions and search, you become dangerous for the system so it has to create something to follow/concentrate just it creates religion and politics for the masses".

Then I get out of this thread and surf for some time on the net, then I turn back to NR page. There is a new post on illuminati thread, a newcomer wrote the post: The name is "lovebias" and he/she writes "I can read and believe anything except the writings of sai baba, who is a big liar. I also believe anything written on illuminati is right".

So, I am waiting for "lovebias" to join us to say "I told you so". big_smile

Re: Dreams

I had a dream where I was walking down a street somewhere (not NYC where I'm from) thinking about having children. In the dream, I was thinking of a name to name a boy and girl. The boy part was pretty easy but for the girl, I wasn't sure what I wanted to name her. So I was a little perplexed and confused until I said to myself "I should name her Antigone" after that sophicles book and had a major right ear ringing and simultaneously, seeing the number 1010 and even in the dream, I was sort of aware, saying "Nice! awesome!" out loud after the ear ringing and number sighting.

When I woke up today, I laid in bed for a bit  trying to remember what I was dreaming and remembered it, since I have no recollection of that happening in my waking life. But this dream just seems weird and I'm unsure what to think. I was day dreaming of having kids in my dream, thinking of names, etc. I'm 23, I really don't want kids at the moment, but I sometimes think about it, thinking it would be great to have children in the future when I'm settled financially and become a great parent.

I'm not sure if it was a natural dream or was it manipulated in some way, shape or form or debris from my thoughts. I should do some research since I think this dream is in the "special dreams" file, hehe.

Re: Dreams

feritciva, I am not researching Yetis in this timeline sad and I registered 10 people today due to mail for the past few weeks piling up unnoticed after being misdirected during the server move, but no new user named lovebias. However, you can register an alter-ego named lovebias and fulfill your own prophecy.

proto, would you choose "Antigone" even now while awake? Also, not sure if there's any pun to the name as in Anti-Gone, or whether the entire thing was symbolic with kids representing new discoveries, endeavors, or projects.

Re: Dreams

Holy....!!! This is very strange, proto. I had a dream last night of someone I haven't seen in many years, and did a search to see if I could find anything online. What I encountered was this person's sister, who is an actress. I found a play she'd been in, written up online, and the play's name? "Antigone", and the write up was of the "Antigone Project". I JUST came across it before I came and read this thread.

Whoa... wtf?

Just so it's clear, I never read about it or even heard the term before a few minutes ago. So that is truly stand out odd for me.

Re: Dreams

What a strange sync-- Antigone.  And it's not as if you hear that name every day.  I think it's pretty, too.

Re: Dreams

Just to reveal how my mind works, I'm now wondering if the mass consciousness is somehow resolving the archetypal issues around this dysfunctional tragedy as depicted in greek mythology. Huh. Again I haven't read it, just did a quick glancing scan of what I found online, but it seems there's lots there that applies to the human condition.

Yeah, If I were to have a daughter, I would probably name her that or atleast use it as a middle name, so it could possibly be a debris of my thoughts. My sister had a friend named Antigone that she lost touch with and I wondered what happened to her since she was a very cool chick. She popped into my head because I saw a bottle of Vidal Sasson shampoo at Walgreen's and I remember her and my sister talking about shampoo for hours one day as I walked by my sister's room, so that stuck in my head and triggered me to think of her.

The ear ringing was a bit strange, but I thought about it today and realized that my dream was a tad lucid, considering that it felt real and I had control of my thoughts in that sequence of my dream. Whenever I used to dream, I felt like a puppet and allowed things to happen, whether they were good or bad. Now, I make a passive effort to fully remember my dreams by intending them to stick in my mind after I wake up and intending to slowly have more control of what goes on in that arena in my life.

Ha! That is weird, in a good way, I suppose. I always have synchs with you guys on NR even though I might not type up a write up/response. Whatever I have on my mind, I seriously test myself and see if anyone has written about it and I would fairly say, half the time, someone had the same or similar thought and write about it. So it's definetly cool to know that there are people out there like you and others here that are on the same wavelength and have "Antigone" to mark it.

I read the book back in the 9th grade, but to be honest, I wasn't a really good student and thought about lunch and where to hang out after school with my friends instead of paying attention to reading the play. I barely passed that class haha. I should read up on the play on the net and see what the story is all about...again. tongue

Re: Dreams

Thought the following dream I had was pretty cool, though I lack the full understanding of why it happened.   I was like precognitive remote viewing, best way for me to describe it:

In the dream I was in a store accompanying my friend and his brother (About 2 days later I helped said friend clean apartment to move his stuff with his brother's help).  In the store my friend was looking at and manipulating by hand these approx. 1/2 foot tall elephant statues.

It turns out that a few hours after I woke up from that dream he was in a computer store looking at something he referred to as "elephant drives" which are apparently about the same size as the elephant statues in the dream.

Not sure why I would have an RV-like dream and I hope there wasn't any free-will violation going on.  Maybe it was had just for the sake of remembering a good psi experience to remind myself and others about the malleability and interconnectedness of reality, or maybe there was some symbolism with the elephants and moving?  not sure.

BTW, thanks to everyone who's contributed to this thread, lots of fascinating experiences here.

Re: Dreams

Before going to sleep I requested to be shown a profound truth about the nature of our reality. This is what I dreamt:

I was exploring a sunny resort town in Arizona where preppy people were outdoors enjoying their leisure time. At one point I decided to take a sudden detour and eventually stumbled upon a gray swampy place. It was a lake that had been drained so that packed rows of drab homes could be built on the lakebed. The homes had walls made directly of living trees growing densely out of the lakebed. Weird fungal pods grew between the trees, so that the whole scene looked oppressive and alien.

Attached to this complex was another lake, this one filled with water that went down into a pitch black abyss. Some force took me down to the bottom of that lake, where the force revealed itself as a monkey wearing special scuba gear. Using the light strapped to its head, the monkey spotlighted what was at the bottom of the lake: hundreds of naked humans floating upright but anchored motionlessly to the ground with small breathing tubes attached to their noses. The monkey picked out a woman and tried to make her listen to something through headphones, but the woman shook her head to indicate she could not hear anything. The monkey went to others and eventually found a guy who could break free from being anchored down, who rose up without his breathing tubes but made me worry that he would drown since the lake bottom was so deep...

Scene changed to the resort town again, this time near a sunny beach where people again were having fun. I was already starting to forget the swampy place. One guy there was talking about his boat, and how he would one day take it to Hawaii. I thought to myself how would he do this since Arizona was landlocked... The utopian beach scene ended like a movie or documentary ends, and I thought "Wow, what a happy ending." But then a guy next to me who seemed to have been there all along, perhaps the monkey, told me to think again and look carefully. I then realized that one of the people on the beach was exactly the same person I saw earlier chained to the bottom of the lake. Then the guy told me that yes, all of this was an illusion, that the happy ending was really a tragedy since the entire resort town was an artificial construct meant to keep people happy while they were actually imprisoned in the abyss. Then I woke up.

So anyway, this dream gave the same picture as the Matrix movies did. Monkey may be pun for Monk-Key, as in the key to spirituality. People chained to the bottom were deaf to the voice of spirit. The abyss represents darker lower dimensions where vibrations are slower. The trees growing out of the lake represent timelines sprung from an artificial alien foundation. The homes penetrated by those trees are personal realms of existence.

Overall this dream means our reality and history could be the product of an artificial beginning meant to imprison us within a darker dimension of lower vibrations. I guess that's pretty profound in a gnostic sense.
