you know how i stopped smoking and now my dreams are coming back to me? well ive had a few dreams already that dealt with alien abduction.

but i dunno?

i mean ive always been interested in Aliens, and u can see that i seem to take a liking to the Greys. (comics and whatnot)

Guess its time to confront them in dream time to see whats going on.

It isnt surprising, actually. im just at a loss for words on what to say or think about it...?

(i mean, i tend to think we're all being watched/monitored, some more than others, but all of us nonetheless)

any suggestions on how to confirm or refute this?

Hmm...well....not smoking is probably the first step, like you mentioned.  It allows you to remember your dreams, and I think your dreams might be a starting point for answers. 

Let's see...other ideas...well....try meditating on the subject.  Ask yourself some questions about any possible involvement with abductions, (keep it open....don't mention Grays specifically...) then see what comes to you.    Hypnosis is the next big level.  I've never been professionally hypnotized to get answers to anything or remember stuff I've blanked out, but I know I'm an excellent candidate for it.   So that's always an option, depending on how you feel about it. 

Also re-evaluate your life...some call it Recapitulation, that's the Toltec term for it anyway.  The serious version of this involves going back to the beginning and literally, writing down (or typing) every single thing that you can remember, from your first memory onwards.  It's hard, and a lot of work and a HUGE endeavor, but it helps people dig up things that were buried and forgotten.    You could do that, or maybe try an easier version of it where you just review your life in general, looking for clues that you would have overlooked before.    Any kind of strange childhood experiences or memories, places you've lived, trips you've taken, dreams, people that were in your life, unusual events, synchronicities, paranormal activity, number sightings, physical marks and anomolies, etc.    Look at all of it in a new light, being open to stuff you would have overlooked before now.   See if anything now stands out....many times we just take life events for granted and don't see the weirdness at the time we're submerged in it.  Not until years later does it stand out.    So see what you come up with!

Can't think of anything else.   I mean, it seems to me that you're an abductee.  I figured you were since you first got here, for several reasons:

1.  You have a strong interest in aliens...Let's face it, most people don't!     And your interest is above and beyond even those with casual interest.  You've read websites and books, done the research, and draw them all the time.   I personally don't believe people are just interested in aliens to that extent unless they have something going on that involves aliens.\

2.  You're here, at this site.    Another indicator of having unusual interests and unusual life experiences....even if not consciously remembered.....  

I think all of us regulars here at NR are probably abductees, of varying degrees.  There's a strong theme of aliens and abductions and military conspiracy that runs through the Montalk material, and for people to be drawn to it usually means they can relate on some level, it's something they're going through.    So...I would guess that you're an abductee!   Add in your clicking nostril and the odds are even greater!

if light respects freewill, i'm not sure of their purpose against this.

but i think one who chooses enlightenment has to face its opposite along the way.
you want to raise your consciousness, and in response they want to scare you,
they want to slow you down so they use your fears against you.

i think the 'higher' you get, the 'lower' will be the negative forces trying to act against you.
so the way i see it, your responsibility is to become stronger and more stable.
in proportion with your consciousness.
the higher the tree, the stronger its roots need to be.

all this is pure speculation, but it's what i feel.

I've noticed this as well but never really thought about it in any detail until just now.   I wonder, is it that the dark forces equal in strength to your light force, so to speak, are all you are facing, or is it that in reality that's the highest level of dark force which you are able to perceive?

i think it goes with the amount of energy you are 'moving around'.
the more energy you deal with, the more responsible you have to be.

i think a good comparison would be, imagine you have a lot of money.
with this money, you can help yourself, help others.
invest in projects, give opportunites to friends and relatives
who will be grateful for what you have done. they will thank you by their loyalty.
also, some people you'll come across will try to take from you as much as they can,
they don't need help, they just take and leave. see op's.
so again, the more you have, the wiser you must be.

i'm not sure to what extent this applies to energy...

i remember montalk wrote that you're not 'awake' most of the time...
it's when they get you.
they'll put everything they can across your path to slow you down.
in my mind, an implant is more like a bad habit, an addiction, anything that lowers your vibrations,
in proportion to 'where' you are.
the concept of a spiritual implant, or etheric implant,
wich we talked a little in this forum,
is quite new to me, but makes a lot of sense, actually more than a physical one.

from my experience, one of its purposes would concern dreams.
i've recently realized that most of my dreams were not 'mine',
my experiences in abductions look more like....
they put me in a room and use my fears to create artificial dreams.

so this goes back to responsibility, the responsibility to protect yourself.

if someone want to share his experiences regarding protection and shields,
or a specific technique to use against these forces.

it would be interesting, and appreciated.

In my teens I had heaps of nosebleeds - for no apparent reason and always out of the left nostril.  Mum took me to the doctors and I had the left nostril cauterized in hospital.  Maybe if it was an implant, the burning dislodged/destroyed it because I had no further nosebleeds.

It was around the time when I got very interested in aliens and read things like Chariots of the Gods / Uri Geller stuff and was convinced there were UFOs in the sky but I just couldn't see them.  My family thought I was wierd.  I reckon I was onto them.  But I was always frightened to go to sleep.

One night I had a horrible dream that I was given a baby and when I looked at it, its face turned into the most terrifyingly evil face.  I was so scared every night I prayed not to dream of that again. 

I never could work out what that dream meant in terms of dream analysis, maybe it was a memory or something ? Has anyone else had anything similar - could it point to an alien baby??? Or is my imagination working overtime on this one?

I also get an occasional ringing/pressure in one ear.

I also had a series of dreams about UFOs in the skies - with a feeling of dread and "they're here".  I always tried to run away - once even hiding and trying to escape out of the UFO.  Dreams or memories?

I don't know if its appropriate here - but I've also had a couple of experiences of mind scanning.  When it happened this woman put her hands on either side of my head (and I braced myself as I knew what to expect from previous experience!) .  It felt like a pressure in my head that forced down onto the top of my top teeth.  Can't express it any other way.  This didn't feel sinister though, more something I'd agreed to.  I don't know what she was looking for though. 

One time I awoke as if I'd been thrown down on my bed - and felt it hadn't finished.  I was so sure there was unfinished business that I called out "well go on!  Beam me up and finish this!"  Like I said, those experiences do not feel wrong - but the UFO experiences did.
