Congruity in psychological / NLP / persuasion terms is defined as your inner state matching your outer actions and words.

It is difficult to hide emotions which are exposed through facial expressions. They aren't always obvious, but manifest as micro expressions lasting for about a quarter of a second. Politicians, government agencies, and skilled salespeople train themselves to hide these expressions, but the unconscious mind will still recognize them. There are also ways to train yourself to recognize them, similarly the way the air force used to train their pilots to recognize different planes.

This leads me to a question...

Is congruity possible with an Organic Portal or non-human species? There is no emotion there.

I have to admit that the ideas of organic portals and aliens still seem far fetched to me, but I find something very perplexing. I have been trained to recognize facial micro expressions, and they are still perceptible on those who have been trained to hide them.

Now, how is it possible then for a cashier in a grocery store or a gas station employee to have 0 micro expressions? I have experimented with such people using emotional state elicitation techniques and I get nothing. I find it very disturbing.

I think that you have to take into account several things:

1) Some people are mostly numb to their emotions or operating out of an automatic trauma "blanking" much of the time.

2)Some people are affected by all of the electronic media that is clogging the airwaves at all times, and so are not in touch with their organic essence.

3) Some people are unconscious most of the time and are being used as automatons for invisible energies.

4) Some people are actually integrated and the more integrated a person is, the more they are aware of subliminal undercurrents in interactions and can block them as needed.

5) Some people are "hollow" - these may be your OPs.

6) Some people are powerful psychics that are aware of the other levels of reality that are operating underneath the 3-D facade and can play with these interactions as they choose.

It's sometimes hard to tell which is which, the main thing is whether or not they are disrupting your incarnation experience, enhancing it, or a background component.

I'd ask: what is it in you that wants to elicit emotions from people in mundane work situaitons and so forth?

But I do think that a lot of the "hollowness" is a vehicle for the OP dynamic. When people are empty, anything goes.-lala
