In addition, I'd add cycles and events that spur growth in awareness. The primary task seems to be that of learning to trust the Inner Being for guidance regarding how best to negotiate experience. The more in tune with Inner Being we become the more aligned our personal frequency, vibration and energy dynamic becomes, and the less we struggle to attain/maintain resonance with what IS.
Laughter and joy flow increasingly from simple adjustments in awareness. We experience life as the gift it is, one worthy of gratitude and appreciation. We become disentangled from the emotional baggage, the mental morass of fluctuating beliefs and control systems. Outer and inner realities harmonize, and daily life seems decidedly more meaningful as we effortlessly obtain our truest desires for experience thru reciprocal, vibratory resonance.
Raising your vibes does attract positive experiences, but that alone does not guarantee success because it is only part of the equation. Viewed from another angle, your choice of attitude, awareness, and action determines what personal probable futures you amplify. And the probable futures you amplify pull you toward them more strongly. So anything you do that increases positive probable futures will also increase positive synchronicities, reinforce a positive attitude, and lead you to the right awareness and opportunities to fulfill that future. While your attitude does determine your vibrational signature, which partially determines what probable futures you resonate with and attract, your awareness and choice of action also affects the future.
If your lack of awareness leads to investment in false beliefs, like naively promoting the alien agenda or committing yourself to some deceptive religious or spiritual modality, then despite your good attitude and good intentions you are amplifying a negative probable future. This attracts experiences that further reinforce that future. That is why there are so many "nice" people being manipulated by negative forces. They are not being used for food so much as a strategic resource.
On the other hand, if you do something that helps another person and spawns a positive probable future for them, then you yourself will experience an increase in positive experiences as well even if your FRV did not change. Same thing as good karma. Getting involved in the lives of others and helping others in a way that matches both your abilities and their genuine need for assistance is a highly effective way of attracting positive experiences.
While attitude is something you yourself have control over, awareness and action come into play during your interactions with the rest of the world. Isolating yourself from others, helping no one, having a simplistic or skewed awareness off things, making choices that affects your own future and that of others in a negative way -- all these things can override what positive effects your own positive attitude might have. So while a positive and balanced attitude is the foundation, aiming for sharp awareness and wise action completes and secures the connection.

It seems to me the key criteria for ending up as a "strategic resource" for negative forces are indeed "lack of awareness" and naietivity. Either condition leads to a distressing propensity to give power away with reckless disregard of the consequences of such wholesale handing over of personal power in the false belief that all spiritual modalities are equally valid and enjoy equivalence in terms of fostering inner and/or planetary growth and development.
Growth in personal awareness lessons the likelihood that participation in even suspect spiritual modalities result in amplification of negative probable futures. There is less of wholesale acceptance of everything that's offered, and less willingness to participate in a rigid, lock-step manner that precludes selectivity and choice in the matter of participation.
As few (if any) in 3D reality express inner truth thru the personality with absolute perfection it is likely the most advanced explication of life holds within its boundaries areas of imperfection and unintended (though real) operant flaws. The greater the awareness at work both in the explicator of some spiritual modality as well as the potential participant in such modality, the less the likelihood that either becomes fodder for negative forces. The vibratory rate increases with growth in awareness, and this acts as a safeguard against potential manipulation by negative forces that simply cannot enforce a negative outcome on that which is beyond its vibratory range of control.

Yes but try to separate in absolute terms one "thing" you do/do-not from another "thing" you do/do-not.. simplicity implies complexity to be simplified in the first place.. it is not simple at all... think too hard and you ruin the simple and awe inspiring beauty of every minute.. but think subtly (and thus profoundly) and you can simultaneously appreciate simplicity all the more. I mean, how could you function among infinite complexity if not for some sort of operational base of simplicity?
It definitely seems to be. I was walking around the other day, in somewhat of a guilt-phase (as the night before I took a decidedly conservative approach amongst a mostly socialist crowd at a party, probably turning off some people. But hey, you have to be yourself) and as I was walking, I noticed that there was a moving truck parked on the side of the road, with its ramp blocking the sidewalk. So I walked onto the road, listening to some Sigur Ros (awesome band by the way, definitely check them out if you already haven't), and I noticed there were some guys chilling inside of the truck. One of them looked at me, and as his lips began to move, I took the headphones out my ears.
He asked "Hey man, how are you feeling?"
Kind of surprised that a random person would talk to me, I was somewhat apprehensive and said "Fine. Why do you ask?"
"Ahh, no reason," he said as he was staring above me.
We talked for a bit, and after I left them, I thought to myself "Damn, that guy was reading me!" It seems there are certain checks within probably each of our lives that prevents us from really falling too far along a negative path, and this guy was positioned at a perfect moment when I was feeling like crap.
So I've come to realize that help is out there to raise your FRV, and it doesn't always come from a predictable source. There are many among us that have, can and will do this. At one time or another, you will play this role if you already haven't, and I'm absolutely convinced that we've been given this time to purify ourselves of negativity so that we may serve each other to a greater extent in whatever future we'll find ourselves in.

My current ongoing experience has me learning and growing each day with new environments and people. I am so grateful. Manifestation energies are definately increasing and the opportunities for a positive future timeline increases.

Does this answer anything but the most superficial of questions? Those of "spiritual" mechanics?
These are explanations... Purely technical

Any insect, reptile or crustation could fulfill these specifications and still expect to be reborn a million more times!
They also APPEAR to make "choices" of who to associate with, where to live and what to eat.
This only shows the ability to judge and desire something better, faster, brighter.
Still mired in relative and dualistic judgments and thinking. Still steeped in suffering, locked in desire and based on the assumption of the reality of a separate "me", that is different than something else.
Fear based ignorance is not banished by this. It is this.
What is it that a singularity in human form can do besides eat, sleep and reproduce, suffer, and die?
What is the greatest and deepest wish one could make whilst embodied?
What is the most fulfilling discovery possible? What "path" is truly worth walking and will never be regretted?
As Mary Oliver asks "What will you do with this one wild and precious life"?
So, i would say no, that's not "all there is" to it.
What about self knowledge, understanding?
The deep insight that gives meaning to a fragile fleeting life by going beyond descriptions and explanations.
What about going beyond life and death itself and finding out who or what you truly are?
"Swallowing the whole world in one gulp", smashing the ball of doubt, answering the question for oneself?
Deep non verbal understanding that is timeless self existent truth.
Impossible? Many have done it. Many are doing it right now.
Are you satisfied with a mechanically based system of belief?
How does that really help the thirst for meeting the truth of the vast void in front of your eyes?

I am speaking more on the premis of creating rather than conceptualizing "all that is".

Well speaking for myself, part of my journy is most definately traversed to increase my vibration, increasing awareness to better hear and understand this world that is far from what it seems. Self-knowledge and understanding are incorporated with this into a unified one sense. And by learning, gathering information and application I can make choices that will increase my energetic level, whilst if I lived in ignorance, not taking responsibility for the direct experience of my life, most of my actions would be based in that mind set of lack, thus creating a lack of energy. And through this expansion of awareness it is my hope that if my energy is radiating and my choices pure, that will influence others in a positive way, uplifting the world. And that occurs through the changing and evolving of my being.

I will be, be the highest expression of divine creativity that I can acheive to the far depths of imagination and beyond.
