I certainly find all this interesting, yet confusing.
It's interesting that after all this, we seem to be able to contact so called inter-dimensional beings or intelligence, much easier than any technologically advanced races from the stars.
there is such a wealth of information and distorted or dis-informed opinions that seem to agree and contradict each other simultaneously.
This leaves us where?
I do not doubt the abilities we have to contact all of the above, but in fact if there is a strong motive to do so, to be famous, to be in the know, to become related to a celestial royalty, to become godlike, to "save the earth", save humanity, save ourselves... then every possibility of the nearly limitless subconscious in invoked.
It seems there is far too much evidence to dismiss either earlier technologically advanced cultures on earth or that advanced influence continuing to this day.
Knowing where it comes from doesn't seem to solve our biggest problem!
What makes us so dangerous as a species: mistaken self-identification and distorted perception.
As long as we are ruled by confused mind states that lead to aggression and competition, we are given a mission (conditioned of course) to advance ourselves and our identity against others that we project our own worst traits onto, and become lilly white in the process.

All supporting the laziness of never questioning our own reality and motives.

Identifying enemies is what seems most paramount in these discussions.
Occasionally there is interest in useful knowledge, but it's mostly to be used in the same STS way ~ "how can i make myself better, more powerful, less vulnerable", and rarely in understanding.

How did i get so distracted into this side current to understanding that i am reading for hours this theory and supposition and often outright new age fantasy?
Is this the distraction from what is really happening that we so fear?

It is only logical that we are not alone.
Yet we seem unlikely to be any more armed with reliable knowledge, able avoid the manipulation of those who would try than we ever were, as a culture or even a subculture here at NR, if there is so much confusion after all this.
Many of us have been guided in our thinking, based on the motives previously mentioned, by fancy theories that "explain everything", and provide "answers" and a "spiritual" context which we are desperate for, as society becomes more and more materially oriented. The need for proof and miracles is exactly what makes us vulnerable to sham.
the C's are taken as a fairly credible source of info, but is of a channelled nature and contradictory to what many believe as well.
the insider posts present a slightly different vantage point, not completely free of bias, imo, but one thing that does stand out in these two sources is need for us to "individually" awaken.
And the impossibility of riding on ANYONE'S coat-tails as the correct bearer of information and the redeemer of our souls or intelligence.

We seem to get stuck on the physical manifestations of the various aliens and the desire to believe something will save us.

The physical world as much as we would like to think of as stable and reliable is apparently not so. The billions of possibilities of physical manifestations are evident and do not necessarily contradict each other, but once regarded as proof and evidence of this or that then become fodder for our divisive arguments and "need to know decisively" one way or the other.
Our ignorance still dominates our discovery "process", and it seems any conclusion that there's anything actually "alien" or separate from us at all, is thrown back in out face time and again.

Perhaps the phenomena itself is being conducted by our abilities to create and imagine, as is our ability to perceive the phenomena is conducted by us individually.
My point is what we deem "material" and assume to be separate from ourselves may be much more flexible and susceptible to belief and motive and also not so separate after all.

It is common profound truth, time and again discovered, that there is nothing separate from our true mind, and that this that we take for our world is an illusion, a dream.
Modern translation: holographic representation.

There will probably never be agreement on anything but the principles behind our discovery process.
Perhaps we are creating all the evidence out of unknown powers of mind, including the field/environment in which it can manifest.

That would leave me to return to; that the most important truth is the one we can discover and verify for ourselves only.
Agreement isn't necessary perhaps, but happens when the "vibes" are in accord and when we are no longer fooled by sensual objects and values.
In other words: when we each have arrived at an understanding in which many things are possible and not surprising, but contact with so called "inner" truth is paramount and guides us directly with no intermediary or authority other than true nature itself as it is revealed moment by moment.

Yes, her books are available at both Barnes and the metaphysical bookstore in town. The publishing company and the author are located around here as well. I read the above book during my visits to the store and found the back cover revealing because it demonstrates in a brief way some key elements found in the burgeoning gray disinformation campaign:

* openly inviting them - if you don't know the truth about what you are inviting, then you risk inviting something you might regret when it's too late to take it back. When I was thirteen I looked to the sky and asked the grays for a sign that they were out there. That night I got abducted and they left a hairline scar on my forehead, and my years afterwards showed signs of alien manipulation and mind programming. I became obsessed with the grays, a real alien fan boy until I eventually came across books that went deeper than the mainstream abduction literature. Reflecting back and putting all the pieces together made me realize they were bad news, and that they required my consent to pounce.

