ermolai -- Regarding the meat and fat, the fast food industry and vegetarianism -Humans do need meat, we "evolved" to eat it, and we have the digestion capabilities for it. If we weren't meant to eat meat, we wouldn't crave it, have teeth that are specificially designed to chew it, or be able to digest it. And we need fat. It's been proven, and I've seen for myself, what happens to people's brains and mental capacities who exist without fat in their diets. Their mental processes are impaired. They get foggy headed, can't think straight, and have poor memory capability. However.......I do see your point about there being fast food restaurants on every corner. The problem is.....it's a matter of only seeing two incorrect and extreme choices: 1) Complete vegetarianism, or, 2) That junky fast food "meat" "fat" and "food", which comes complete with a supersize fries and large Coke.
Survey says.....XXXXX!!!
How about the third choice: We eat meat, buuuuuuut.......it's HEALTHY meat. Organic, free range, hormone and antiobiotic- free turkey and chicken. Mercury and heavy metal-free fish. And instead of "Super Size Fries" and that McDonanld's apple pie for your "source of fat", incorporate super healthy olive oil, avocados, and coconut milk into your diet. All of which are good for you, and the WAY healthier source of fat.
It's all about that "third choice". Never settle for choosing between two incorrect extremes. There is a MAJOR conspiracy surrounding this push for vegetarianism, because it is NOT healthy, and there's a conspiracy surrounding fast food with their Super Size everything and cheapo combo meals.

Another thumb's up. It really is all in the head. When it comes to health, we're capable of healing ourselves. Most of us don't realize this though, and wouldn't believe it if you told them because they're so programmed and conditioned to believe they're powerless and at the mercy of other forces, people, germs, random accidents, etc. I've cured myself of several things, including a bladder infection, an ear infection and a jaw problem all by "talking myself down" from it. I had just read the book "The Holographic Universe" by Michael Talbot at the time, which was an amazing, life changing and eye opening experience for me, and that, coupled with the fact that I had no money to go to a doctor forced me to utilize what I'd just learned in that book: That we're in charge of our bodies. So, I put it to the test, fully believing it would work, because I really had no choice. And it did work. I HIGHLY recommend this book to everybody who hasn't read it. It's an absolute must read.
