When your experience is bringing you more 'truth', there is a sense of opening, softening, relaxation, expansion, fulfillment, and satisfaction in the Heart. This can be most directly sensed in the center of the chest, but the Heart of all Being is infinite and therefore actually bigger than your entire body. So this opening, softening, and expansion is actually happening everywhere; we just sense it most clearly and directly in the center of the chest.

When you encounter truth, the sense of your self opens, expands, softens, fills in, and lets go. The me, the sense of your self, is no longer felt to be so limited or small. It becomes more complete and unbounded. The boundaries soften and dissolve, and any sense of inadequacy, limitation, or deficiency is lessened or eliminated.

As a side effect of being in touch with more of the truth, your mind gets quieter because you simply have less to think about. Even knowing a simple truth like where your car keys are, gives you less to think about. And when you touch upon a very large truth, your mind becomes even quieter.  The truth or 'the reality' you’re viewing is so immense that at least for a moment your mind is stopped and becomes very quiet.

In contrast, when your experience is moving into a diminished or smaller experience of the truth and of reality, the Heart contracts. The sense of your self gets tight, hard, contracted, and feels incomplete, bounded and limited. It can feel like you are small, inadequate, or unworthy. The smallness of the truth is reflected in the smallness of the sense of your self. The result of being less in touch with the truth is that your mind gets busier as it tries to figure out what is true.  That is why so much pain, from contraction, in/from the Heart when issues of self, self-esteem, the notion of self, are challenged.  It is always contracting and flexing, and opening.  You can start anytime, to notice your Heart’s openings and closings, and this is wisdom from the heart, the source of inner guidance, inner strength, inner truth, your 'inner reality.'

This sense of self, is shifting all the time. It’s always either opening and expanding or contracting and tightening, similar to the ongoing expansion and contraction of our heart, and our breathing.  Your Heart is incredibly quick. It instantly knows how true something is and instantly opens or closes to that degree. It’s so fast that it never really lands anywhere. It’s always either opening or closing in response to each moment.

So, if a thought triggers another thought, the Heart will then be reflecting the relative truth of the triggered thought, not the original one. And if this triggered thought triggers another one, then your Heart will reflect how true the latest thought is. The openness of your Heart can shift very rapidly—as rapidly as you can think another thought.  The heart will actually contract when thinking certain thoughts, beliefs, harboring judgements, and that contraction can be felt, as a tight or constricted feeling. There is a certain kind of logic to this cycle of judgment, even though it results in a restricted sense of self: When the sense of your self contracts, your awareness also contracts and becomes limited, and your unawareness expands. When your field of awareness contracts, there is less possibility, more constriction.  Awareness then is more limited, and maintaining a contraction is itself uncomfortable.  Even when your Heart is contracted because of some deeply conditioned idea you’re holding, it is appropriately and accurately wise in its contraction.

If no Heart is any wiser than any other, perhaps this is because there is just one Heart that functions through the many sensings of self through many bodies and yet is not contained in any of these particular expressions or experiences. What you are is this one Heart of Being.  One being, so when one Heart then, contracts, or opens, the energy wave of awareness, and possibility, can reverberate on energy waves, as thoughts, and beliefs are passed to and from, each other.  These energy fields are made of rotating particles, and are actual atomic molecules that create reality, en mass.  The opening, and contracting of the Heart, is an individual knowingness, that does not require the mind to control, but instead is a feeling, rather than a thought.  There is a superconsciousness with this realm of being.

All consciousness is a field.  The mind is a field. The enlightened state, from Heart is also then a field of consciousness.  Rupert Sheldrake, a British biologist, referred to these fields of consciousness as ‘morphogenetic fields’, or ‘form-generating fields.' These are the fields that have shaped our evolution, shaped our memories, shaped our biological forms. Every time one of these morphogenetic fields gets reinforced, it gets stronger. Every time someone ‘unplugs’ from these fields, it gets weaker.

What this amounts to is that every time one more person unplugs from the matrix of the mind, the One mind becomes weaker. Every time another person becomes enlightened, from the individual Heart, the morphogenetic fields of enlightenment become stronger, making it easier for everybody else to also become enlightened. These two fields are in a ‘see-saw’ relationship with each other. Soon will come a time when critical mass will be reached, swinging the entire human consciousness into the state of enlightenment.  These energy fields correspond with wave particles that increase and raise vibrations in their immediate environment, based on the principle of resonating fields.  When a person becomes enlightened, allowing reality to merely BE or is being or living more from Heart, and less from mind, their consciousness makes a huge leap on this consciousness scale, which directly affects all consciousness in the surrounding area.  At a critical point, a planetary mass of enlightened people, will cause the morphogenetic field of enlightenment to counterbalance the morphogenetic field of the mind, making it possible for a mass enlightenment to take place within the matter of a few months. 

