Chi and Vampires

Could anyone help me out with a problem? I grilled Bradach on NR chat (which, btw, needs your support) and posted the conversation here. I don't understand the quote by Ra that I opened with, could someone clarify.

    <Bradach>    yeah, probably a good idea to try and sheild yourself....prepare yourself etc
    <Bradach>    though, from what I understand it mainly draws on negative energy
    <Bradach>    and you can regenerate your own energy....thus in a way possibly not being damaged much by it
    <Mahatma->    yes i tried the interlocking finger technique, you heard of that? It genuinely feels to me as if it has some positive effect. what 'draws on negative energy'?

    <Mahatma->    let me explain. i knew him for a while, he lives 10 meters from my hourse and comes over as often as he can, say 5 times a day for the smallest of reasons. then he started pissing me off, being a general douche bag. so i write him a letter saying, to paraphase 'don't call on me again, don't ask why. bye'. he then leaves me alone. then 6 months later he sees me and tries to befriend me again. Now who would do this after I treat them like shit? And i did treat him like shit, but i couldn't think of another way to get rid of him. and btw he's detestable.
    <Mahatma->    so i let him come over to my house and now i've got the same problem again, an energy vamp/douche bag who i need to rid myself of.

    <Mahatma->    basically if he needs a smoke, he'll come over to try and get me to stand by him outside while he smokes, making small talk about bullshit like the european football transfer market.

    <Mahatma->    i was sitting outside with him once (i know i'm character assasinating here, not common of me but this needs to be mentioned), and he noticed a green bug drowning in a water filled plant pot. i feel some sympathy towards the little thing and lift him out. then 'C' knocks the bug off my hand and stamps on it! Ugh i was mortified. Oh no that wouldn't work, he can't even entertain the idea of aliens what would NR do to him?

    <Mahatma->    hmmm maybe. it wasn't causing him any problems, it was totally irrational. the bug was beautiful, i never saw one of them before. 6 legs, fat green body. wierd.

    <Mahatma->    yes he might be isolated. what i can't fathom is how i could see the creator in him, like explained in the Law of One material. I mean, he doesn't create, only destroys.

    <Mahatma->    i think i label him as 'soul-less OP' so I wouldn't have to try and help him. maybe i could help him, but it would be a task and a half.

    <Mahatma->    i don't think he needs me to be aggressive. i can feel something like a 'drop' of energy moving out the top of my head when he has been around me. happened when i was around one other person too.
    <Mahatma->    it might be prana because the other person, i think took it then played the best 60 minutes of soccer i'd ever seen him play and made me look stupid on the pitch with what could have been my life force. maybe i'm sounding like a crack pot right about now. but i definately did feel a drop of energy leave the top of my head that time too.

    <Mahatma->    simply because i've knowen him on/off for about 10 years and he's always been manipulative. so i can't see how i can undo that, if he wants to change it's up to him.
