The Joe Cell

I haven't tried to build one yet as it's a complicated and finicky device, but I would love to try one out when equipment and material permits. Interesting that it requires "living water" and low-magnetic metal parts. That's a higher science worth looking into...Viktor Schauberger and Wilhelm Reich, mostly.

Almost as esoteric is Dave's Cell. It looks like your standard water electrolyzer except instead of a DC current it uses a pulsed current, which allows more hydrogen and oxygen to be produced (together and pre-mixed) with less energy. The inventor claims the tubes are also somehow alchemically conditioned, similar to what Joe said about his device conditioning the car engine. Several years ago a company named Xogen attempted to market a similar device, but as usual they folded under. Most, if not all, alternative inventions that threaten the power structure disappear once they get close to production phase. One good thing that could come out of world chaos and oil shortages would be technologies like these finally breaking through due to the forces of suppression being too busy trying to maintain order elsewhere.
