Also the notions of technological exchange and psychic upgrade. I mean it sounds like a friggin dream so much as to tap into our own selfish notions of power increasement. Pray to the Galactic Fed. and receive all these things.
Also the idea of living in underground crystal cities seems to be related to a negative timeline, as the only place left to live on 3D Earth during the cataclysms will be underground. Those remaining, who will be by their nature of the STS variety (because 4D Earth is STO+), will be transfered to the Orion starsystem.
Just remember that there's alot of crap to get you obsessed with being saved by some person or alien civilization. It's of the same nature. The only saviour is the power of the spirit within. Psychic abilities and advanced technologies are fascinating to the human mind, but be wary if their deployment on humanity is enacted through psychic warfare whereby the true spiritual costs of submitting yourself to these potentially corrupted sources of power is beyond our limited conceptions.

Ah yes that would be the Vrillon message from Ashtar Command. I saw that a while ago (not during the original broadcast -too young) and wondered why, if any of this stuff is real, particularly this galactic council thingy, then why not make use of the technology of the day. They did it in the 70's through the best medium of the time - tv - a great idea to interrupt the usual broadcast and take over the airwaves (even if rather unclear), and the only other real medium was through books written by channelers. The obvious thing right now, today, would be to use the internet to communicate directly. Even email all interested parties. Why only do it once in the 70's and then go quiet. What an absolute coup it would be to interrupt a presidents speech with a powerful broadcast or major earth-wide concert.

This must relate to intervention laws or purely because the phenomenon is like nothing we can actually grasp at present, so they wait ............and wait. Apparently they made an approach of friendship to the governments at the time with the same premise of remove all your weapons and we will help. The govs obviously declined as that would be like removing their power supply and they then decided to go to the regular earth folk direct. Not sure if that approch worked out too well as we know how some of our earth folk are (hangs head in shame). They probably decided to move their ships out at a safer distance from us where we couldn't pollute them with our negative energies. Maybe that is what those craft are that are stationed out around Saturn and within it's rings and the Kuiper Belt. They seem to have been given the label of the Kuiper Belt Aliens by various people.

I like the words used in the Vrillon transmission - they are very pertinent even today. Pity some of it is blocked out as the transmission wavers. It looks like 2008 is going to be a big one in all of this et activity. It is going to take a lot of awareness on the part of people that feel they can tell the difference between holograms, greys and reptilians that come in whatever disguise and these other more benevolent beings if they exist. Bring it on. Just don't jump onto any old shiny disc or light ship before asking to see their id's.
