I didn't make it, I purchased it. Like I mentioned, it's available in any health supplement store. That's where I've purchased mine; usually at Whole Foods Market. There are bottles of herbal extracts, all kinds, and dandelion and milk thistle are two of many.
And actually, I know that many companies sell a combination of milk thistle with dandelion, either in liquid extract form or capsules, depending on what you prefer. I like extract, only because extracts are usually more potent. If you did a search online, you'd come up with tons of results for this on any website that sells supplements.
btw......................The liver is the only organ in the human body that can regenerate. You can remove up to 25% of the liver, and amazingly, the body will regrow it. How's THAT for trippy! And milk thistle / dandelion can help facilitate liver cell growth. Pretty kewl! The two combined help not only to regrow and rengenerate liver cells, but act as a cleaner to "clean out the filter." That's why these herbs are HIGHLY recommended for people with liver problems, especially alcoholics.

This is where it gets funny.
So there I was, taking my milk thistle and dandelion extract combination for a week one time back in Florida, every morning, and sometimes some at night. All week I did it, then on Friday night I was drinking alcohol. Wine, to be exact.
Normally, wine would hit me pretty strong, and two glasses would be enough for me and my tiny frame. WELL....there I was, drinking away, and just BARELY feeling the effects of this stuff. I stopped what I was doing at one point like, Wow, how weird is this...I've totally been drinking and drinking and drinking, and BARELY FEEL IT! What's going on here?!? It's like, my body is processing this stuff super fast or something!
Then I remembered....all week I'd been doing my little liver cleanse. I'd cleaned out the filter, so to speak, and it was now functioning in tip-top shape! Normally it would be bogged down processing all the alcohol, but not anymore. Now my body was just whipping through it like it was nothing.
I know, that's not "proof" for some people, but it is for me.
