S.• What is mind control by your standards?

MATTHEW: It is the manipulation of a person's men­tal and physical functioning external to his character, de­sire and realization. It is achieved through hypnosis with strategic suggestions, drugs, sensory deprivation, physical torture, implantation of computer-controlled microchips, or whatever combination of those processes and mechanisms achieves the hold of programmed information and activates the mind-controlled person.
In a wider sense, promulgation by the media of errone­ous information is a form of mind control, whether or not those who report the information know that it is false or that its purpose is to influence people, not to inform them of truth. In a still different context, mind control is the conditioning of people in schools, churches, political groups, military establishments and other agencies and institutions to believe and do what they're told without questioning its basis in fact or sound judgment. If you could know the amount of misinformation passed on as truth, sometimes innocently and sometimes knowingly, you would find it alarming. Consider just the influence on lives the Bible has and remember what I've told you about the current edition's many deliberate distortions from the original version.

S.• Yes, I remember Matthew, I do try to be discerning, but it's really hard to know what's true and what isn't, or what sources to trust.

MATTHEW: Mother, your soul knows the truth. Get
in touch with your soul and trust what resonates, what flows easily within your entirety. That's all meditation is, quieting your questions and listening to the answers.

S.• I'll try harder. Maybe-probably-you know that skin implant chips are being developed, and even though it's said that they're meant only for beneficial purposes, there's opposition to them. Could these chips be pro­grammed to control minds?

MATTHEW: With good reason there is opposition to these chips! It is true that the benefits as heralded could be useful-the tracking of lost children and pets, for instance - but the use of these implants is not meant to be restricted to the announced uses. Their ultimate intent is to benefit the darkly-influenced people at the top of your world's power ladder by enabling the tracking of everyone! And absolutely the chips can be programmed in accordance with what­ever aims those powers wish to achieve.

S.• I shouldn't be surprised, but still, it's so dishearten­ing to know this. Is death apart of pre-birth agreements if it's caused by people who act under mind control, like mass killings or a serial killer?

MATTHEW: Mother, I'll address your question first and then your comment. Yes, mind control does account for many of those happenings, and in most cases the course of the lives affected is not in accordance with the souls' chosen lessons. However, it is necessary to separate the lesson from the source of the lesson. A soul may willingly be either the perpetrator or the victim of those killings if karmic fulfillment requires experiencing either of those roles. If so, the event cannot be considered an interruption in the victim's lifetime simply because the source may be
different from the one envisioned at the time the agree­ment was made.
If the event occurs prematurely in the victim's life­time - that is, prior to completion of the major lessons - then it definitely is an interruptive event that not only prevents his completion of lessons, but profoundly affects the lives of the other principals in the agreement. The ripple effect from any disrupted agreement touches lives far beyond the principals' too, and a leveling process then must provide new learning opportunities for all. The rami­fications of a killing spree when mind control is a factor almost always are interruptive events in the lives of ev­ery soul affected, and the negative ripple effect is incalcu­lable.

S.• Then mind control itself is never part of any pre-birth agreements?

