Topic: Olbermann demands an end to Bush's lies...

... and the planned dismantling of the nation continues.  At least though, this guy is standing up.

"This president, in his bullying of the senate last month, in his slandering of the democrats this month, has shown us that he believes whoever the enemy actually are, they are hiding themselves inside a dangerous cloak -- called the Constitution of the United States of America."

So it's becoming increasing en vogue to bring forth the massive and increasingly ridiculous lies, now more and more in mainstream media channels.  Let us not think that this is some gracious stroke of luck; it is just another step to tptb's dismantling of the nation and further stripping of individual rights and freedoms.  I wish I was wrong.  Perhaps the script will unexpectly change.  Most likely, that will depend on us.

Re: Olbermann demands an end to Bush's lies...

I suppose I don't follow your logic.  How is bringing into the spotlight the reality of the Ruling adminstrations lies tie into th TPTB's plans.  They rule through keeping us ignorant, unless you believe that in their arrogance, they are mocking the fact that we are so brainwashed that even when confronted point blank that we have been lied to, we don't do anything.  Perhaps they are waiting for the day when they can lie to our faces in a way that should be completely obvious, and when we do nothing, that will be when they take over.  Is this what you are getting at?

Re: Olbermann demands an end to Bush's lies...

Capitan, that's partly it, yes.

But more what I'm getting at, is tptb have no desire to keep the US of A inctact.  Why would they, when they have for eons been shooting for a one-world govt?  So, the collapse is planned.  I mean good God, anecdotal quotes from David Rockefeller alone put this sharply into context.  I've referenced these and other quotes before, but people really need to familiarize themselves with how tptb really view things (see link)  (link #2).

So Bush and his admin are the current and soon "fall guys".  What they are going for is to get people so fed up with the current administration (but not wake up and see any further than that), to vocalize en masse and thus willfully welcome in a new form of totalitarian government following another staged attack -- IE the US attacking itself and blaming others.  And thus give them "justification" to declare a state of emergency and put into practice the horrific laws that were passed since 911.  This, to me anyways, is what they are likely going for -- while at the same time, as you've alluded to, doing it all right in front of our face -- again handily using our general disgust with the administration for their own nefarious purposes.  These types of manouverings have been done time and time again.

They would NOT like it if the public's disgust DOES NOT REMAIN WITH THE ADMINISTRATION BUT INSTEAD GOES DEEPER IN AWARENESS OF THE REAL ISSUES.  They're cockily betting that this doesn't happen.

Yesterday I referenced the fantastic movie, "America: From Freedom to Fascism", which was freely on Google in its entirety (link).  From where I sit, I see that it's unavailable right now.  This is the type of information that is not wished to become public knowledge, as it delves 1 or 2 levels deeper than the "911 Loose Change" genre -- IE it does not merely blame the current administration.  While I see quite clearly they don't want this to become common knowledge, I will remain hopeful that movie was not removed due to fascist censorship, and will resurface.

I'm convinced that TPTB purposely did a sloppy job. I'm also convinced that all of these alternative theories are fueling their agenda to some extent. Think about it...why wouldn't they clean their tracks unless they were purposely trying to leave a trail? Someone may retort, "Because they're incompetent," but you have to consider that that may be their intention. There's so much more to the 'Great Work' than people realize.

Vasiavis:  We're now on the same page.  I have actually stated in the past on another thread when Stephen Colbert was allowed to insult Bush on live TV at a White house press dinner, that I believed TPTB might be letting Bush take the fall for all this crap.  A president is like a disposable utensil, use them for whatever purpose they need, destroy them, and start over with a new after 4-8 yrs.  It's the fundamental reason to run puppet governments, when the people rise up they kill the puppet, and completely miss the puppet master behind the stage.

Re: Olbermann demands an end to Bush's lies...

Capitan, exactly.  Your post added clarification... there was something weird about how it just felt like Colbert was "the man for the task", wasn't there?

Brad - your alternative viewpoint is appreciated.  It's something I have considered, and still I like to keep an open mind to it.  That especially to me seemed to be the message of V for Vendetta, didn't it?  (That, and a dose of androdgeny for good measure.)  It's really multilayered.  At this time I'm leaning very strongly toward the understanding that no, the powers that be are NOT intending for our best interests.  We can however "transmute" their ill intentions into our gain - through spiritual/volitional development and resistance.  However, the problem is that it appears that most will not do this.

The staged events and control mechanisms in this version of existence are NOT intended for the benefit of "us losing our fear".  That seems very clearly to me to be a lie.  However, the ironic part is that we can choose to respond in such a way to provide ourselves this benefit.  We can choose for the nefarious agenda and its various outcroppings to propel us forward.  It's up to us, each one individually.  When you think about it, it's rather paradoxically poetic and has a beauty to it.

A key part of our growth and development in this strange dynamic, is our resistance to it.  We can never forget that.  Just because, on some broader esoteric level, things may be as they should be, this does not by any means mean that we should be complacent and not offer wholehearted resitance to that which is dark.  On the contrary.  Should that happen, the great purpose would become extinguished.

Re: Olbermann demands an end to Bush's lies...

The current feeling I have about reality is that positive doesn't progress through resistance, and fighting as much as avoiding the darness, and moving in our own path of light.  Light will destroy darkness simply through its existence, you don't need to attack darkness with light, just turn it on.  Darkness however needs to attack light to turn it off, so that it cannot destroy darkness.  Hope my metaphors made a little sense here.  The more however we get tied up in this false battle between good in evil, we won't realize that it is just darkness fighting itself to keep our attention away from the light.  Ignore the fake conflicts and war, and move towards the light of awareness, knowlege, cooperation.  Our light will draw other seekers of light to us like moths.

I am beginning to grasp some of the concepts of how exactly our reality is an illusion, how we live behind a veil, and we refuse to open the viel because we either don't know we can, think that its wrong, or are afraid of what me might find with the viel removed.  Like a child locked in a room its whole life told that outside its door are monsters that would tear it limb from limb, and the child believes its captors are really thier protectors and best friends.  If the child ever got out of the room, the trauma of the greater world outside destroy it.  Alright too many metaphors for tonight.

Guess I am saying you are not going to win in a battle with TPTB because battles are their territory.  Not sure exactly what our territory is, but I would guess Jesus, Ghandi, Budha, and others might have had an idea.

Re: Olbermann demands an end to Bush's lies...

Capitan: thanks for the follow up thoughts.  I've been off for a few days & am (somewhat) back now.

Though the path of development might have some different connotations to me, you make some good points and that's a good metaphor.  I see it a bit more as a warrior being developed and honed for battle -- but not battle in the manufactured/controlled sense... a higher battle.  Not "go out and fight the baddies" type of battle necessarily either.  What I most feel resonates with your standpoint is that we can't become obsessed with what we fight against, because then we're just drawn into those types of vibrations, rather than what we strive towards.  This is food for thought.

ps- hopefully this post made sense as it's dam late & I need sleep tongue
