I wasn't really sure what section to post this in. I did a search too, so I hope this isn't a repost.

It's an older paper, maybe a bit long for a web read, but it raises some really interesting ideas.

Too much sugar for me, besides the first AI's will be used for military/Industrial control. We'll be the last to know.
