When I found out about these Tunguska correlations I saw something else that I needed to give a closer look:

the Vela Incident

The Vela Incident (sometimes known as the South Atlantic Flash) was an as-yet unidentified flash of light detected by a United States Vela satellite on September 22, 1979. It has been speculated that the flash was the result of a nuclear weapons test; however, much information about the event is still classified.

The flash was detected on 22 September 1979, at 00:53 GMT, by a US Vela satellite that was specifically developed to detect nuclear explosions. The satellite reported the characteristic double flash (a very fast and very bright flash, then a longer and less-bright one) of an atmospheric nuclear explosion of two to three kilotons, in the Indian Ocean between Bouvet Island (Norwegian dependency) and the Prince Edward Islands (South African dependencies) at 47° S 40° E. It should be noted that the explosion of some meteors as they are entering the atmosphere can produce energy measured from kilotons (Eastern Mediterranean Event) to megatons (Tunguska event). However, the mechanism is different, and meteors do not produce the double flash characteristic of a nuclear detonation.

First intuitive thought was that this event could mark a Phi point.
As second event I had to think about the Hirhoshima - Nagasaki echo, which was calculated years ago to take place on July 12, 2007 for Hirhoshima or July 15, 2007 for Nagaski. Nagasaki had a double magnitude compared to Hirhoshima and is to be considered the main marker. The echo was based on the difference between the theoretical 911- HD Tetrahedron based precession cycle as described in the 'Breaking The Code' thread and our actual perspective of time. That difference links August 9, 1945 ( Nagasaki ) directly to July 15, 2007 ( +/- 1 day correction ).

On July 16, 2007 a strong earthquake hit Japan and caused the worlds biggest nuclear plant to leak, coinciding with a powerful typhoon.

Little Feller II and Little Feller I were codenames for a set of nuclear tests undertaken by the United States at the Nevada Test Site on July 7 and July 17, 1962 as part of Operation Sunbeam. They were both tests of stockpiled W54 warheads, the smallest nuclear warheads ever produced by the United States, used in both the Davy Crockett warhead and the Special Atomic Demolition Munition.

In Little Feller II (July 7), the warhead was suspended only three feet above the ground and had a yield equivalent to only 22 tons of TNT. In Little Feller I (July 17), the warhead was launched as Davy Crockett device from a stationary 155 millimeter launcher and set to detonate between 20 and 40 feet above the ground around 1.7 miles from the launch point, with a yield of 18 tons. This test was performed in conjunction with Operation IVY FLATS, a simulated military environment, and was observed by Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy and presidential adviser General Maxwell D. Taylor.

Little Feller I has the additional distinction of being the last atmospheric nuclear detonation conducted by the United States of America

So this Hyper Dimensional Tetrahedron timeframe showed new leadership in China. Much will depend on how they will deal with the Taiwanese issue.

As mentioned regularly in the HDDesign material, there are future US - Korea and or China - Taiwan (US) conflicts on the triggers, closely related to the Hyper Dimensional key dates at macrolevel orientation. As said regularly: The Hariri killing / Syria situation is the initial trigger that could cause a war scenario to evolve.

Besides the recent change in Chinese leadership, we will also see a change in US leadership in January 2009 at the latest.

There's something about this change of US leadership that could have a huge impact on our destiny. There's a very 'dark' scenario possible in which GW will not meet the end of his term as US President, at least not as President. His health could become an issue or you can think of other reasons too.

In case something happens with GW it is likely that Cheney could become Acting President for the third time and here's what worries me the most:

On June 29, 2002, President George W. Bush declared himself temporarily unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office prior to undergoing a colonoscopy which required sedation. He invoked the 25th Amendment in letters (full text) given to White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales, who transmitted them by fax to Speaker of the United States House of Representatives Dennis Hastert and President pro tempore of the Senate Robert Byrd. Gonzales called Hastert's and Byrd's offices to confirm receipt of the letters, and then contacted Vice President Dick Cheney to advise him of the transfer.[1] Cheney acted as President for a little over two hours that day (from 7:09 a.m. to 9:24 a.m.), whereupon Bush transmitted a second letter resuming the powers and duties of the office. Just nine months after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, and with U.S. troops at war in Afghanistan, President Bush was intent on ensuring that in the event of a crisis there would be no question of Cheney's authority. When asked by the press about the decision to transfer power, Bush replied "I did so because we're at war and I just want to be super — you know, super cautious."[2] Although the public was aware that the temporary handover would take place, for security purposes, the time that it actually occurred was not revealed until after Bush resumed his duties as President. On July 21, 2007, under the same circumstances as the 2002 invocation, President George W. Vice President Cheney acted as President from 7:16 a.m. to 9:21 a.m. that day, becoming the first Vice President to serve as Acting President more than once. The Weekly Standard excerpted a letter Cheney sent to his grandchildren while serving as acting president, which was lampooned by Ana Marie Cox for Time Magazine[4] and on The Daily Show.[5]

