Yeah, looks like the same stuff my friend once bought a bottle of, wasn't very effective for him I guess, but it couldn't hurt to try it!

Interesting, i have had very vivid dreams by taking Kava Kava before bedtime.   African Dream Beans are supposed to cause vivid dreams too, though i have never tried them.
