Topic: John Titor

First I wanted t star out by saying I am sorry i used to be Abrashea but my password is mucking up and I cannot access it even when I requested a new one...also I wanted to get this subject up asap and it really sparked an interest...

http://www.johntitor.com/

I had not heard of him before. i posted on Itshappening.com about the future draft, and we got OT a little and a person directed me to this link...

I would really like to hear feedback on your opinions and views on this matter. This is quite fascinating to tell you the truth, and a little chilling. Please do let me know your viewpoints on this. I am just starting to explore this but have found it just...beyond words, really.

Re: John Titor

Time Travel! I heard about Titor several months ago. Didn't see enough on him to decide. Now I'm trying to find more about a man who made hundreds of millions in the stock market, who was arrested and convicted of insider trading, but who claimed to be a timetraveler. He wasn't connected to anyone on wall street, and profit from the buying and selling he did was way beyond anything insider trading could have done.

Re: John Titor

sounds interesting aaron, very interesting...have any links you'de like to share? smile

Re: John Titor

Here's the article from last year:    http://tv.yahoo.com/news/wwn/20030319/104808600007.html                                                I'll look for more on him, but if he's who he says he is, he's probably so isolated, they feed him with a slingshot. and here's the "truth":       http://www.snopes.com/humor/iftrue/insider.htm         It brings up a question. If it's in Weekly World News, is it necessarily untrue? I remember a TV series a few years ago that combined a Men In Black (aliens on earth) concept with a WWN newsroom setting. The irony being that the most wacked-out news was actual fact. Truth always was stranger than fiction. Or Ruth is stranger than Richard. One of those.

Re: John Titor

Ya, I remember this being on the radio a few years ago.

I don't believe time-traveling is possible for 3rd Density beings. I think you can time-view, but then again that is only through the many streams of quantum mechanics.

But what do I know...I'm sure a technology of some kind could allow it by some perversion of natural-laws.

Re: John Titor

Hey Abra! I had just been thinking "I wonder what happened to Abrashea? I wish she would post something!" I wondered if you were "time traveling" as it were.

Re: John Titor

Isn't the idea of time-travel bogus when you consider that only the present exists and that the past and future are only probabilities?

Here's a thought.....................

When you have a premonition, and then the event happens exactly as you forsaw, what does that say about the nature of the future?

It means it's already happened.   It's not just a probability, it's actually "out there."   For you to be able to see it means it already exists.  I've had a few premonitions over the years, saw things that came to pass verbatim of what I saw in my mind.  When I was 17 I stopped and thought about that, and what the implications were.  I realized the future is already "out there"......... one version of it anyway.   If you can forsee it, it's already happened.   Now............you can decide to make different choices when faced with that fork in the road moment when your premonition is now happening in front of you.   You can choose a different future.   Which led to my other realization when I was in my early 20's:    Parellel timelines.   I had no knowledge of Quantum Physics at the time, but I figured out one basic concept of it which involves multiple probable timeline futures.  For every choice you make, the choice you DIDN'T make has to still be out there.    Say you have a premonition, you forsee an event, and when the event finally comes to pass and you choose to do something different and choose a different path, where does that "other version" of the future go??   For you to have seen it means it's already happened, right?  It can't just.......disappear, right???

Parallel timelines!

Anyway, just some thoughts.  I think the parallel timelines thing should be a whole thread in itself, so maybe I'll start a thread about it later, because it's interesting stuff.  I've had personal experiences of glimpsing flashes from my other parallel realities.     I really don't know how it all works, to be honest.    I don't know if whether you choose one future over another if the other one still physically exists someplace else, which means there are literally, endless versions of ourselves out there, or whether that other future "collapses."  I don't know how time travel can fit into that, but it would be cool to hear the input of anybody on the forum who does know and understand this stuff.

And about John Titor himself.............I'd read over his website several months ago from another messageboard forum, and my conclusion was that he's bunk.   I think it was an experiment to see how people would react, see what they'd say, and also, to instill fear and other stuff into our mindsets.

However, he did make several good points regarding the state of our population during this time period, calling us "civically ignorant sheep", and that we turn a blind eye to the suffering of humanity around us, among other things.   It may rub some people the wrong way, but he's right, whoever he is.   Our general population is materialistic, "me me me!" oriented, asleep, brainwashed, and doesn't care about what's happening to this country, our society, or the world.

Re: John Titor

Maybe my old theory about deja vu fits in here. I became convinced that the experience of deja vu was actually a "collision of consciousnesses", where our present awareness became briefly connected to our "spiritual consciousness". I considered we have a spiritual consciousness which is not bound to the entropic field (time), and which has an awareness of every moment of our physical lives. When the two somehow connect, the sensation is that we've lived it before. And we have! Perhaps all of our discarded options and their still-active timelines find their worlds in our ultimate "cosmic awareness". And that's what we are accessing when we view the parallel timeline events. Time apparently "happens" at different rates in different places. If alternate timelines proceeded at different rates, then one might "jump" timelines to an earlier alternate reality, mimicking time travel. Or am I just having a scifi daydream here?

A few weeks ago I was pondering the idea of time and I started seeing some kind of pacman-like game (don't ask me how, I have no idea), except that every time "pacman" chose a direction within the labyrinth, he split himself. After a while I could see hundreds of "pacmans" all over the place, but they kept on all going in the same direction and they finally started to merge again until they reached the end point and became One again.

