Topic: Where are the SAFE PLACES???

Im sure most of you have heard about earth changes and the prophecies out there. According to the earth changes prophecies, the west coast of the USA plus a lot of europe and many other places will go underwater.  The face of the planet will change as land will go underwater, paving way for the rise of the lost continent of atlantis off the east coast of the USA plus the lost continent of Lemuria next to where California once was.

A lot of this will happen due to the poleshift.

here is an earth changes map from one of the most recognized seers out there
http://www.matrixinstitute.com/futuremap.html

Have any of you that live in the USA done some researching into safe places in the USA and where they are? safe place are those that won't go underwater and will survive the coming cataclysms.

what about the poleshift? anyone done reading into this? when will it happen? many predicted it would happen in 03 after planet X came near the earth, but nothing happened.  Some say it could happen in 2012.

Re: Where are the SAFE PLACES???

Sounds like prime disinfo to me. First of all, if this guy is really seeing the future, this is just one of MANY possible futures. Maybe this is his future, that he wants to see, and thus that's the future he's going to experience. There are many possible scenarios; the future is not set in stone. Secondly, not all of us are going to experience physical cataclysms, nor are some of us planning on it. It may happen if you're expecting it to happen though. Thirdly, and most importantly, why be so concerned with safety? Are you that concerned about your body and this ephemeral life? If there's a world-wide or even solar-system wide shift in consciousness coming, being safe during an earthquake or flood seems like it'd be the least of our concerns. Personally I'd be more concerned with mental TRAUMA at having your entire perception of reality changed in a relatively short period of time, like the feeling of being on a drug trip for the remainder of your life. Are you ready to handle such an experience? I don't know, sorry if I sound condescending but worrying about being physically safe seems awfully short-sighted to me.

Re: Where are the SAFE PLACES???

In my past I sometimes got caught up in the issue of potential so-called 'Earth Changes'.

It revolves around fear of bodily death and survival instincts.

There were and continue to be many survivalist groups and cults out there (specifically I am aware of a few in North America).

As Seeker points out, we would do better to value and refine/cultivate our spiritual selves (our Higher Self and Spirit/Soul).  In the long run, regardless of what may or may not physically happen to us (to include an early death by more common incidents likely such as poor nutritional health/consequences, heart attack, diabetes, contagious disease, bio/chemical/nuclear warfare, or one of many other more likely and possible outcomes like being in an auto accident or freak storm or the more remote chance of say a plane crash etc), there are more important matters to focus on then upon POTENTIAL ONLY Earth cataclysisms (a pole shift or asteroid impact).

That said, it is purely human nature to want to survive and prosper.

I am aware of such prediction dates that you mention (in addition to others), and I must say they usually come and go without any actual problem.  The Nostradamus perceived event that was supposed to occur in July or Sept of 1999, never happened.  The 5/5/2000 pole shift never happened.  Anything in 2003 never happened.  And so on,

Yet, there is the Bible Code Predictions/Estimates like a nuclear attack/incident somewhere (possibly America) in 2006 (6/6/06?) -who knows? the aftermath of martial law and detention centers/population control would really be more worrisome/panic etc... and the 2010 massive earthquake in California/West Coast (which usually never happens except minor earthquakes/mudslides etc)... and the oft-mentioned cited (coinciding with the end of the Mayan Calendar- 2012 -a widely hyped event date with different meanings attached to it by various New Age religious groups, it could be the transition from physical to spiritual predominance, or the exit of much of the world, in billions of lives, -the death of the physical body and transfer to the etheric/spirit realms, or the afterlife, next life, whatever you define such things as, again varies according to religion/culture etc)... so yes, there is a code found in the Bible (original Hebrew Torah) that according to present technology and computer code findings --Earth may (MAY or MAY NOT) in 2012, be hit by a comet/asteroid large enough to create an ELE (Extinction Level Event, like the dinosaur extinction event which occured on Earth millions of years ago), basically, an impact which would create a nuclear-winter type situation on a planet wide scale, eliminating most or all plant, animal, and eventually human life (except those lucky/ultra-elite groups, already prepared since the 1970's with their Alternative 1, 2, 3, and 4 plans.... fully stocked and defended professionally via military elite troops in underground bunkers/bases, moon and mars bases, and for the alien/et's and human collaborators- on other planets/star systems where there are already thriving civilizations... important players like scientists/military/leaders/some artists/medical pros etc)

So that is what I am aware of (at the present moment).

