The above link seems to be incomplete as far as the sessions go; the final session was in 2000.  Regardless, there is still a large amount of information for any researcher - and as always with any material and at all times, discernment is recommended.

The official transcripts, which Falvion linked to earlier in the thread, go through end of 2002. That's the version I've been reading. The unofficial unedited ones are basically the same thing minus two years and plus a bunch of grammar and spelling mistakes. After 2002, ouija-board sessions quickly trickled to a stop, past transcripts were removed from the site, and an ever-changing line of excuses were given over why.

"Frater Jonah" wrote a summary of the Ra / Bringers / Cassiopaea material back in 2003... Here is an excerpt:

Thus the body of material consists of articles mostly by Laura about her findings, supported and annotated with relevant channeling excerpts. Beyond the information channeled from the Cassiopaeans, Laura draws on ancient and contemporary movements for the spiritual development of man. We see elements of the Gurdjieff Work, or the '4th Way', concepts of Gnosticism, Sufism, alchemy and others. The starting point is that the most various paths of transmission may carry fragments of truth, which may be variously forgotten, twisted or corrupted. The best starting point is the Wave series of articles by Laura, published on the www.cassiopaea.org web site. The Wave is the Cassiopaean term for the transition to the 4th density. The series discusses the physical and metaphysical controls which circumscribe the estate of man, synthesizing topics as diverse as UFO abductions, manipulation via religion, genetics, mind control, government and science.

As the transition draws near, activity on the planet heats up. The spiritual orientation of the awakened part of humanity at the point of transition is the cosmic prize, which selects the nature of the timeline to follow. This prize, humanity, is the object of the battles of the gods. This archetypal battle is reflected on our plane as alien activity, earth changes, wars, tyranny, extreme greed etc. Groups of people are pieces on the chessboard of the gods. The orientation of a group determines which archetypal or 4th density energy the group represents and transduces to the Earth plane. People choose their destiny, and by extension the planetary destiny, by choosing which cosmic archetype they align to, in the final instance the choice is between STS and STO.

The archetypes of ancient legends, such as Perseus, can be seen as symbols of higher realities. Thus does mythology acquire its original esoteric significance. The choice of man is whether to be a hero, victim, damsel in distress or a devouring monster. The lesson of the third density is to learn to distinguish between the many and varied archetypes which all seek expression via humanity. The work is first discernment, then systematic application of the principle so that one can gather sufficient spiritual polarity for the coming transition. We come here to the point of the required purity of choice which we already encountered with Ra.

The reason I like this material is because it doesn't have a lot of filler, it isn't just a patchwork of other sources, doesn't cater to false assumptions, explains a lot of things, contains rare knowledge that you can actually apply and verify in your own life, uses a Socratic teaching method that gets you to realize the answer yourself, and covers the gritty details of dark forces and how to use higher metaphysical principles to deflect their manipulations. Compared to the Ra Material it is less verbose (at least in the answers given, which means it is also more cryptic) and provides more tactical knowledge concerning abductions and mind programming, etc... I don't believe everything in there, and don't care much for the predictions and historical trivia either, but the core spiritual message works for me.

Acquiring fringe knowledge is like digging for diamonds in a mine field.

Here’s a summary of the Cassiopaeans (C’s).  The C’s are a channeled source.  One of their key phrases is “knowledge protects”.  Another key concept is the idea of free will.  They describe an approaching wave that will shift this planet from a 3rd density focal point to a 4th density focal point.  The densities can be thought of as levels of consciousness. 

Due to free will, not everything has been decided, so many things remain “open”.  There are two major paths in the development of consciousness – the service to others (STO) path and the service to self (STS) path.  STS is also referred to as negative polarity.  People/entities with a STO focus tend to offer guidance but avoid directly interfering.  People/entities on the STS path do not mind interfering, but need to do it within some form of free will limits or their activities may be constrained.

According to the C’s, aliens do exist.  The predominant types of aliens with regard to this planet are the Grays, Reptilians (Lizzies), Mantis (Insect-like), and Nordics (human-looking).  The Grays, Reptilians, and Mantis groups are almost entirely STS.  The Nordics can be STS or STO.   The C's state that the Grays are bio-cyber-genetic organisms created by the Reptilians.  My understanding from the C's is that the Grays are tools of the Reptilians - not some forlorn race trying to repair its DNA, and not humans from the future.

The C’s describe a group of humans called “The Powers the Be” (TBTB) or the “Illuminati” that are aligned with the negative alien/demonic groups.

The C’s state that the one world government is already here.

They also state that “The Lizards are hoping to rule you in 4th density.”

The C's state that the oncoming wave causes vibration frequency changes.

Although some people say that the C’s focus too much on the “dark side” of negative polarity, I think that their intention is to assist by increasing awareness.

The following are what I consider to be some key quotes.  “Q:” means question.  “A:” means a response from the Cassiopeans.

Q: (L) Is this realm border like a dimensional boundary?

A: Yes.

Q: (L) Okay, this realm border, do dimensions...

A: Pulsating realms. Fluctuating realms.

Q: (L) Is our realm fluctuating or pulsating?
