Topic: Abduction Researchers - Mack killed

Apparently, John Mack, one of the world's leading above-ground researcher into the alien abduction phenomena was struck and killed September 27th as he walked across a street in London, apparently hit by a drunk driver.  A documentary film of his life was made recently.

Having not read his latest work or seen the film, there's little to comment here.  But it does appear to be a real loss to the community of abduction researchers.  Mack was well known and worked with many of the other published researchers such as David Jacobs, Budd Hopkins and Courtlandt Bryan.

edit: If you find any more conclusive articles on Mack's death, please post below.  Also, if you feel moved to comment on Mack's research or other abduction research sources, feel free.

Re: Abduction Researchers - Mack killed

I think that John Mack's life and death are noteworthy.  My understanding is that he spoke and published based upon his interviews with people hundreds of people who had experienced alien contact.

Here is a link to an institute that had recently been created before his death:

Of course, given the nature of his work, his death in this manner does bring up some questions as to whether it was a valid accident.

I think that John Mack was one of the most prominent people in the field people who study abduction of humans by aliens.  Part of this was due to the fact that he received his MD from Harvard and he was a Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard.

I listened to a Coast to Coast interview with John Mack from 2001.  He seemed to be an intelligent and balanced person.  Here is some of what he said:

- It is undeniable that there is an alien-human hybrid breeding program underway.

- Indigenous people commonly accept the existence of non-human beings and intelligences.

- The existence of non-human intelligences has been repressed in this culture.

- The fact that we are having some kind of inter-dimensional connecting does not make it any less real.  In some ways, it makes it more real in some ways because it is part of a larger reality.

- People have very traumatic encounters sometimes, for all kinds of reasons.  However, there is not a shred of evidence that these beings wish to do us harm.  The worst that could be said is that they are changing our nature in some way.  They are co-habitating with us in such a way that we are being transformed.  As far as I can tell, that can only be for the better.

Clearly he is viewing the aliens only in a positive light.  It makes me think that in spite of his research, he was not aware of the darker nature of what is going on.  I think this can be seen as an indication of the highly sophisticated level of intervention that is occuring on this planet.

In an interview with Art Bell, Mack gave a lot of credit to the researchers who came before him and mentioned David Jacobs and Budd Hopkins.

If you want to read the work of a researcher who has also worked with hundreds of people and has come to the conclusion that there may be a huge, systematic, negative program occuring behind the scenes, I recommend "The Threat: Revealing The Secret Alien Agenda" by David Jacobs, PhD.  Here is the Amazon link:

i am not advocating either side directly, but relate this quote to some theories of the Illuminati wanting us to believe that Aliens are bad and evil and will take us over...

i am sorry for his death

Re: Abduction Researchers - Mack killed

I imagine that there are all sorts of aliens.  I think that some seek primarily to serve themselves and some seek primarily to serve others.

My impression from what Dr. Mack said in a 2001 interview, is that he thought that the only type of aliens that were interacting with humans were of the type that focused on serving others.

I think that it is quite possible that there is indeed a group of aliens who have the intention of explicitly taking over humans on this planet.  For shorthand, I sometimes use the term "dark" to describe this group.