It is a matter of living with less judgement, less fear, less mind.  There is an assumption that once you are enlightened you will never feel sadness, grief, anger, jealousy, or pain, that somehow you have overcome all negative thoughts or emotions. This is far from the truth. The nature of the mind is unchanged. The contents of the mind may also remain unchanged.  But without the anxious self to dictate terms, or to differentiate so obsessively between right and wrong, black and white, tight vs open, contracting vs relaxing, you experience that the ‘charge’ of obsessing or worrying, or thinking worrisome thoughts, living obsessively from mind, begins to disappear.  It is a continually deepening experiential process.  The human was actually designed to BE in/from an enlightened state.

Many people associate enlightenment with tremendous states of cosmic consciousness, clairvoyant perception, omniscience, and so on. All these may or may not be associated with the state, but enlightenment itself, is a very simple, yet a very profound event. Several events of an enlightened nature lead to development of this natural state.  These stem from realization and experience. It is the natural state in which your body is designed to BE.

To become enlightened  then, is to be comfortable with the flow of life. If you are feeling sad, you are not trying to talk yourself out of it. If you are feeling happy, you are not trying to hold on to that feeling. Everything simply is what it is, without the additional charge of past associations, traumas and conditioned patterns intruding on the experience of each moment. You become fully present with each emotion, each experience. You find that any emotion, no matter what it is, when fully experienced, can become simple bliss.  Within that state, there are many peak or "aha" moments, but one cannot be in those or experience those peak experiences ALL the time.  There are as many kinds of enlightenment as there are people to experience the state.  This is WHAT IT IS TO BE HUMAN.

You will still have desires, but they won’t turn into cravings. You will still have resistances, but they won’t turn into aversions. You will still be your personality, but it will exist more fluidly.  As you deepen into the "Heart Enlightenend" state, you will not feel the need to hold on to resentments, fears, and traumas, any more than you feel the need to hold on to good times and spiritual highs.  These will come, and they will go.  Rather than constantly craving for what we define as pleasurable experiences, and constantly resisting what we define as unpleasurable experiences, we simply experience the experience, moment to moment, which is consciousness expressing itself through us.

It is also important to understand what enlightenment is not. It is not about losing your mind, or even changing the nature of your mind. The same mind continues to exist, although you notice that you now have a different relationship with it.  Nor is enlightenment equated with cosmic bliss, instant clairvoyant abilities, or high spiritual states. All these may accompany or follow enlightenment at some point, but it is not what enlightenment is about.  Enlightenment is simply throwing the switch wherein the sense of a "separate" or judging self dissolves.  It is a unifying sense of self, to experience, and go with the flow of it.  The difference is primarily internal.  An enlightened person can still make mistakes, still experience disappointments, still have difficulty with relationships, still experience limitations, and still be bad tempered, except that he will no longer be identified with these characteristics.  It is not required that an enlightened person always have a radiant aura or always be cheerful.  In fact, there will be times when an enlightened person will need to exhibit anger where he/she would normally be a doormat, or do something quite contrary to an established social or moral code because he/she is no longer bound by the conditioned identities and learned responses of the old order.  An enlightened person discovers joy in being true to himself.  He finds no need to pretend anymore, although to an unenlightened consciousness he or she might well be perceived as a rebel or a troublemaker.

Enlightenment (from living with/by Heart), is to peel off the layers of interpretation from a given event. To the enlightened person, life becomes a very ordinary thing. You walk, and you are walking. You eat, and you are eating. Enlightenment is not about having extraordinary experiences so much as recognizing that each ordinary moment is extraordinary in itself.   Before, there were a thousand interpretations in the mind for everything you experienced. Now, there is only the experience. 

It is also important to distinguish between enlightenment experiences and the state of enlightenment.  Enlightenment experiences are peak experiences or high energy experiences. You may go into a peak experience after a big AHA. You may already have had several peak experiences through the course of your life.  The kundalini energies within your body rise up to the top of the head then, and unite with the cosmic energies, and you experience bliss, unconditional love, or cosmic consciousness. You may see celestial visions, even journey into higher states, or heavenly realms.  Know that peak experiences cannot be sustained though, usually beyond a few hours or at most, a few days. The cosmic energies coursing through your nervous system would burn you out and short-circuit the human body, at least in our current level of human evolution.  An enlightened state, on the other hand, is transmuted into "permanent."  And, one is transmuted into it due to a shift in the neurobiological pathways of the brain, resulting in the sharpening of the senses, and the subsequent loss of a closed or judgemental, or 'fixated' self.  There will often be a sequence of one or more peak experiences, with these changes, which will eventually stabilize into a more comfortable 'enlightenment' as a permanent state.  Then, one would reach Heart Mastery.  New neuronic pathways are established, and things become more automatic, easier, simpler, in/of/with flow.

