There're definitely up there.  Go out and look up at the sky.  If you see any strange colored objects (those I've seen usually twinkle blue) send out the thought to change color.  Quite often they oblige, change color, then disappear from sight.

Isn't that near Gloucester were the worst flooding is taking place?

I would not be surprised if some sort of weather manipulation is going on with these summer floods, i am 44 and have never known such rain in the summer before and of course the word climate change is linked to these floods every time a spokesperson appears on the media for maxium politcal propganda.