* offering choice between denial and acceptance - the disinformation gives a false choice between [ignorance of facts, fear based thinking, denial of what's happening, refusal to cooperate] vs [positive thinking, acceptance of abductions, willing cooperation, "understanding" one chose it already]. In other words, it suggests that if you believe aliens are anything but positive, then you are acting out of fear, denial and ignorance. The choice is false because it does not allow for the possibility that refusal to cooperate with abductions is done out of calm awareness of the real facts.

* promise of gifts of power - healing and psychic abilities are dangled as rewards for cooperation. In truth, being psychic does not make one spiritual, being spiritual doesn't necessarily make one wise and discerning, and having healing powers does not automatically make one a saint. In other words, it's perfectly possible for a naive instrument of deception to be psychic and have healing powers. The one thing they give up in return is freewill and discernment, the two things that matter most.

* abductions for survival of mankind - the abduction and hybridization program is touted as necessary for the mutual survival of grays and humans through the merger of the best in both, that this is the only way mankind can evolve to the next level. But they did this once before already many thousands of years ago, and although we received better intellects and dexterity compared to our predecessors we were simultaneously stunted in our spiritual perceptive abilitites, which shows the point was not to "evolve us" but to make us better slaves. We were upgraded in what matters most to them, and downgraded in what was most threatening to them. So now the hybridization campaign aims to increase both intellect and psychic powers, yet not in a way that liberates mankind from control, but makes it a more effective extension of that control. Besides, awareness alone is enough to activate and mutate DNA (see the works of Dr Bruce Lipton), so mankind could evolve just through an expansion in awareness and perception brought about by the dimensional shift and sharing of knowledge, which is the primary way we can move forward without losing our freedoms. The hybridization program is an attempt to hijack this and maintain control through genetic and technological means even after the fourth density transition.

Distinction between 'benevolent' and 'bad' aliens is, most of the time, another level of fallacy. The so-called 'benevolent' aliens are part of the bigger agenda of 'technological alien Creator Gods and Saviors' deception.  There must be nice beings on other planets, but we must not forget that 'all that shines is not gold'.

This Be Thee ?

Whoa, I recall having a dream where I was going to some fancy restaraunt, with some person. We began eating dinner, and I asked him "So, just who are you?"
"My name is Germaine" he said, producing newspaper clippings of with his picture on a couple of them.
He said something about Vladimir Lenin's uncle...I have no clue where that comes from, I've tried researching that to no avail.
I asked him about the nature of evil, and he said "I've seen a great deal of beings who you would be called embodiments of evil, but I see them as spiritually unevolved or stagnated."
The food I ordered tasted weird, so I sent it back. They brought my peppermint tea flavoured with honey, and it was pretty good, given it was dream-tea!
Anyways, the dream kind of ended with no real conclusion. He didn't describe himself as "Saint-Germaine", and thinking about it now...well, I really don't know what to make of that.
Yeah, but I definitely hear you druid. Stuart Wilde talks about how there's a fundamental disinfo present in communities interested/appalled by "ETs" such as the Greys, Lizards, Nordics, etc...they are not infact from other planets but from dimensions that run parallel to ours! So they could very well be "demons" posing as an ET. However, there would have to be some balance to these forces, and that's why some people perceive some ETs as "angels"...and vice versa.
It's all about dimensional shifts! Who knows what's really happening..I have no "inside information" regarding the nature of what's occuring, but people like Wilde say the Goddess force is returning to bring balance to our planet. Maybe we're seeing the different entities that are also going to be affected during this time as well, and they may have various motives...some we may label as good, or comfortable, and bad, or uncomfortable.
This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, the time of Revealing. We are going to be standing, in some point in our forseeable future, where we will lead ourselves down one of two paths: The Path of the Great Turning, or the Path of the Great Unravelling. Society could crumble, to resemble that of the petty warlords that sprung up after Rome's collapse. Or society could flourish, and lavish as the reigns of Empire, dominion, repression, and violence are tossed aside.

