Topic: What does this dream mean??

I had a crazy dream this morning and I am wondering if anyone here has some insight on what it might mean.

I dreamed that NASA was launching a rocket from my front porch.  Well ok, you can guess by my having a front porch, that I live out in the country.  My house looks out onto a large pasture.  In the dream there were a lot of people gathered in the pasture, lots of cars parked, so you would think that they were there to watch the rocket take off.  Nope they were there for some other reason!  I didn't know why, I just knew there was something else going on.  It was strange to see them all gathered, so I should have found out why, but I tend not to care what "other people" are doing so I didn't go find out. 

Anyway I was too busy watching the rocket take off.  It's not every day that NASA launches a rocket off your front porch you know.  But the whole thing was really strange.  It wasn't like a big spaceship or anything, it was just a very small rocket, and it was controlled remotely.  It was positioned against the ceiling of the porch, right up against the side of the house, like it was supposed to go up through the roof, but there was no hole cut out or anything for it to pass through.  So I was really concerned about how it was going to take off without blowing a hole through my roof. 

It was right in front of the double windows so I could stand inside the house to watch it.  It was dark outside when it started lifting off.  It moved upwards very very slowly and began to glow a bright blue.  Then it just sort of dematerialized.  I was scared to death.  I just don't have any other words for it.  I was just scared out of my mind.

Then I was discussing it with some guys, not anyone I know in physical reality, but in the dream we seemed to be very good friends.  I was glad that they saw it too because I knew that no one else would believe me, none of the people out in the field even knew it was happening!  Of course we knew it wasn't really a rocket, it was something else, but none of us understood exactly what the purpose was.  I felt that I was being put under a deeper control somehow.

Any ideas what this means?  I don't know whether to interpret this as something personal, or a message about something happening in the world right now, or both.  What really stands out to me is how all the people out in the pasture were being diverted to pay attention to something else while the rocket was being launched.

Perhaps it represents your present or further awakening. The other people there being distracted may represent the general population who are unaware of the bigger picture, while you seeing the rocket launch might represent a new or coming awareness of your own.

Guess it could represent the elite/matrix control system. Look at this huge distracting thing while we use you for our resource.

Hmm...well the fact that you had your eyes on the "ball" or rocket, while others are gazing away, signifies the greater awareness that your cultivating...while others are distracted, maybe you are beginning to realize what's going on. The fear of seeing the space craft go off into space is the fear of the unknown, fear of the adventure of life we only glimpse our feet travel along the path, fear that it may lead to nothingness.
Anyways, just an idea. Usually with dreams, as time goes on, I'll come to understand mine to a greater extent...so in the end, you'll probably figure this one out too for yourself. We can only give suggestions wink

It didn't go off into space, it just dematerialized.  So it wasn't really a rocket.  I was scared because I knew they had lied to me about it, and I didn't know what they were actually doing.

I'm really not looking for some mystical interpretation, I'm trying to find out how this dream might relate to current events, which I tend to be ignorant of.

What's going on behind the scenes with NASA right now (besides astronauts having diversionary psychotic breakdowns), anyone know?
