Look where?
Well...In the centre maybe?

These lazy brain cells can be used to experience as well as learn. Read the whole Occult Library within the course of your Life. Great Job! Have you learnt anything? Maybe. Is this a distraction from WHAT REALLY MATTERS =True knowledge? Yes...possibly.
Wasn't some weird illumined poet seeing the Universe in a grain of sand?
"I assure you Tora, meditation of the mind or the body (exercises/stretching) are very beneficial."
Well, are you meditating on a book? The Universe? Your breath? A sparkly little atom right there in the centre? Hmmm.
Ever noticed sitting in a random Cafe, what are people doing when they are on their own? Reading? Do you? Why is that? Distraction, distraction, "gotto run from that spinning thing I can't control, Let's open a paper, etc."
The other day I saw for the first time in months a guy sitting in a cafe on his own and not reading or staring outside the window nonchalantly.
A middle aged native american guy. Was he talking with Wakan Tanka? Thinking about Oprah's last show, STALKING himself maybe?
Well, the guy didn't seem odd or uncomfortable. He earnt my respect immediatelly and we silently acknoledged each other.
The idea is "The Universal Book of Enlightenment" in 25 volumes will not bring you enlightenment. It might teach you interesting stuff about it though! Won't do the nitty-gritty for you.