My acquaintance with Extraterrestrial Reason came to me completely unexpected.
All my expectations of what the Celestial Reason looks like have failed and disappeared after my real acquaintance with it.
Arieolla is one of the main Teachers who lives inside God’s Universe (it turns out there is also a Universe inside God). He is a handsome young man with big greenish blue eyes, small beautiful manly nose and soft plump mouth, with pearly teeth and a divine smile. He is rather tall and charming. His hair is blond, wavy, shoulder length. He looks somewhat like Ashtar Sheran, only Ashtar has a more masculine, strong-willed face.
I met Arieolla for the first time while I was in Kiev in 1990. It happened spontaneously in the very moment when I was desperately calling for help, after I found out that KGB’s scoundrels were conducting remote experiments on me through the psycho-generator.
At first, I felt him, rather than saw him. I felt a touch of a hand, which I could not see, but could feel and heard someone’s whisper: “You will never suffer again. I promise." The moment I heard this whisper, I got frightened. Probably more frightened than I was of everything that had happened to me before.  Begging for help with all my heart and looking somewhere into the sky with a prayer, I was hoping for a miracle, but I did not believe it was possible.
And then, I heard the whisper again: “You have no choice. Either I help you or no one will." Only then, I began to heed this whisper and listen to everything he was saying.
Later, recollecting this first meeting, I could have sworn that it was not a dream, but I wanted to believe that I was sleeping.  Otherwise, I could not explain those events to myself.  I figured I had gone crazy and that was the end of me. 
Gradually, it became easier for me to breathe. The wild burning in my head has stopped and the terrible headache was gone as if someone took the scalpel away from my brain.  My head filled with some kind of strange inexplicable comfort and my chest filled with serenity. You cannot even imagine this feeling of serenity…I still remember how afraid I was to lose this feeling.
Then gradually, hallucinations from which I suffered during five long months started to disappear. Slowly, I was getting back to my senses.  However, my mentality was much shaken… I did not trust anyone but Arieolla.  I have literally “seized" my savior, begging him to never leave me!
Once in the local newspaper “Evening Kiev", I read an article about the existence of Ashtar Sheran. I asked Arieolla if he knows him. Arieolla replied that he is acquainted with Ashtar, telling me that Ashtar is his friend and the envoy of God. He told me that Earth is currently on the third level of development, while Ashtar comes from a very high civilization – the 5th level. I asked Arieolla about his own level of development. He laughed, showing his pearly teeth and said, “There is no civilization higher than the one within the God’s Universe!"
Then Arieolla , introduced me to Ashtar Sheran and I have learned a lot from this wonderful Teacher. He was saying that people would not have accepted him without Arieolla’s support. Ashtar has been trying to bring the Truth to people for many years, but those he was in contact with consciously distorted and discredited his information in order to close the path to other people.
Later, after my acquaintance with Arieolla and Ashtar, I met God. Arieolla has been preparing me for this first acquaintance for a long time, telling me about God as an Individual, which did not correspond with my former religious-mystical views.
God “looked" completely different from what I could have imagined Him to be.  He is a colossal form of materialized energy of Feelings. When I felt him, I addressed him with a silly question: “Why do you call yourself God?”  He responded in a soft voice, filled with Love: “And why is your name Galochka?" I laughed and never asked such silly questions again.
Afterwards we spoke many, many times about everything, but I will write about that later. For now, I’ll say only one thing: you cannot touch Him with hands, but you can feel Him and listen to Him in thoughts with a complete sensation that His voice is coming from the outside. I felt the aroma of the living pale-yellow energy of Love. God’s tender words penetrated into each cell of my body. I wanted to never part with these feelings!
From an abstract monarch to whom one appeals for help and protection at difficult times, God became the reality unknown to me before.
I express my love to God every day. I am happy that He exists and that I am filled with God’s Love. There is no other feeling quite as magnificent!
Some time after my acquaintance with God, I began to understand how complex human psyche is and how easy it becomes to live knowing its structure. God and Arieolla have been teaching me about the mentality of Reason and thanks to that I have obtained knowledge of the ways mentality works. Now I can help those people, who are willing to comprehend its mysteries.
…All the past remained behind… But mean, hateful people, trusting in their own impunity, who violently tried to subordinate my will, are now “melting" from fear before the unknown Force that saved me from them."
