It's so obvious to anyone who's paying attention why they selected Arnold for  such a major political career.  If we're going to assimilate the USA into a global government, obviously removing the ban on immigrant presidents is a priority.  With the gun laws its quite easy to "interpret away" the 2nd Amendment, but the immigrant ban is too clear-cut, so they actually NEED to pass the amendment if we're going to allow control to eventually pass to foreigners.  Who better than beloved Arnie to be the posterboy for the change? There's NO doubt in my mind they WILL pass this using him as the example, and he'll probably win and run things for at least four years.  I'd put my money on it.
