For all the criticism this material receives, I think it is important to put into context and understand the disclaimer that is written before each session....

"It is offered in the hope that it may be useful to you. As the Confederation entities always
make a point of saying, please use your discrimination and judgment in assessing this material. If
something rings true to you, fine. If something does not resonate, please leave it behind, for neither we nor those of the Confederation would wish to be a stumbling block for any."

For some reason, the language used in this material which others find difficult to comprehend, I find easy. Similarly other texts which others find easy to comprehend, I have difficulties. It's just the way it is. Still, it's one text that I use for learning the greater picture - it is merely one piece of the jigsaw.

The Ra Material does not claim to be THE source of information. That has been the problem (one of) with religions, cults and other fanatical organisations throughout history. They use texts that may have had genuinely good intentions, and perverted them for their own end.  Through the use of this disclaimer and other acknowledgements throughout the material, it encourages the reader to use it the material as a guide only. The only time I will have a problem with it, is when someone uses the material as dogma.

I often get the feeling, when reading all this information, and disinformation, that all we need to do is read with a open (and discerning)  mind, and all that is happening, is that we are remembering truths that we already know.

Without these reminders from our past, we may never trigger the awareness.

I didn't used to think this way before I joined these forums, I used to be very suggestive, but now I read with detachment, and I let my Dream soul sift out the nuggets (while I sleep) and represent them to me as feelings, if and when, opportunities arise to confirm thier truths.

I had a sync with that 555 thread the other day, and at the time, I was quite taken by it, but I decided not to push it, and just see what occurs naturally. Nothing has yet, so be it.

This way, I am no longer confused by the constant paradoxes, and can continue my search for truth.

Apologies, I made the mistake of saying "maybe...dubious or inaccurate" when it should have been "does not currently resonate with me" because I agree that much of this is a "wait and see" type of thing, and doubting something does not make it necessarily inaccurate.

To be clear, the Ra Material is one of my favorite channeling source. I like the C's material slightly more only because it covers a greater range of topics and contains more tactical clues about dark stuff.

But since you asked, in particular I found myself non-resonant with the following ideas: pyramids being thought into existence, the council of saturn, the souls of bigfoot and two million humans having originated on Maldek, that friendly feelings are (necessarily) evident of contact with Confederation forces, all the emphasis on ritual, that this planet has already become fourth density, and that after seventh density the octave repeats at an even higher level. None of this I can absolute disprove, so I'm just leaving it in limbo. As matt_d82 reminded, "If something does not resonate, please leave it behind."

Another large and potentially significant topic.  If things are being altered, then who or what is doing this and how is it done?  Perhaps that topic deserves it's own thread, and I think that there are other similar threads on this forum.  For example, the thread(s) about timeline alterations.

Personally I found the Ra material to be very thought provoking, compelling, and challenging.  I actually enjoy material written in that complex manner because it helps me to better familiarize myself with lofty concepts and generally increases my cognitive abilities.  It's a good sign to me if I have to consult the dictionary to make it through a text without guessing.

Most intriguing concepts:
-law of one and it's "distortions" as the illusion
-chakras as symbolic of densities and vice-versa
-hyperdimensional attacks considered as "greetings", the hidden act of love behind attacks
-chakra clearing through contemplative work rather than ineffectual energy exercises
-archetypes
-STS vs. STO

The only thing that I can really remember as being not so interesting to me personally at the time was the info on pyramids, banishment rituals....not much else that I can remember.

I do believe that the "sources" of the L/L Research channelings are of a very pure variety, as well as the actual channels, when compared to the phenomena of channeling itself and the people involved.  They don't seem to be out to make a buck as all of their materials of available to be accessed for free on their website.  As has already been pointed out, discernment is always a requirement to successfully digest the nutritious aspects of a teaching/info set and to leave the undigestible/toxic substances behind.  While they were helpful for me at the time and place of my personal quest, I know they may not be for others since we all come to what we know through a myriad of different sources.  I think heeding the disclaimer preceeding any "Confederation" channelings is a very safe idea.

StarCat, I'm extremely interested in reading your response to the questions posed to you.  You made some very intentionally targetted cryptic comments and suppositions and I would love to hear the "why" part of your reply to the topic.  It's been days now and you have posted elsewhere on NR in the meantime, I'm wondering if you are leaving us hanging on purpose or simply lack time to respond. Regardless, it would be nice to hear your thoughts on the matter as I'm always looking for stuff to help challenge my belief system.
