We can't even get along with each other thanks to TPTB and their social engineering and the US's abysmal foreign policy. Maybe Salla should tackle that little problem first. When we can deal straightforwardly with humans maybe we'll be ready for others. And I don't expect ET's to come straighten out this mess for us either.