In that very same timeframe the number 3 of the most wanted list Tolimir was arrested! A double hit I would say, but Mladic and Karadzic are still out there and so are the others that are politically responsible for the massacre. The combination with Mladic and Karadzic suggest a higher political level than the government of The Netherlands

This very same pattern showed earlier the death of Arkan and Milosevic.
So January 13, 2008 could be an important date, not only in relation to Mladic and Karadzic but also in relation to those politically responsible for the Srebrenica massacre at the highest (political) levels.

This in combination with Mercury 'The Messenger' on the same spot as during the 2 times GW was unconscious with Cheney as Acting President of the US , is something to think about , especially if you look at an triggerevent for January 13 :

from January 13, 2008 on, this theme will be recurring every 88 days and these dates will be put on the timelines. In combination with the ongoing 'exit of sun king'  timecoded pattern and other patterns that are monitored, there will be further analysis for each of these keydates during 2008.

I think it is important for GW to stay in power until the end of his term, regardless what you think about the man, otherwise a neocon scenario will give another US President in the oval office during the next elections in the US.

When I was monitoring the space events around November 7, which are mentioned on the timeline, I had this idea to check if the Space Shuttle disasters with the Challenger and the Columbia would indicate a Phi point for the monitored timeframe

It appeared that it wasn't the case, Space Shuttle Columbia desintegrated on February 1, 2003 during re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere. The Space Shuttle Challenger disintegrated 73 seconds into its flight on January 28, 1986.

If these two events are considered to be 2 Phi points a a Phi based time spiral, than the next date inwards would be the timeframe between these events devided by the Golden Mean Phi:

number of days between the events: 6213 ( rounded in full days)
6213 / 1.61803399 = 3840 days

3840 days after February 1, 2003 gives August 6, 2013

Although this is an interesting date ( Hirhoshima anniversary, 'stay out of space and don't mess with nuclear power' / the 2 major underlying themes of our times) it is well in the future. Ofcourse this date will pop up on the future timelines but for the current timeframe I let it rest...until today.
Again I had to think about these two terrible disasters with the space shuttles and had this thought to look at the Phi point that hits the pattern spiralling outwards back in our perspective of time:

When I started to calculate the date I already had this feeling something profound would pop up. I could feel it in my stomage and hurried to see what the calculated date July 24, 1975 would give.

on the second hit further back in time on this Apollo - Space Shuttle Golden Mean Phi based timespiral, another marker event:

January 19, 1965 - The unmanned Gemini 2 is launched on a suborbital test of various spacecraft systems.

Gemini 2 was the second spaceflight of the American human spaceflight program Project Gemini. Gemini 2, like Gemini 1, was an unmanned mission intended as a test flight of the Gemini spacecraft's heat shield. The flight was suborbital and was launched on a Titan II rocket. The mission's spacecraft later became the first to be flown into space twice when it was sent on an unmanned military mission.

As this Golden Mean Phi based spiral goes inwards back in time, there's a timframe from where this spiral originates from in our perspective of time.

We go back to the timeframe around July 22 , 1958, based on the timeframe between the Space Shuttle disasters. Remember that the timeframe between the markers Challenger and Columbia was rounded to full days, the perfect Golden Mean spiral would put the start of the spiral a few days later than July 22, 1958

Explorer 4 was a US satellite launched on July 26, 1958. It was instrumented by Dr. James van Allen's group. The Department of Defense's Advanced Research Projects Agency had initially planned two satellites for the purposes of studying the Van Allen radiation belts and the effects of nuclear explosions upon these belts (and the Earth's magnetosphere in general), however Explorer IV was the only such satellite launched.