Does time exist in a dream?

Re: John Titor

lyra,

I just want to point out that johntitor.com is not "his" site - its a site that was made by people who were interested in his comments that he made nearly 4 years ago now...

I have posted some quotes from him in the past - the thing about him being a time traveller is not nearly as important as the social commentary and warnings he stated...

he had said some interesting things specifically about this year and the upcoming elections.

Whomever he was the comments he made are rather haunting when you think that they were made 4 years ago... if it was a "hoax" and it was some people just making shit up - they were rather astute in their observations.

I personally believe in the ability to travel through time - although I have no ideas on the mechanisms for accomplishing it.

I realize this, I just didn't feel like clarifying the statement and getting all into details due to time constraints.  No pun intended!    haha  I was at work though and pressed for time, so I wanted to get out the most important ideas in my post and not worry about clarifying who wrote the site, and when why and how, which is unimportant and which we're probably all aware of anyway.   That's why I wrote "I think it was an experiment....."   That being in reference to his arrival, his commntary, and then his "exit" again.    I agree though about his social commentary being of importance.  I actually have a print out of some of his social commentary which I keep folded up in my journal to read when I need a reminder about things and how not to be.

What was most interesting was his prediction that we'd be in a civil war by 2005.   And wouldn't you know, but the government is supposed to be taking measures to have the draft reinstated by June, 2005.......which would include FEMALES this time around, not just males, and which would ensure that Canada is no longer an option.   But 2005 is when it's all supposed to be hitting the fan, and he predicted it 4 years ago, whoever he is.

----

Ermolai......I like the Pac Man vision / analogy.   One day I was laying around and intensely thinking to myself / my Higher Self "WHY AM I HERE RIGHT NOW?!!?!   WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO BE DOING?!!?!?   ahhhh!"    When the answer came back to me,

"Different timelines accomplish different things."

It stopped me in my tracks.   I thought about it for a bit and realized it made sense.   There is no one set purpose for us being here.   Our choices and the choices our parents made for us when we were kids lead us into various  probable realities, with different outcomes, purposes, accomplishments and missions.   The core of yourself will be the same in every time line, and the same "itch", drive or urge to do whatever general mission you have for being here will remain the same as well.   (general mission being something like, "helping people", or "being a healer", or "spreading knowledge / light", which can manifest in different ways depending on the timeline)   But as far as an actual life plan outline that's set in stone.....it's up in the air, and it changes with every new timeline we create.   In the end it's all good, and just like the C's say: "All is lessons."    In the end, we're all Pac Mans who merge back up with our varoius selves, having learned lessons, no matter the path we took.     The end result is the same....lessons.  smile

Re: John Titor

Aaron…I read the article, and it is truly mind boggling how both these people just come up missing…right after they say they are going back to the future--and nothing can trace them! But then I wonder two things, and please tell me if I am a little off the wall here, this is seriously how I am thinking.
My first thought it the human may not be here, but what about the machine? Physically there is no way possible the machine could disappear with him; from what these “time travelers“? are saying they step into the machine, correct me if I am wrong…then “warp“? the future.
Secondly what if this is just complete bogus altogether. What if this is just another way for the gov’t or whoever is trying to manipulate an control us like sheep to entertain us and get us thinking off the wall things. Maybe it’s trick *squints eyes all evil* and maybe it’ll keep us busy pondering on this subject just long enough to make a sly moving further disclosing some…secret plan…or thought…we shouldn’t no about. If what I just said made perfect sense you have a higher IQ then me. Well at least it made sense when I initially started thinking about it. Hmmm…or what if these people are just in a big dream…but yet…they come up missing. To hard for me to figure out.

Lyra I wrote that before reading your comment.
You bring up wonderful points. I never thought of that. I have not studied quantum physics so forgive me if this sounds rather…dulcet, but are you saying we as beings live in a state such as a “dream world“? would be? Your first paragraph REALLY made me think. I have premonitions weekly, I am serious. Usually it’s dream, but sometimes…sometimes I find myself face to face with something and just “remember“? it…but cant remember I dreamed it, I just remember it. Like I don’t know where it came from. What you wrote really might put a glimps into the mentalities of those who time travel. Very interesting stuff.

I personally am neutral in saying he was or was not bogus. Its really just makes you think though. How could he predict so many true things, or were they premonitions he turned into something way more than that, and where, why, and HOW did he dissappear? Why doesn’t he have any records, other than the fact he was a mathmetician or professor (I think I remember reading that but will need to read more up on this. Just fascinating, I find it, how you all have replied back to this. It really is helpful when others put there two cents in.

Lyra--for your second response. Do you have any links you can direct me talking about this draft? What makes you feel females will be involved this time around. We had a discussion about this over at IH but everyone was certain it would be for males only…
Read they are sending out 15k more troops…I can definitely see a draft happening, seeing the foreshadows that are happening now.

Ok off topic a little…Hey Sedna! Long time no talk, LOL. Just got swapped up in life, in love…met someone who knocked me off my pedestal and showed me the mistakes I made…but hey, we all learn from our mistakes…most of the time…and it’s good to be whipped back in shape! Any who I’m back for good! LOL
And its good to be back.
