Hey ya GibbleTronic, good to see you hanging around NR again... I wondered where you got off to

I didn't know that, I don't peruse too much New Age philosophy, I think... although, given a second thought, it's kinda hard to miss it on the web. Well, wherever it originates from it's still a lovely concept

Jezreel wrote:Hmm. did you know there is a CRC check encoded into the Bible, no I am not refering to the so called Bible code. A numerological code, so that you can tell if it has been tampered with.
No I hadn't yet seen this information. Thank you for the link.
The Bible does also hold some value for me, but that's severely limited by knowing that the text has been corrupted. The same goes for other ancient texts, another example being The Emerald Tablets... and also, anything that professes to reveal the Egyptian Mysteries. But I'll tell you, even given my skepticism, the 91st Psalm is one powerful and effective prayer to access in times of consciousness peril. It has worked for me a number of times as an almost instant transmuter of dark energy... for sure the passage invokes strength.
Here's a few more sessions notes about Jesus--

I would like to know if this
event or something similar occurred?
A: No.
Q: (L) In other words, the true baptism of the "Holy Spirit" was when Jesus breathed on his disciples and transmitted something like the Reiki
initiation?
A: Close
Hmmmm... since I'm not seeing the rational leap between the first question and the second question, if the Pentacost didn't actually happen, then how is the second question "closer" to the truth than the purported disception? My next question will call for more even more speculation than the first: if the Pentacost didn't happen as described, then to what end do you think it was contracted to appear as this particular "story"? .... aside of the obvious answer--disinformation.
It's all so illusory for me, I can't find even find any intuitive substance to grasp onto in order to garner an understanding, even the flimsiest of substance. Is someone else out there equipped to dive into my above questions and explain this to me? I'd be oh-so-very grateful

I do have another passage highlighted about the corruption of the Bible, but this is a thread about Jesus, not the Bible... although it seems as though I/we can't talk about one without talking about another... after all, it's the mainstay documentation of Jesus's life. If someone would indeed like to see it, I do have it saved in a draft... but unless someone else thinks it's appropriate I'll just let it be.
I'm not trying to be coy by asking if you guys want to see more of the C's material or not, the transcripts are available to any and all, I just don't want to overload the thread in any manner... you know, create an imbalance. I find myself liking to visit this thread, it's got a good feel. And I certainly don't want to offend anyone by continuing with a discussion about the Bible's corruption.... I myself don't need to be convinced of anything where the Bible's concerned, and likewise feel no need to convince another of anything either