Explorer 4 was a cylindrically shaped satellite instrumented to make the first detailed measurements of charged particles (protons and electrons) trapped in the terrestrial radiation belts. An unexpected tumble motion of the satellite made the interpretation of the detector data very difficult. The low-power transmitter and the plastic scintillator detector failed September 3, 1958. The two Geiger-Mueller tubes and the caesium iodide crystal detectors continued to operate normally until September 19, 1958. The high-power transmitter ceased sending signals on October 5, 1958. It is believed that exhaustion of the power batteries caused these failures. The spacecraft decayed from orbit after 454 days on October 23, 1959.

Operation Argus

Operation Argus was a series of nuclear weapons tests and missile tests secretly conducted during August and September of 1958, in the South Atlantic, by the Defense Nuclear Agency, in conjunction with the Explorer IV mission. Contractors from Lockheed Aircraft Corporation as well as a few personnel and contractors from the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission were on hand as well. The timeframe for Argus was substantially impacted due to the instability of the political environment (bans on atmospheric and exoatmospheric testing were forthcoming). Consequently, the tests were conducted within a mere half year of conception (whereas "normal" testing took one to two years).

The tests

About 1800 km southwest of Cape Town, South Africa, USS Norton Sound launched three modified X-17A missiles armed with 1.7 kt W-25 nuclear warheads into the upper atmosphere, where high altitude nuclear explosions took place. The (extreme) altitude of the tests was chosen so as to prevent personnel involved in the test from being exposed to any ionizing radiation [1].

Coordinated measurement programs involving satellite, rocket, aircraft, and surface stations were employed by the services as well as other government agencies and various contractors worldwide.

The tests were proposed by Nicholas Christofilos of what was then the Livermore branch of the Lawrence Radiation Laboratory (now Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory) as a means to verify the Christofilos theory, which argued that high-altitude nuclear detonations would create a radiation belt in the extreme upper regions of the Earth's atmosphere. Such belts would be similar in effect to the Van Allen radiation belts. Such radiation belts were viewed as having possible tactical use in war. Prior to Argus, Hardtack Teak had shown disruption of radio communications from a nuclear blast. However, this was not due to the creation of radiation belts.

The Argus explosions created artificial electron belts resulting from the ?-decay of fission fragments. These lasted for several weeks. Such radiation belts affect radio and radar transmissions, damage or destroy arming and fusing mechanisms of intercontinental ballistic missile warheads, and endanger crews of orbiting space vehicles.

Argus proved the validity of Christofilos theory: the establishment of an electron shell derived from neutron and ?-decay of fission products and ionization of device materials in the upper atmosphere was demonstrated. It not only provided data on military considerations, but produced a "great mass" of geophysical data.

The tests were first reported by the New York Times on March 19, 1959, headlining it as the "greatest scientific experiment ever conducted." Approximately nine ships and 4,500 people participated in the operation. After the completion of testing, the task force departed for the United States via Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Followed the Hardtack I series, but preceded Hardtack II.

While the tests were announced the following year, the full results and documentation of the tests were not declassified until 30 April 1982.

The timeframe around November 15 is one of the four Hyper Dimensional Cube timeframes at macro level orientation, similar as for instance February 14, the day Rafik Hariri was assassinated in Beirut back in 2005. Again I expected developments related to Hariri/Syria during this HD Cube timeframe around November 15, as it has happened on every HD date at macro level orientation since the Hariri assassination.
Besides the fact that this timeframe was a regular HD Cube timeframe, it was also a fact that Venus was at the same geometrical position as during the awakenings end trigger date related to the killing of Hariri ( 1111 days awakenings timeframe).
The Presidential Elections in Lebanon are currently the stage to express the underlying themes and the UN is calling in to get involved more deeply. Remember the times when the UN was involved prior to the war in Iraq: if events in Lebanon are destabilizing the region then the UN will probably be committed to react. I have said it for more than 2 years now and it still stands: The Hariri killing is the initial trigger in an evolving Syria-first war scenario, with future US-Korea and/or China-Taiwan(US) conflicts closely related to the HD dates at macro level orientation.
The related events during this HD Cube timeframe are clear expressions of the underlying themes.  The Secretary-General announced a plan to appoint a Canadian to head the Hariri inquiry. Also, the UN  joins Lebanon crisis mediation trying to break the impasse. According to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon free and fair presidential election will be ‘milestone’ for Lebanon, necessary for stability in the region too.
The US and Israel refuse to cooperate with inquest into Israel’s Sept. 6 attack on Syrian nuclear reactor while Tehran secretly deploys air defense batteries around Damascus during the HD Cube timeframe.
As it is a regular HD Cube timeframe at macro level orientation we also see some Korea and China related developments: The Korean PMs begin historic talks and agree on a rail timetable while Bush talks tough on Iran and warns China. It was also the timeframe of Vladimir Putin as he was urged to stay on as leader, the watchdog cancels Russia poll plan and , in a dramatic reverse swing, Putin decides to send uranium to fuel Iran’s atomic power station in Bushehr.
When I started to post about the Hariri killing back in 2005 I initially pinpointed at Putin for probably having the most benefit of such a terrible crime. Vladimir Putin was  appointed one of three First Deputy Prime Ministers on August 9, 1999, which enabled him later on that day to be appointed acting Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation.
That was a Nagasaki day, playing a big role in the karmic issues we have to deal with in the current times we live in. Putin assumed the role of acting President on December 31, 1999, coming to power during the timeframe that marks the Hyper Dimensional Tetrahedron at macro level orientation in our reality. I will keep an eye on this guy very closely and I expect to post about him a lot more from now on.

