We get diluded because we follow our minds like a carrot on a stick and think it is so important. Since it so important it must be true. When you finally stop doing that, there is an explosion of joy because you find what you have been looking for your whole life. So everything else was untrue because it wasn't the whole. You will know it without a doubt as a distinct, familiar feeling and wholeness. No more spells at that point. You...your Self...The One. Thing is, it's been there all along, but forgotten in favor of the thinking instead of flow. Someone showed me once or twice, but I went back to my carrot. Stupid carrot....it doesn't taste all that great anyway.

I am the One, you see
The One and only Me
Being Me takes all my time
It takes a lot to fully Be
To fully be is sublime
It takes a lot to fully See
To fully see you must climb
Within yourself and outside too
Match the halfs all around you
Ying and Yang in everything
To either side, must ye not cling.

If possible I would inspire
All human souls to set afire
Blazing with awareness of what needs to be done
Shining with the brightness of 10,000 suns
For what else would the One be about
The One would never scream nor shout
The One waits with the patience of a Grand Oak tree
Waiting for the moment when All will be free
And who is the One but you and me.

I don't think the One was ever meant to be
seen as an individual entity
The One is that group that stands as One
Brighter than a sun undone
In the end they have one mind
Their power squared and intertwined
With the space getting dense
And the world in suspense
They brought down the frequency fence.
