The amount of people using condoms probably is about the same as it's ever been in the past 10 years.     The only thing different might be the number of politicians who want to invent a reason to force everyone to get their latest needle jab.   STDs sound pretty good, though I think avian flu is a better excuse.      I hope they let us have a citizen's referendum on the issue so we can pick our favorite scare tactic.
