For some energy readers I've talked to they've said it's like reading the information in the auric field, others read the Akashic record...and for others, myself included, it's about the energetic "vibe", as you call it.
And as well, impressions... in other words 3rd eye viewings of "snippets of film" about another person, as well as myself. Imagination? you may ask... the only thing I can say is through experience I'm clearly able to tell the difference.
For me, when I meet someone face to face, and sometimes even on the internet, like on NR, it is like the recognition "washes" over me. Literally, this feels the same as having a bucket of water poured over my head, except it's energy pouring in, and not so weighty either
.
It's like running across an old school chum 20 years later and that feeling of recognition and all the good times and fun come rushing back to the front of the mind, and they talk their heads off for hours--"You're never going to believe what happened to me!" And the other one says "Oh yeah? Get a load of this!" And on and on it goes... for hours. I know because I've done this, hooked up with these kindred ET souls, a number of times now, and it always happens this way. The recognition is too too much to deny. There is one NR member wherein a personal relationship has developed (much to my joy), we call ourselves "two peas in a pod" because the depth of our connectiveness has served many times over to reveal just how alike we are.
And lyra, I always didn't have such a solid grip on this, even though I've certainly known there were some people I met that I had soul history with and past/other life memories of, but it really wasn't until less than two years ago after I developed a clear understanding about FRE's that I was able to undoubtedly identify this ET soul energy... though I think I only have this depth of recognition for those who belong to the same FRE as me. I don't think I would have the same ability, hmmm... ability like an Akashic reader has (an "all knowing" I'll say), to intuite quite as constructively about another and their soul make-up if they were outside of the sphere of my FRE. Nor would I want to take that kind of resposibility.
Another interesting note, something I think is really cool
--while I was visiting my friend and her family this past weekend she did Buddhist chanting every morning and night. At one point during this (I was meditating during these chantings) I had a nice energetic opening and subsequent flowing, and found a really interesting new "prayer" position to hold my hands in (I'm going to post about it).
On Monday night at 9:15, even with the TV on and that man-critter I live with talking to me, as big as day in my 3rd eye, and I do literally mean I heard it in my forehead... what did I hear? My friend's chanting. And I just sat there and smiled and tuned out the TV and the man-critter, and listened. I called her the next morning and asked her what time she did her chants the evening before, already knowing the answer, her answer of course 9:15 PM.
This is probably the most pointed story about the connectiveness that reveals the "knowing", but in the late 90's a friend of mine and I would go into her oak grove backyard at 3 AM sometimes and just quietly meditate. It never, not once, failed that during this time we "saw" the same things. That was something else also. Me, always tryin' to be scientific/objective
, had us write down what we saw before we told one another, twice, and it was always the same... cool, huh? But she and I could complete each other's sentences too.
Holy spumoni lyra! I could probably go on about this forever! Sheesh!
Today's mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground.