It was also an echo timeframe of the December 26, 2004 Sumatra quake/tsunami, finding expression in the strong 7.7 quake in Chile and the cyclone in Bangladesh. Mercury The messenger was at exactly the same geometrical position on November 16, 2007 as during the December 26, 2004 Sumatra Quake / Tsunami, however this HD Cube timeframe didn’t showed the big one. That will probably happen at one of the Phi points between these markers: The December 26, 2004 Sumatra quake, the 2004 and 2012 Venus Transits and the end of the Mayan Calendar on December 21, 2012
September 12, 2007 was such a Phi point and showed an 8.4 Sumatra quake as mentioned on the timeline and again on October 30 with Tropical Storm Noel ( symbolic reference of the Christmas 20004 quake marker) and the California 5.5 quake.
The future Phi points related to the given markers will be mentioned on the timelines, I expect major Earth change activities at these timeframes.

This HD Cube timeframe was also an important Phi point between the end of the Mayan Calendar and a week back in August 1999:

These elements of Design made me extend the timeframe with +/- a few days while I normally limit myself to +/- 1 day, although I always talk about a ‘peak’.

As I wrote on another forum, I expected this HD Cube timeframe to be significant in a sense that it would give indications in relation to our ‘ascension’ process or more in general about some major underlying truths.
This timeframe was Phi point as marked by the Cassini fly by back in August 1999 and much to my surprise we saw another fly by during this HD Cube timeframe: the Comet chaser  Rosetta made an Earth swing-by!
I instantly understood the significance of the symbolical implications of this ‘Rosetta Stone’ expression as I expected profound developments for this timeframe.
The term Rosetta Stone has become idiomatic as something that is a critical key to a process of decryption or translation of a difficult problem. The timeframe unveiled 2 major underlying themes as expressions of the Rosetta enigma: The first one being our own origin and the second one the Theory of everything.

The 'Rosetta Stone' expressions at Hyper Dimensional Cube were ‘confirmed’ by Colossus:

It was also announced that a breakthrough was reached on Stem Cells.

Rosetta’ symbolism in relation to the Theory of everything

As a confirmation in the ‘as above – so below’ Design of our reality it was Cassini again that closed this HD Cube timeframe with a fly by around Titan, tipping in the atmosphere.
Cassini marked the Phi point and closes the window.

What’s coming next? There are indications that war is resurfacing again with expressions as mentioned on the timeline. The situation in Lebanon is very significant and I will keep an eye on the developments. At the end of the year we will have an interesting ‘Deep Impact’ timeframe. I had already put year-end on the timeline because it creates a Hyper Dimensional Tetrahedron with July 4, 2005, Deep Impact on comet Temple I.
I almost feel off my chair when I noticed that an actual Earth fly by is planned for Deep Impact around that date. Very significant indeed.

There are some interesting timeframes coming up. The Middle East peace talks in Annapolis are starting at the 'Deep Impact' pentagram and it seems Syria will attend. The Lebanese Presidential Elections were postponed several time and are now due to take place on November 30, probably a final attempt. November 30 is the next keydate of the 13 keydates on the Phibased timespiral Hariri assassination - Venus Transit June 6, 2012, and ultimately to the end of the Mayan Calendar.
