Max awakening would involve remembering who you are for starters, and a complete mind-merge with your Higher Self. Something like Christ Consciousness activation, full activation of the higher centers/chakras. In that sense, awakening to the fact that our corporate and social system is a control system is a good step, but far from the last.

Yeah, that's why I broke it into a three-stage process: awakening, remembering, reunifying. I suppose I could add a bit more detail. This is just how I see it, of course:

Awakening. Location: Physical reality. Recognizing the illusions of the Matrix Control System; realizing that all power structures are controlled by the same groups of people; understanding the role of secret societies and occult knowledge in major world events; learning about the suppression of advanced technology which could liberate humanity; recognizing the ills of corporate profiteering and capitalism; acknowledging that technologically advanced non-human entities have interfered in the natural evolution of the human species on Earth; transcending material dependancy as the only means to happiness; realizing how polarity works in order to create conflict between individuals; etc.

Remembering. Location: Non-physical reality. Exploring non-physical levels of existence; establishing communication with one's Higher Self; recognizing our individual life purpose; full access to past life memories; learning to utilize non-verbal communication; learning how to manipulate non-physical energy; obtaining guidance in what is needed to complete the cycle of incarnation and reincarnation within time-space; recognition of the group soul/Higher Self cluster with which we travel; etc.

Reunifying. Location: Beyond. Making the final journey, with our group soul, back to the Original Home; reunification with the Whole or Source in the reality which is beyond the Hologram; gaining full understanding of the reason for the exploration of the Hologram, including time-space, and the value of the experiences gained.

The seventh veil: I do not know what is behind the seventh veil. I think it is where your soul is evolved to the point you can exist on earth and be the man Ghandi was, or the woman Peace Pilgrim was-people so enlightened they brighten the world around them no matter what.

The eighth veil? Piercing the eighth veil probably reveals God and the pure energy that is the life force in all living things-which are, I think, one and the same.

Hmmmn. Here is how I would finish them:

The seventh veil: Piercing the seventh veil leads to the understanding that the previous six veils are all a part of an even larger system created for the sole purpose of providing an infinity of experiential possibilities to a limitless number of entities. Each entity is striving to understand their own uniqueness and express it as fully as possible. Here, polarities are seen as illusions, and right/wrong judgements are abandoned. Ninety (?) percent of the people in this group will live and die without having pierced the eighth veil.

The eighth veil: Piercing the eighth veil reveals that all entities are but fragments of one original consciousness that lies beyond the Last Great Veil. This final veil will one day be pierced when all parts of the Whole are pulled back together.

Let me define how I consider myself awake: I consider that I am awake to the MCS and its agents and I realize the way I was living my life before this wasn't in the path of spirtualness. Now if we were going by Neomatrix's system, I probably still am at step two right now.

Thanks for the response Will - you've narrowed it down somewhat, to just the Control System. However, things are still as complicated.

But alas! I still see the same "wishful thinking" as in your first post.

"I used to be a slave to the matrix system and it cause me a lot of unhappyness."

You used to be? So you are saying that this isn't the case anymore? Yep - seems like it! You are lying to yourself. You're still under its control; your predator's mind is still functioning, otherwise, there'd be no 'wishful thinking'.

Can I ask whether you have read any material by Ouspensky or Gurdjieff? If not, then I'd recommend it, you may learn a lot about yourself and other people.

"...wasn't in the path of spirtualness"

This seems a bit "word-salady" - what exactly IS the path of spiritualness? What is spiritual? What is spirit? Do you have a spirit?

Now if we were going by Neomatrix's system, I probably still am at step two right now.

When we use the word 'probably' it usually means we are not sure and are making an assumption.

Re: My first mall trip since being awakened...

Craig;

why do you deem it necessary to questions everyone's awakeness, and even their spirituality ?

why do you question everything, actually ?

i know questions are good to ask, but  you just keep saying the same thing over and over. you keep saying that he/she is wishfully thinking, lying to themselves, or otherwise not knowing what their talking about (if u read between the lines) and are not awakened.

what is your intention? because as of yet i have not seen one on your behalf .

i mean, are you FULLY AWAKE or something? is that why u keep shooting us down ?

Are you FREE FROM THE MATRIX ?

Do You Have  A SPIRIT ?

I find it rather odd that you keep returning to this thread to say the same thing to us, while you dissect our words and pull out something selfish from them.

i mean, i could go to lengths on how your posts show conceitedness and "wishful thinking" because you seem to know that we are not awake and you seem to put yourself higher than will1129 by assuring him he is still under control and all that jazz....

...but what does that accomplish ?

Hey Z

Best just to let it go dude. This is the kind of argument that could keep going round in circles. Raise yourself above it and don't waste your energy!

I'm not going to get into an argument with you Zonabi; your above post is extremely manipulative and its purpose is to influence the group by establishing those ol' binary oppositions I was talking about. Also, I cannot comprehend how you came to some of the points that you did.

To summarise in one sentence: "give the lie what it asks for - truth!"

