Some controlling agencies and entities, factions of terrestrial reptilians for example, and the non-terrestrial discarnate powers they serve, cultivate unsuspecting populations of human and non-human beings for the purpose of seeding host bodies and harvesting the amounts of energy released by these bodies wrestling with the negative aspects of drug addiction, especially to meth-amphetamine. James Bartley has written about this in certain of his articles online regarding some factions of reptilians and astral beings with vampiric or parasitic tendencies.
There are probably more applications for wide-spread drug use among humans for the benefit of negative terrestrial and non-terrestrial beings. Addicts are far easier to manipulate and control when their focus during waking hours is concentrated upon maintaining a habit. Drug users also tend to be easier to monitor geographically, as they don't move far from their established sources and drug-taking routines. Further, once the mind of a control subject has been sufficiently breached, splintered, and altered by prolonged substance use, it becomes a mind far more amendable to the kinds of ideas and programming Fritz Springmeier has written about. I was once superficially acquainted with reptilian drug dealer some levels removed from the street who was, or may still be, employed by the Department of Human Services as a Field Director, who basically told me as much. "We didn't like the way things were being built," he said to me. "So we've decided to tear them down." It was something of a joke with that one, that he always knew where to find his "cases" depending on the day of the week and time of day.
Years ago, when I'd become bored with the diminishing revelatory effects of repetitive controlled substance use, and was becoming aware that most, if not all, of the "people" surrounding me were non-humans with precise plans and procedures for my initiation into a satanic cult order of freemasonry, and later, a form of demonic possession, a reptilian agent actually said to me, in relation to my disinterest in further drug use, "You will stop when we tell you to stop." I still receive periodic "visits" while I'm sleeping from one astral entity or another, reptilians I suppose, who speak to me in manipulated dream scenarios and present truly bizarre, almost rational arguments for the alleged minimal risks involved in some sort of meth-amphetamine use "once in a while", or at the very least "one last time."