These possible survival events are always floating about in various insider circles and in the general public (note- just watch the frequent History Channel in the U.S. for Bible Code shows/predictions, Armageddon etc). and visit the two main profiteers on all this and buy their maps of the USA and Europe- showing in detail their so-called 'Safe Places', usually the interior of the mainland USA, avoiding both coasts, and avoiding certain European areas, again, they sell maps which are only guesses/estimates, based on personal/human psychic sight/visions-which may be somewhat accurate, but for the most part totally unreliable and merely psychic/dubious guesses (here I mean Gordon Michael Scallion- who constantly shifts his dates... and Lori Toye etc).

Buyer Beware,

Fear is the mind-killer,

Do not fear physical death,

Prepare the mind and spirit for eventual and inevitable transition,

Those are my thoughts (hope I don't scare you any more than you already may be, remember- knowledge is power, the more you know- and the more you condition/train your mind, -the more serene and easy going your mind/spirit/body can be).

Re: Where are the SAFE PLACES???

Where are the safe places?

With regards to ones physical location, consider the following:

-- intuition: does one hear the name of a town, state, or climate zone synchronistically?  does one get negative recurring synchronicity when pondering a move?

-- research: does one read about earth changes?  what do people say about Florida?  California?  Texas?  The heat?  The cold?  The wind?  The rain?

-- people: does one's friends or family have similar concerns or support of a particular location?

This is a question that has been on my mind as well.  I haven't taken the time to actively research the question, but think it is a good one.   Something tells me that in the close future the USA (especially coastal areas} might not be the safest place to live at all, not just because of the possible fifteen-foot rise in sea levels, but our dangerous economic and military situation at this time.   Who knows what might happen?   Major change could come at any moment, without warning.    As others have mentioned, Red Elk is worthwhile reading on this subject among others.

Anyway as far as the question of "what will be the best places to live when things start happening," please be sure and post any useful information you may find on the subject.  If and when I come across anything, I'll post it here as well.

I was thinking about posting to this topic earlier, but Indigo pretty much said it all!   smile   His post reflects most of the ideas I was already thinking, so all I can say is, I second whatever indigo wrote....

Re: Where are the SAFE PLACES???

If you move when and where intuition, common sense, and the flow of things guide you, then you'll always be at the right place at the right time. If there is danger, not only will you feel it but there will arise unexpected opportunities for moving out of harm's way. Just go with the flow.

The survivalist attitude makes sense from a purely physical, social, and statistical standpoint -- but of course, there is more determining your future than just those factors. There is a common disinformation and programming effort to induce extreme survivalist mindsets in people, as this makes them more reactive (lowers their frequency) and distracts them from following their destiny. So be aware - the self-preservation instinct can be played upon to open one up to even greater dangers, those of a spiritual nature.

Nevertheless, if you're still interested in researching safe places, then there are some resources available from people who've done their homework. A thorough source is Stan and Holly Deyo's site:

Re: Where are the SAFE PLACES???

Indigo, great post.  I personally do not fear death, but just because I don't fear death does not mean I should laugh at the face of danger.  If you were living by Indonesia's beach for example and you had read predictions and prophecies of a tsunami that would kill thousands, would you just stay there and not worry about it? this is my dilemma.  Many of us don't fear death, but it doesn't mean we want to die.

You mention Scallion and his maps.  I thought about buying his maps, but then again I don't want to give money to someone that charges you for information that should be free to everyone.  I guess I agree with you on this, and yes he has been wrong before.  The thing is something inside me tells me that these earth changes prophecies are right.  There are just too many predictions and prophecies which connect.  There is something to this and personally I believe that the map of the USA is going to change drastically based on what I have read.

You can't research 'safe places' because they all charge you for this info wink

I have spent several hours researching this stuff on the net and I found nothing about safe places (except map for sale).

I went to Red Elk's site and browsed the forum (I noticed that you joined).  I went to the http://www.prophecykeepers.com site they suggested in the survival forum (the thread about authorized survival material), I went to the page where it has the order form and previews of the books, supposedly the books where free before but now none of the links work!

this is the site that has all the info and book orders (the links dont work sad

Re: Where are the SAFE PLACES???

