Topic: What is the Universal Consciousness?

I read an interesting book called "My Happiness -From God!" by the author Galina Dymkova. And wanted to share this chapter:
Universal Consciousness
"People have always been interested to learn about the origin of Earth and human life on it. The planet formation is no longer a mystery for Mankind. In simple terms it could be explained in this fashion: the sun generated excess of energy and via explosions spewed it out into space. The gases cooled, turned into a solid matter, and eventually formed into the planet Earth. To prevent the reverse process of the Earth heating up again and turning into the sun, the Universal Consciousness created favorable climatic conditions for the formation of human consciousness. In order for people to enjoy their lives and not live in hell, they need to learn about the harmful effect of the inner fear on the human organism. As soon as a person becomes completely free from the fear within, he becomes a part of the Universal Consciousness and his life changes as follows:
o An interesting and creative job
o All problems become easily resolved
o Healthy and happy offspring
A big part of Earth's population, as strange as it sounds, prefers to look for the solutions to their problems in sessions with psychics, who seem especially trustworthy if they tell a person's past. However, psychics also play an important role for those people who try to harm others. Many psychics distort information in order to gain self-importance unaware of how badly it might turn out for them. Especially it must never be done when their client is a criminal who is trying to escape justice. Only if a psychic doesn’t lie or tell fables that even he, himself, doubts there is no threat to his live. A psychic must stop the séance when she/he begins to experience the vibrations of fear preceding an actual reading, for it is a sign that a person with a criminal past is sitting in front of them. If not, the client will ruin the psychic's reputation presenting her to other people as a con artist.
For example, a criminal visits a psychic who states the exact date and location of a crime committed by him. The felon tries not to show his discomfort caused by the psychic's words. Hiding his fear, he says that he cannot make any sense of what is being said and claims that it is all nonsense. These words cause the psychic to doubt herself. Then the following happens: out of fear of being taken for a fraud, the psychic distorts the information and unwillingly becomes the criminal's ally. The criminal still tells everyone he knows that he had a séance with a con artist. In order not to ruin her reputation, a psychic has to observe these rules:

Rules for the psychics:
1. Forbid yourself to think that the Universal Consciousness does not exist and without doubts trust the answers you receive adding nothing from yourself.
In order for a psychic to have no doubts about received information, from the first moment, he or she needs to say mentally, “I manifest myself as God's thoughts.”
2. Under no circumstances reveal any knowledge to the criminal that might pertain to the discovery of a murderer.
3. The psychic’s help on Earth is to erase the visions of death and destruction and substitute them for a vision of life and peace. For example, if you perceive that a bomb goes off at a particular location and people die. You need to mentally cut this vision out as if you were cutting out a piece of videotape, then burn it and replace it with another one where life blossoms, protected and undisturbed.

It is very difficult for a person alone to sort out half-true – half-false information that is being distributed for the prosperity of evil. Do not flatter yourselves that your intuition will not let you down. Thousands of people are smeared with lies and slander; thousands of crooks might stretch out a hand to you in order to do evil. People are subjected to danger from those who want to ruin the lives of others. In order to live under protection and feel as a part of the Universal Consciousness, it is not enough to believe in predictions and visions. It is imperative to take care of your inner world and get rid of fear with the help of the knowledge offered to you.
Unaware of their true origin, people surrendered to evil and began to believe that it is impossible to change the world. Those, who believe in anarchy, will never observe any laws created by people for the protection of children. There are thousands of cases when children were subjected to humiliation and abuse not only from strangers but also from their own parents.
For example, a family of five: a mother, father, and three daughters resided in a small town. At the age of 12 the life of each sister turned into hell. Their father repeatedly raped them and brought other men to have sex with them for money. Playing the role of a religious man, he had an impeccable reputation. The girls could not oppose such evil by themselves. When the oldest girl turned 17 she tried to save her little sisters and told everything to the sheriff. Her father showed up and convinced the sheriff and everyone that his daughter was mentally ill and wanted to get back at him for not giving her money. At home he raped and beat her up. As a result of such a life and in order to escape it the daughter mentally created an artificial reality and began living there. Living in the reality that did not actually exist, she eventually became insane.
Many well-to-do families that raise their children according to the traditional rules also have problems. It happens because parents break the very rules they teach their children to follow. Children adapt and in their parents' presence behave the way they were taught. However, away from their parents they allow themselves to be quite different. Only freedom from the inner fear can save a person from evil. The reality is what a person feels himself and not what the others say and see.
Only life without inner fear can avert the nuclear catastrophe on Earth. The inner fear is the energy of evil that further contributes to the destruction of not only an individual but of the entire humanity as well. The constriction inside that occurs from fear is the cause of all human diseases as well as natural disasters. If a person gets rid of the inner fear, his energy changes and life around him does not give in to the power of evil. Recognize and accept the Universal Consciousness for yourself as a real power of good; it will be enough to protect you from evil. This Mighty Consciousness is capable of changing your life completely and can give you all the necessary knowledge to become a part of a powerful Good. People are capable of conceiving the secrets of human feelings and follow the path of happiness to where the Universal Consciousness leads us.
Recognition of the Higher Consciousness by many people has been well publicized by press, radio, and television; many books were published about it. In order to feel that you are a part of the Higher Consciousness it is not enough to believe in predictions and visions. It is important to recognize yourself as a part of that Consciousness and doubts about received answers will disappear. Since immoral people tend to hide their deeds, they utilize the perception of eyes and ears to discredit and dishonor those who are able to expose them. That is why clairvoyant people were feared throughout the course of human history. Fear of being exposed forced people to reject the existence of the Higher Consciousness, which caused clairvoyants to be persecuted by those who were afraid to see themselves as worthless. It is possible to escape from a blind and deaf person, but it is impossible to run away from yourself."
