Topic: For the past two days....

... I've woken up with blood in my nose. Not bleeding out but in my nose. Is this any indication of anything? Or am I just trippin'?

Re: For the past two days....

If the air is very dry in your home, this will happen. The blood vessels in your nose can be very sensitive.  Or......maybe you had a probe put up your nose.

I was thinking STS abduction right off the bat but it could be something else as well. Just try to work on protection stuff before you go to sleep just in case.

Re: For the past two days....

I forgot to mention that, that has never happened to me before.

Re: For the past two days....

The same thing has happened to me, in the same time frame. Not sure where you live, but I live in an area that typically becomes more and more humid as spring and summer come along. And that process was happening when we suddenly got a cold snap (we're still in it). The cold air is far dryer than the warm, moister air we were just adjusting to, and then the heat kicks in indoors and THAT'S dry air, and the result for me is dry skin and a little blood in the nose upon awakening.

Re: For the past two days....

I recently went back to work after a couple years.  This past monday was my first day. It is a pretty laid back enviroment. But the last 2 days I've woken up super tired and fatigued for no apparent reason.  Is this a sign of anything?

Re: For the past two days....

i have this sometimes.  It's usually because you have a bloody nose while your sleeping and it dries up inside your nose.  Your head is usually positioned or titled up in such a way that the blood wont drip out while your sleeping, but when you wake up your nose might feel stuffy or dry, and you get a tissue and sneeze and see blood.

Does it mean aliens were messing with you?  I'm not for certain.  Could just be the weird changes of weather.

Stress, negativity, lack of REM sleep brings on a bloody nose for me also.