MATTHEW: NEVER!!! It absolutely is outside of ALL soul level agreements! Mind control is one of the most pernicious tactics of the darkness! Its tools on Earth are the souls willing to carry out that dark power's plan to capture all souls. Consuming all of creation is its goal, and as a total force, the darkness believes its power to be greater than Creator's. It is greatly in error!
However, because of mind control, many millions of lives on Earth no longer are according to agreements, and I've mentioned the incalculable negative ripple effects of unfulfilled agreements. Despite the increasing abundance of light, this vicious practice of mind control still is so pervasive that it is a pollutant enveloping the planet. The basest of its motives are behind wars, behind such wide­spread Satanic torture and killing that you would reel at the scope, behind abject poverty and disease and assassi­
nations and ungodly distorted values of world leaders. Even
strategic "natural disasters" are technologically contrived
by minds controlled by the darkness.
Mother, I feel your deep distress at what seems to you
as no escaping these evils on Earth. I know I spoke with
unusual vehemence, but not so you would despair, because
that will not help anyone. Despair leads to fear, and fear is
a virulent, contagious form of negativity. That is exactly
the intent of the dark forces, because the energy of fear is
incompatible with the energy of light. Earth has more than enough to deal with in "innocent" pollution created by those billions of souls who are unaware that their fear is immea­surably helping their worst enemy, the dark forces.
This is an especially critical subject that everyone on Earth needs to know, and I'd like to go back to a logical beginning of this. It is not news to anyone that Earth changes are dramatically underway in such clear and di­verse areas as climate, severity and quantity of geophysi­cal happenings, the absence of the former tidal and moon phase synchronicity, and other technological and scien­tific indicators that are known to some specialists.
But the reason behind all of this planetary changing is hardly known at all, at least not very well or very widely known: It is the degree of prevalence and heinous inten­tions manifested as mind control measures that are the cause of, or the need for, this upheaving of the planet. Rid­
ding Earth of this ultimate viciousness to capture souls is precisely why the Earth changes were begun about half a century ago./
Mind control is why Gaia Terra Shan Earth finally concluded that without massive help, she would have to allow physical death to all her life forms and even herself or leave this part of the heavens in search of relief, and
her cry went out to the universe. Her cries were for an impending grief you cannot imagine, and they were heard.
Mind control is being combated with light warriors from the interior of the planet through the surface war­riors and on into low atmosphere light beings all the way to those vast, powerful collective souls who have traveled through galaxies to reach Earth in her travail. The preva­lence of mind control is exactly why Creator issued Its decree that loosened the hold of the topmost dark forces on the free will choices of their minions.
Mind control is why cellular level changes have been taking place in receptive souls and why the light beings are beaming the light ever more strongly at Earth hu­mans who are still resistant, hoping that they awaken consciously and they also will welcome this light at cellu­lar level.
Mind control is why the planet and her life forms who assimilate the light are even now transcending the third density atmosphere into the fourth, where mind control cannot flourish-it cannot exist! In this ascending mo­tion, the viability of all negative pollution is being scat­tered, dissolved, and weakened globally, and this process is commonly called planetary cleansing.
The penchant for controlling others is not new. From the beginning of life on the planet, the stronger captured and controlled the weaker by one means or another, and this mentality persisted and evolved into manipulating a person's mental and emotional makeup, the zenith of in­terfering with their soul's growth. Just as ideas for progress have been swift in other areas, so has this been true in mind control methods, with current technology employed rather than outdated means, like the town crier who was strategically misinformed and thus passed false
news to the unsuspecting townspeople.
Considering the swift pace of technological develop­
ments, today's ideas as described in those articles you read
about implants and the physiologically-based methods
would not necessarily be all that farfetched by compari­
son with that disinformation specialist of centuries past. However, the methods actually in present use are not that sophisticated. The technology of the most outrageous methods is only projections -ideas, or plans, but NOT "developments" anywhere near operational status. These non-perfected plans and devices still can have a powerful impact on your world, though, IF the news of them is not kept in silence by the darkness. For how, then, would any­one know to be in fear of them?!
With the effective purposes of mind control combined with people's fear that it even exists, this most sinister of weapons of the dark forces is the sharpest of double-edged swords. The reason for the word getting out on these new approaches is the same as it is for many other reports being released: to create FEAR. Someone who believes reports like you read and has no knowledge whatsoever of what I have just told you, could be frightened so severely as to become totally dysfunctional.
On top of that, fear is the energetic open door to the dark forces, and once they get even the tiniest crack in the door, they will stop at nothing to capture or destroy the soul. The fight for souls has heated up intensely, and the most effective fighting tool discovered yet is the mag­nified energy of fear. Not only is the fear-filled person
useless to himself, but his fear is contagious. Fear is in­
compatible with laughter, joy, clear perceiving, sound judg­
ment, and most vital, it's incompatible with knowing your
inseparable connection with God. Fear is incompatible
with light!
Mother, let me back up a moment-I did get ahead of myself. The efforts of the light beings are working! I ne­glected to give that crucial point and I need to edit myself. The success of the persistent light attacks against the various types of mind control is evident to us the light forces are winning this conflict steadily, decisively! There is no technology that is beyond their ability to prevent or combat through cellular level light infusion. Of course the dark forces don't want you to know THAT, they only want you to know what they have afoot so that fright­induced vulnerability is all pervasive.
The overall light and dark conflict will continue for a while, and mind control will continue to be the biggest gun in the dark forces' arsenal even as its effects are less­ening more and more. It is true that what you hear and see via the media doesn't bear that out media control is another instance of mind control! Just know that this is true: Darkness is losing steadily; the light is gaining steadily! In a last ditch effort of the darkness to turn this around, you are being force-fed fear through every pos­sible situation that can be contrived and highly publicized, such as terrorism, wars, new diseases, the ozone layer, drugs, loss of civil rights, joblessness, starvation, chemi­cals in food and inescapable toxins and on and on! Even those conditions reported truthfully are designed to give you the message: BE AFRAID. The message I give you from the highest light beings is BE FEARLESS.
This is why it is imperative that information gets out about the profoundly beneficial effects of the light forces on a global, galactic and even universal scale. It is not known at this level for certain, but it has been suggested by messengers from the highest realms that cosmically,
there is a shake-up also. There is such a thick crust of
ignorance and negativity yet to be cleared away that those
who expect dynamics of celestial proportions will be dis­
appointed as the days and even a few years roll by with the darkness being exposed, its horrors brought to the light. That is how the healing of Earth is happening.
Love and care for one another, hold true to your soul's mission by being quiet, listening, and feeling your part­nership with God. Love, serenity and balance are tools of the light warrior. Arm yourselves!
Now then, Mother, as for your comment about "dis­heartening" information, is it not better to know the truth and thus be spiritually prepared than to live in the mo­rass of ignorance, unprepared? Information from this realm can make people aware of the truth, however differ­ent from prevailing beliefs, along with the most powerful truth of all-spiritual comfort, strength and universal truth are inherent in one's connection with God. That inseparability is innate in the soul, and your conscious awareness of it is wherein its power lies. That is "salva­tion."
Religion has little or nothing to do with one's connec­tion with God. If anything, religion has discouraged people from knowing of their God connection by putting those layers of church hierarchy and dogma between you and God. Just think of the oft-used reference to "God-fearing." God is not to be feared! Why isn't that description "God­loving"? God is ONLY love and light!

S.• Yes, but with this world so full of darkness and mis­ery, isn't it natural that sometimes we just want to leave it all and start a new life in a better world?

MATTHEW: Mother, knowing beforehand of this un-
precedented time on Earth, everyone there in their pre­birth agreements chose to participate. Of course you don't consciously realize this, but at soul level you do. And the myriad people who are inspired to work within light ac­tivities is evidence that they welcomed the opportunity to be paving the way to the glorious era ahead.
So, do not despair that truth is being exposed in so many ways that could be frightening IF there were no un­derstanding of what is transpiring. This is a time for calm discernment-which is yours just for the asking-and a time to rejoice that the dark situations are being exposed because it means that ever-greater light is prevailing. Otherwise, these atrocious happenings literally could not "come to light. "As I said, it is better, surely, to have knowl­edge and to spiritually arm yourself in faith than to live in ignorance and become swept into an ocean of non-un­derstanding.
