Perhaps now he can really fly...
If ever we watched a person in the public arena fighting for their lives Christopher Reeves was one who did so unashamedly.
Perhaps now he can really fly...
What a lovely sentiment ms. manyeagles.
May he Rest In Peace.
Rodney Dangerfield as well...
[Rodney Dangerfield as well..]
I'm not sure how much rest Old Rodney's going to get, swirling around those test tubes at Clonaid....

Are you serious? I didn't hear anything about that, more info please.
Maybe they could clone an army of him.

To me Christopher Reeve *became* Superman after he was injured. His fighting spirit was truly inspirational.

It was in the media last October that Rodney and his wife met with Clonaid to discuss the possibility of cloning Rodney.
One of their quotes was "we're clone-curious" which sounded perverse on many levels.
I don' t know how far they went with the process though the Raelians were proudly hinting he wasn't the only celebrity who'd been to see them.
Coincidental to this thread and the timing of both their passings is Christopher Reeve's relationship to genetic engineering via his stem cell research crusade.
The stem cell thing really separates the morass of religious conservative dupes from their dark reptillian overlords. "They" need all the genetic material they can get their claws on, and it's something the christian facade of the Right has a hard time selling, Dutch Reagan notwithstanding.