This is my intention in regards to this thread. What is your intention? It seems that it is to argue and manipulate.

Re: My first mall trip since being awakened...

i honestly dont mean to go round in circles arguing about anything, i like noble realms because we help each other grow and help each other learn about several different things, one being awakening.

i just cant understand why u argue that Will is not awake, thats all im trying to point out.

i mean, seriously dude, anything could be considered manipulative, and everything could be considered selfish, if you want to take the time to extract that from the data.  the "eye of the beholder" issue.

but, i can agree, ending this roundabout discussion sounds like a great idea.

Re: My first mall trip since being awakened...

Hello Group!

I've been lurking here for a number of weeks and thought this might be a good thread to start out on, because of the idea of "awakening"/"awakened".

Maybe some of you could define awakening/awake/awakened in your own words?  That would be helpful to this newbie! smile

I had what I define as an "awakening" about 20 years ago.  I had visited a psychic fair, and I went there in a stage of slight depression.  I was at a low point in my life; age-wise and ambition wise, etc.  I was a typical "brain-washed to everything" candidate for the Stepford Wive's Club!  LOL

Therefore, I sat down at a psychic's table, not really expecting anything at all in the way of Truth, but as this psychic started telling me about ME, I became more animated and more amazed at what she was saying.  She pegged me perfectly as far as my demeaner and life habits, etc., and then she proceeded to tell me things that literally had me shaking!  In fact, I began shaking like I imagine the "Shakers" or "Quakers" do?  I shook (vibrated) for at least three or four hours!  From then on I went on a spiritual quest, reading every metaphysical book I could read, retaining little (I suppose) since my brain could not keep up with all the new information I was receiving!  But even though I acquired information rapidly, and some of it fell off the edges, I felt like the seeds of Truth had been planted.  I continued my journey, which interestingly enough has landed me here on THIS forum today! smile

So, the long and short of it is that I consider this initial experience to be an "awakening", and the continued quest to be a continual "coming into new awareness".  Would that be an adequate definition to you good folks?  I'll admit that all of this matrix info is fairly new to me, but I remember reading the book "Illusions" by Richard Bach, and having an inkling that there was way more (or less?) to this world than we are given to understand.  Other books by him, like "Jonathan Livingston Seagul", and "Bridges" were enlightening too.

Ah___maybe "becoming enlightened" is a better word than "awakening"?  I think semantics will tend to hold us all back from our true quest, so maybe if we don't understand someone's use of a term or word, we should just ask what it means to "them" instead of assuming it means the same as how you or I understand it? Just a thought!

I like this forum!  It is "enlightening"!  smile
By the way, could someone tell me what STO and STS means?  Thank you!

Re: My first mall trip since being awakened...

I think that if any of us were truly awake, we would not be able to tolerate going about our daily lives.  You would have zero ability to exist in this realm, in that body, doing trivial things.  To me, being fully awake doesn't just mean "Oh, I don't watch t.v., I'm aware of the Illuminati, I know that advertising manipulates me, I'm well learned on the subject of mind control, I meditate and seek guidance from my Higher Self, and *I* read Behold a Pale Horse!!  **I'm** awake!  So there!"

No.  Being awake, to me, means completely remembering and knowing who you are.  All of it.  Everyone and everything you've ever been, a complete knowing of ALL your existances on parallel timelines, a complete knowing and understanding (that does not fade away after 5 minutes) about the concept of the Creator and that All Is One.  Permanent knowing and awareness of all that is.   THAT is being awake.  Having knowledge of the world's secret societies?  Feeling funny at the local mall?  Knowing about abductions and implants?  That's being more aware than the average person and certainly more aware than you may have been in the past.  But to me, that doesn't qualify a person as being "AWAKE."   True awakeness would render you incapable of existing here for even one second longer.  We're here, and we can tolerate being here..........because we're asleep.   We can't remember our past and future lives at will, can't see our own parallel selves, have no concept of Oneness and are trapped in illusion where we **continue** to work at illusory jobs for illusory money paying illusory bills taking part in the illusory beaurocratic system despite knowing that it's an illusion and it's bunk!!!!    That is not being awake my friends!  That is still asleep!   If we were all truly awake, we wouldn't be sitting in front of computers right now reading this.

That's my thoughts on being awake.

Re: My first mall trip since being awakened...

Lyra,

That's exactly how I feel.  I think that IF we are truly awake, and not just merely more aware, we would not be here, PERIOD!  To be fully awake would negate this existence in my opinion.  In other words, we are HERE because we are NOT fully awake, and thus this world is representative of our state of awareness.  It's like the "awareness  aspect" (or lack thereof) itself is what creates this so-called world.  And of course, there are myriad states of awareness right here, so that's why the world is diverse!  I always think of the part in the Bible where the Lord God put Adam to sleep to form Eve of his rib as being a symbolic reference to this world being a world of illusion, for one thing, and the fact that Adam was NEVER awakened after that is also symbolic of our whole existence here___ASLEEP!  smile
