Topic: Latest Terror Alert

Who knows the real truth behind this matter but its interesting to see that the most reader recommended comments on the BBC news web site feedback page are actually completely disbelieving of this latest batch of fear mongering by the PTB. Maybe people really are waking up to this whole global assault on humanity by the Bush/Blair & Co reich.

I am so glad you presented it in this context. No one should give this 'alert' any more attention than it rightly deserves.

I am as is Void.

I quite agree and am 99.99% certain that TPTB were behind this but as mentioned many more are waking up to how the Gov use terrorism for the old problem reaction solution thing , however recently they dont seem bother with the reaction so much but go straight for the "solution"

How will we all sleep tonight with the worry smile

Its not like we are fractions of the whole but rather versions of the whole.

Re: Latest Terror Alert

My only question is: What else are they trying to divert our attention from by this?... Whenever there's a b.s. "omg-look here, look here" news story, I always start looking elsewhere to find out what it is that's really going on that TPTB want to draw our attention away from.

Re: Latest Terror Alert

Just read a funny point about this.  Apparently, the airport security got everyone to pour their potentially explosive liquids into large plastic bins.  Very strange considering the whole threat was about mixing these liquids to produce a bomb...

Re: Latest Terror Alert

The fact that they made them put them in a bin just shows they don't really think there's a threat.

Here's my theory:  they're going to make it so difficult to fly with the comforts of MP3 players, computers, etc., that Americans will gladly accept some truly invasive form of identification, like the national card or the microchip so that they can have their creature comforts.

Re: Latest Terror Alert

Ooh, good thinking Lono.  If they decide to implant microchips, what is better, let them do it and dig it out with a knife (and forget about traveling and start living incognito) or immediately run to the woods(and forget about traveling and live incognito).

I haven't decided yet.  I suppose if you're going to go on the run, might as well do it from the beginning.  Although.... I'm sure that if they are successful with their dastardly plan, an entire black market for chip re-coding will pop up, just as there are underground sources for false documents today.

I've already seen this starting to take shape, so this is a theory I can get behind.  !   Of course it's not the only reason for why people would sign up for Big Brother NWO control tactics, but surprisingly yes, it is actually one of them.  Last week when the whole "almost bomb plot" happened, this issue of going without technological creature comforts came up for some of the people who work for the company I'm currently temping at.   The girl who sits at the next desk over from me was laughing in an "awwww" sympathetic way (not sarcasm either) because the dude who works in the London office had to go without his laptop on his plane flight somewhere.  He called my coworker about the whole terror situation (because part of her job involves the travel arrangements) and out of all the things he could have been concerned about, it was the fact that he couldn't have his laptop and techno gadgets.  !!   That's what the discussion centered around, "being separated" from his laptop. Not the inconvenience of having to ship it via UPS back to the office, mind you, but "being separated" from it.  He was all pouty like a child about it, so my coworker in turn was like, "awwww, poor guy.....!" in a laughing/sad way when she got off the phone, the exact way you would if you watched a little kid drop their lollipop in the dirt.  !   I thought that was really weird at the time, grown men acting like sad, pouty children, can't be separated from their techno gadgets, pouting about it on the phone, etc. then I saw Lono's comment and was like, "Ha!  It's so true!"

What I've always gotten about these NWO controls is that corporate America would be the first - very large- group of people to sign up.  Even if begrudgingly, they'll still do it with very little if any resistance or protest.  Mainly it's because they're the most indoctrinated and programmed people in the population.  (the guy in the London office is actually an American transplant, he's not British.)  Chasing money, nice wardrobes, fancy cars, houses and condos, a job with a prestigious title.  It requires some heavy duty programming, or not being "real" at all to chase that life without a second thought.  They're out there working it, networking, schmoozing, fighitng to keep their security, joined at the hip, literally, to their cell phones, Blackberries, laptops, and the myriad of techno gadgets that they have gotten addicted to and can no longer go without.   When terror starts "inconveniencing" their way of life, and delaying all their job-related travel, and causing them to have to part with their toys and go without addictive comforts, and interrupting their much needed illusion that "All is Well" in the world, then watch out.  They're going to be the first ones to step up and take whatever is thrown at them if it means they'll be able to just get back to the regular flow of their corporate, money making, safe and secure routine lives and move on with things.   !

