It can be some kind of synchronicity...I always found that the people who I felt really close to were born from the same sign as me.

Another frequent syncronicity when the birthdate of different family members are the same or very close. E.g. father was born 14 of July, son 16 of July, or 2 siblings were born on the same day years apart.  I asked friends about this and a lot of them said it happened in their family, too. Anyone with similar experience?

My step-sister, step-brother and my biological brother were all born on Nov. 6. What's the chances of two families coming together and having that happen?  Makes remembering birthdays easy.   I also live in a neighborhood where there are duplicate names and all kinds of crazy syncs.  Rick and Mary live a couple houses down the street. 2 years ago, another Rick and Mary moved in next door to them.  There's a Mary across the street from me.  We have about 5 Bobs.  We had a Melanie and her son Dylan. When they moved out, a Melanie with her son Dylan moved in.  Her husbands name is Chad, a Chad moved in a year later up the street. We have 3 Kims, 3 Judy's, 4 Mikes, 3 Ricks.....I mean I could go on and on. A couple years ago the people across the street showed up at the neighborhood Halloween party dressed as "mustard and Ketchup".  They moved away and the new people that moved in showed up at the Halloween party dressed as....you guessed it, "mustard and ketchup".  A neighbors friend came to visit from another state and the name of the car dealership on her license plate was the same exact name of the person who lived next door to me.  This stuff goes on constantly on my street, its really weird!:/

I'm one who believes nothing is a coincidence, not it a pre ordained destiny sort of way but if your "in the flow" nothing is a coincidence.

All of you presented me with an expanded view on the line of thought and it is mostly mystery.  I'm believing more than ever that the planets in our solar system do have an influence on us in just the way family does.  With certain planets having more of a role than others along with the difference in how they effect us.  Saturn is the main mover and shaker of Earth starting with its very conception and growth up even to now, with Jupiter as the generous and regenerative kingly sort.  It's electro-magnetic field actually reaches Saturn at times with billions of amperes of electricity.  Saturn works through our Moon in its relations with us though I still do not yet know in what manner this is.  It just now occurred to me that Capricorn's rulling planet is Saturn, and the Moon is Pisces as well as Neptune.  That is another strange thing; Pisces is associated with the Moon and Neptune.

Neptune and Uranus are considered captures in the Esoteric Tradition.  In otherwords, they did not originate in this solar system.  That is why you have the Ogdoad.  Sacred Eight.  Those two planets certainly are not dismissed as irrelavant as they also play important roles.  Darn, I got pedantic without intending to.  I guess I won't try and force titmouse to tell me why that arrow points to the picture.

Piece_ofnothing brought up something different in regard to when Pope Gregory did his calendar shift thing in 1582 -- wiping out ten days of October in the process -- he did not touch the seven days of the week, and Thursday, October 21st, followed Wednesday, October 10th, without so much as a genuflection.  The seven days of the week have never been messed with and have always been connected with the Seven Planets.  I don't know why he took those ten days.  I wonder what they would add up to, something over 400 days.  Thats over a year.

Ohh, OK.  I get uncertain easily.  "You speak in riddles old man."  "I do it to keep you on your toes."   Guess what movie that is from.  I've heard the word Periwinkle before, but it was associated with a type of crustacean.  Thanks for the info about the bird.

That's interesting.  I didn't know it was from Lord of the Rings, I heard it in the movie, Electra.  You should read msg #31 on the 'movies' thread.  Montalk did an excellant review on the Chronicles of Riddick.
