I've already seen this starting to take shape, so this is a theory I can get behind. ! Of course it's not the only reason for why people would sign up for Big Brother NWO control tactics, but surprisingly yes, it is actually one of them. Last week when the whole "almost bomb plot" happened, this issue of going without technological creature comforts came up for some of the people who work for the company I'm currently temping at. The girl who sits at the next desk over from me was laughing in an "awwww" sympathetic way (not sarcasm either) because the dude who works in the London office had to go without his laptop on his plane flight somewhere. He called my coworker about the whole terror situation (because part of her job involves the travel arrangements) and out of all the things he could have been concerned about, it was the fact that he couldn't have his laptop and techno gadgets. !! That's what the discussion centered around, "being separated" from his laptop. Not the inconvenience of having to ship it via UPS back to the office, mind you, but "being separated" from it. He was all pouty like a child about it, so my coworker in turn was like, "awwww, poor guy.....!" in a laughing/sad way when she got off the phone, the exact way you would if you watched a little kid drop their lollipop in the dirt. ! I thought that was really weird at the time, grown men acting like sad, pouty children, can't be separated from their techno gadgets, pouting about it on the phone, etc. then I saw Lono's comment and was like, "Ha! It's so true!"
What I've always gotten about these NWO controls is that corporate America would be the first - very large- group of people to sign up. Even if begrudgingly, they'll still do it with very little if any resistance or protest. Mainly it's because they're the most indoctrinated and programmed people in the population. (the guy in the London office is actually an American transplant, he's not British.) Chasing money, nice wardrobes, fancy cars, houses and condos, a job with a prestigious title. It requires some heavy duty programming, or not being "real" at all to chase that life without a second thought. They're out there working it, networking, schmoozing, fighitng to keep their security, joined at the hip, literally, to their cell phones, Blackberries, laptops, and the myriad of techno gadgets that they have gotten addicted to and can no longer go without. When terror starts "inconveniencing" their way of life, and delaying all their job-related travel, and causing them to have to part with their toys and go without addictive comforts, and interrupting their much needed illusion that "All is Well" in the world, then watch out. They're going to be the first ones to step up and take whatever is thrown at them if it means they'll be able to just get back to the regular flow of their corporate, money making, safe and secure routine lives and move on with things. !
And that's my speech for the week!
(and on a ps sidenote, I realize it may come across that I'm bitter or resentful towards the corporate types and their lifestyle...? I'm actually not. I just "notice things." That's their lifestyle, and I have mine....)