And I was looking for a list of safe places!  This topic pops up in my mind every once in awhile, and I really wonder where it is safe.  I always think Colorado.

Stuart Wilde has a few places listed, doesn't he?  Called Camelots?  (When I read that from Stuart Wilde, it piqued my interest.  The name that I use here, Haven, comes from a desire of mine, when I was in my teens, to create a place that would be called "Haven", and the first area I thought to build this place was Colorado.)

Already there! Come on out! (Just don't go to Denver).  As for all the Earth changes, methinks the Family of Light has been kickin a$$. big_smile   The future is open.

Yeah, yeah, Colorado, Matto Grosso and Mount Shasta, plus I've already started digging in my back garden...just in case!

On a serious note I think predictions must be taken with "a pinch of salt" (i.e: not too seriously) but I am enclined to take the mayan calendar ones into account...just in case!

Re: Where are the SAFE PLACES???

how much is rent over there in Denver? I read a while back that the queen of england was buying land in Colorado (the uk is going down)

Re: Where are the SAFE PLACES???

A further follow-up:

Thanks, Lyra, for the comment about my post being somewhat expository and aligned with many of your views/thoughts (I do manage to convey my thoughts somewhat coherently).

I want to respond to Montalk and Cameron's views, that I agree with them, and that yes, one must really go within and ask themselves what 'feel' or 'intuits' is right/appropriate, where to feel drawn to taking into account all the surrounding issues (like family, vibes etc).

Add again, the very real and recently more noticable issue of potential future terrorist attack and the subsequent fallout, repercussions like crack-downs on 'dissidents' or 'undesirables' (to include the often over-hyped and scare-mongering theories about modern-day already in-waiting detention/concentration camps replete with chains/box-cars-train-cars/shackles in various key locations like the DIA -Denver International Airport- which get the most conspiracy-circle mentions these days by authors/investigators of the whole NWO issue, like Alex Jones, the late Philip Schneider-most likely-murdered/silenced for his inside-info/intel/experiences, et al.)

Thanks, Doctor DTA, I am pleased that I have added any useful further input.

Subsequently, yes, all these 'safe places' researches take time and money (any one of them requires a purchase of more 'detailed' or 'informed' materials, like maps, guides etc).

I am familiar with the Stan and Holy Deyo cd materials, it may be worth the investment (though I do remember it being somewhat simple and not really all that clinching on where to move to...) I am not really familiar with their website, though I am sure they only offer tidbits to get you interested and hooked into buying further 'more-detailed' materials.

I am also familiar with Red Elk's message (I read some of his thoughts a couple of years ago), and he had interesting input too.

Also, there was a book written in the 1990's called 'Black Day, Bright Dawn' or something similar by another Native American Indian, Sun Bear, which features detailed maps of both Europe, and America (and possibly elsewhere in the world if I remember correctly).  I seem to remember that the 'on-average' more boring rural areas (to me anyway) of the U.S. within the mainland (like the Mid-West, Colorado-though I went there and didn't feel very many good vibes, as many, many peoples are relocating in that over congested, even rurally, area).  With what I want to accomplish and the people I wish to connect with, most of the areas under my current consideration to move to (soon, as in this summer) are the more 'potentially-dangerous' coastal intelligentia/artistic/beautiful-natural-environments-mountains, ocean, forests, lakes, deserts, etc al, areas in both America and Europe (with the exception of New Zealand, a relatively good place from what I gather, though very hard to emmigrate to due to tight/strict laws for foreignors wishing to remain longer that as tourists/90 days etc).

I remember Maine being a suitable place according to Sun Bear (now no longer with us, in this world, if I remember correctly).

The UK does often appear risky.  A reason for the Royals wanting to acquire land elsewhere.

There are numerous other 'safer' type areas in comparison to other places.

It boils down to where you feel drawn to and called to.

Like the way, the Tea Leoni (married to David Duchovney of X-Files fame) character in the widely viewed asteroid impact film 'Deep Impact', depicting an ELE (Extinction Level Event), she goes to stay on the beach with her Dad, and dies when the huge tidal wave hits...

It is right to want to consider potential bodily survival, as that is a natural human instinct.  And it's common sense to want to avoid say, the recent Tsunami disaster, in Southeast Asia, if one could be fore-warned about and prepared for that event actually happening.