And that's my speech for the week!  big_smile

(and on a ps sidenote, I realize it may come across that I'm bitter or resentful towards the corporate types and their lifestyle...?  I'm actually not.  I just "notice things."  That's their lifestyle, and I have mine....)

Re: Latest Terror Alert

Of course what makes the whole "microchips to protect from terror" so predictably stupid is that any real terrorists (if there are any that aren't simply wings of the shadow government) wouldn't have a problem getting a fake microchip.

Re: Latest Terror Alert

You illustrated my point perfectly, Lyra!  Of course corporate types would be the first to line up.  Even if they didn't *want* to, they would be ordred to by their superiors, and they have too much invested (read: their soul!) to make a fuss about it.

Those who don't care about their comforts will fall in line because of fear.  Example:  I got married this Wednesday, so the in-laws were in town until Thursday.  Well, their flight was to leave just as this crap came out, and my mother-in-law (a good little sheep) said, "Well, I don't care about those whiny people who complain about having to taste their own breast milk or whatever.  This is our safety we're talking about!"  IOW, she just spouted the party line without even filtering it through her  Christian, shrub-supporting little head.

His Dad was more reserved, and I could see him actually thinking about it, so I pulled out the old gem that no good American can refute.  "You know, Benjamin Franklin said, that he who would choose security over freedom deserves neither."  Man, you should have seen the lid clamp down on that little discussion!  I went on to say that if we're not careful, we're going to see a military police state before we know it, all in the name of security.  His dad nodded, and agreed, and I could see the wheels turning in his head.

And Limukala, you're absolutely right.  Terrorists would be the first in line to get those chips, just so they could fit in.  You don't cause waves when you're plotting.

Re: Latest Terror Alert

Unfortunately, soon enough technology will (if not already) exist where chip implants will not be needed to track/identify individuals. The only reason implants would go in is to make some corporation lots of $. It won't be until a cost saving measure is implemented at some level that some other form of signature reading (scan brainwave patterns?) that chip implants would be obsoleted.

In the meantime we call them cell phones, debit cards, navigation systems, supermarket club cards, car computers/registration (DMV), tax forms, medical records, etc, etc. etc.

Wow it's going to cost us a ton of jobs if all that is consolidated into one chip, isn't it? TPTB would lose major revenue from little people paying big taxes.

Implants = too costly. Fear based mind control propaganda= cheap. Resistance = priceless.

A terror alert system is nothing more than cheap mind control. I consider it something to laugh at. Too funny!

I was slightly surprised to see how many people were more worried about going without their iPods, PDAs etc, than they were worried about being blown-up.  Though I guess I shouldn't have been at all surprised.

As these gadgets progress, it won't be long until we have cybernetic style technology.  Cell phones that literally plug right into your head, PDA equivelent that slot into your body and project their visual displays as an overlay right in front of your sight.  People will think it wonderful and ebrace it with open arms.  There won't even be a need for tracking micro-chips by this point...it will all be consolidated into other tech.

So how about having your bank balance beamed straight into your head?

Will eventually give a whole new spin to people "networking" with each other, won't it...

Re: Latest Terror Alert

A stats professor plans to travel to a conference by plane. When he passes the security check, they discover a bomb in his carry-on-baggage. Of course, he is hauled off immediately for interrogation.
"I don't understand it!" the interrogating officer exclaims. "You're an accomplished professional, a caring family man, a pillar of your parish - and now you want to destroy that all by blowing up an airplane!"
"Sorry", the professor interrupts him. "I had never intended to blow up the plane."
"So, for what reason else did you try to bring a bomb on board?!"
"Let me explain. Statistics shows that the probability of a bomb being on an airplane is 1/1000. That's quite high if you think about it - so high that I wouldn't have any peace of mind on a flight."
"And what does this have to do with you bringing a bomb on board of a plane?"
"You see, since the probability of one bomb being on my plane is 1/1000, the chance that there are two bombs is 1/1000000. If I already bring one, the chance of another bomb being around is actually 1/1000000, and I am much safer..."
