The amount of television programs dealing with massive catastrophes seems to be increasing.
Lately there's a:
- The west coast falls underwater (Sci-Fi)
- Volcano eruption (Discovery)
- Comet threatening impact (SciFi)
- ...
Not just on TV of course, Hollywood is going wild with these topics.
Anyone else noticing this?
How can one not notice?
In my home we haven't had cable-vision for many months now, but even before when we did there was programming like this that I took stock of and watched... maybe not those particular topics, but all the same they were in reference to "impending" catastrophes much the same.
The Hollywood movie "Armaggedon" came out how many years ago?
I think "catasrophe" has been ongoing "speakese" for a number of years now... and not just within the arenas of TV and Hollywood, also channelling transmissions as well.
The thing I'm curious about is, in the title of this thread when you refer to "... Catastrophism Programming" are you referring to the programming being about catastrophes (my guess this most likely), or are you referring to TV and Hollywood as programming said catastrophes into the mass consciousness?
Don't mean to be a nit picker, but where's your head on this question cameron? "Programming" has been a bit of a hot topic recently... well, it always has been a hot topic in the Realms here, but relatively recently some of us have been walking all 'round it and looking at it sideways like it's just plain ole "something else" to behold.
What do you think it means cameron, all the catasrophism programming? Are we being educated, or are we being invited into the consumption of fear?
Yes there was a double meaning behind "programming". The two meanings are two sides of the same coin. Your right that it's been going on like mad for years now. Lately it seems even more money and time is being thrown into these catastrophe themes. (The last "comet impact" movie I watched -- forget the name -- was so piss poor. Someone must've said, "make a comet movie, I don't care how.")
It's like there's an indoctrination campaign going on in this regard. Part of it appears to deal with 'reminding' the masses what events are in store for this time period. Part of it seems like a vectoring campaign for those who might discover the work of certain alternative researchers.

Will you please elaborate on this cameron? Who's doing the vectoring? Have you any idea whom these certain alternative researchers are, and what their research entails?

Well, fringe scientists -- geologists, alternative historians, Velikovsky -- channelled sources -- Cayce, Andrew Jackson (less well known), Ra, Cass, Higher Forces -- and ancient religious documents -- dead sea scrolls, bible, etc. That type of thing.
The concept of vectoring is like hijacking the momentum of Truth, to feed STS. Think of train tracks coming together and then splitting. An STS train joins the Truth track for a time, gathers mass awareness, and then vectors off into a self serving spin.

Heeheehee, you're so naughty cameron... hmmm, even so, with all kidding aside, there would be a part for "she" in "The Cassiopaean Experiment". The link-depicted Anacondi could easily play Twisted Sister, a psychic attachment LKJ had the displeasure of carting around for years. Twisted Sister has been commented on in the transcripts and elsewhere so it's not like the cat letting the snake out of the bag... ahem, so to speak .
I'd make a grrrreat creative consultant on a movie like this! Snicker! Snort!
EDIT--For clarity I want to state, again with all snickerin' aside, that psychic attachments are no laughing matter, they're difficult for anyone to live with and resolve, no matter who that person may be. I don't want to seem to be picking on LKJ, I've had my own share of difficult attachments to resolve.

anyone ever read this book? I did, I loved it.
Three new network series started this season, Threshold, Surface and Invasion. All three of them deal with the issue of quaranteen in one way or another. All of them also deal with "aliens".
Threshold is interesting (though very cliche), because it deals with 4d and 5d beings. First time I have seen this in mainstream TV.
Invasion is probably the most interesting, and I would recommend people here at NR just watching the first episode. Without spoiling it deals with a Hurrican hitting florida with seemingly unnatural properties. Followed by a quarateen and some very stange things happening to some people. The episode even explorers the concept of media control of the population by the News acting as "distraction from the truth".

Invasion also deals with aliens masquerading as and replacing humans.