This means that by the time we get to the year 2012 AD, which is a critical point as far as cosmic cycles go, we will be ready to step into the next galactic spiral as an enlightened species, on an enlightened planet.

There is a pulse coming from the center of the galaxy (galactic core), which has now been measured and discovered by astronomers to and is known as the Photon Belt. There are also other sources of energies entering our Solar System such as Cosmic and Gamma rays. The Solar system itself follows a 26,000 year orbit around the galactic core and we enter this "Photon Belt" of energies every 13,500 years. Scientists are now measuring Pk readings that have increased six fold and we are also experiencing massively increased solar flare and Coronal Mass Ejection Activity.

This pulse, cosmic events and the entrance into a place of higher consciousness and energy, is causing our Sun to expand and become unstable. The increased solar emissions are absorbed by the Earth, and creating severe weather... Soviet scientist's research and Kirilian photography shows the electromagnetic fields of the human aura flare in conjunction with the solar flares and CME's. This influx of energy creates a vibrational lifting, excitability and jump in frequency. The Earth has its electromagnetic fields as well and the base resonate frequency of Earth has nearly doubled from 7 to 9 and jumped to 14 occasionally in recent years. Just like resistance in a wire under electrical current creates heat, the denser aspects of our self and the Earth are heating up, vibrating faster, creating a release and change.

... our relationship to Earth and the Creator are also going through immense change. There is a polarity created where some move into more exalted states...there is a drop (Forbush Decrease, etc.) in magnetic field states...This drop in field strength is often a precursor to a magnetic pole shift.  If we match the higher consciousness and energy flowing with it releasing the lower vibrational attitudes and emotions, our frequency will rise beyond the effects on the lower mental and emotional levels.

Almost everything, if not everything, goes through cycles.  Our Sun in our Solar System goes through an 11-year cycle of activity with Sunspots, Solar Flares and Solar Storms. Every 11 years or so there is a peak where the Sun has more of this type of activity than at other times. That peak in solar activity usually lasts for around 2 years. That peak also has a peak around the middle of the high activity period which, according to the scientists, was supposed to have been about the end of the year 2000. But the Sun is still having bigger Sunspots, flares and storms than during the year 2000. I feel this peak period of the cycle will continue longer than the normal 2 years. But whether it does or not is not really that important. Energy is energy and people are receiving a lot of different types of energy now from various sources. The current solar activity being one of the sources that people can notice in their daily lives.

The cycles of solar activity have been happening probably since before man arrived on Earth. Depending upon how many 11-year cycles a person as been living, the person has gone through this before, sometimes several times. The solar activity does cause people to experience different things and most people would probably like to know why certain unusual things are happening to them.  It takes time for people to start feeling the effects of solar energy from the Sunspots or Solar Flares. It can affect a person anywhere from the moment the flare is happening on the Sun until about a week afterward. The length of time the person feels these effects is different with each person, as is the particular way they feel the effects. However, a person will usually feel the most common symptoms at one time or another.  The human system utilizes what it needs at the time. Humans a very adaptable creatures and usually adjust very quickly to this type of new energy when it is received.

... more and more of the DNA chain is ''unzipping'' for those who are able to handle the new fourth-density energy structure. These people may not physically look any different, except perhaps more attractive in subtle ways, but internally they will develop greater depths of emotion, perception, intuition, and sensitivity.

Now, check this out. The Sun itself has a magnetic field, of course, and that magnetic field creates an EGG around the Solar System, which is known as the heliosphere. The heliosphere is shaped like a teardrop, with the long and thin end of the drop pointing in the opposite direction from the direction that we're traveling. It's just like a comet, where the tail is always pointing away from the Sun. There's a 1,000 percent increase in the overall brightness of the energy at the front end of the Solar System. This means that the Solar System itself is moving into an area where the energy is more highly charged. That higher-charged energy is in turn exciting the plasma and causing more of it to form, so you see more luminosity, more brightness. This energy is then flowing into the Sun, which in turn emits the energy and spreads it out along its equatorial plane, which is called the Ecliptic. This in turn is saturating interplanetary space, which causes the solar emissions to travel more quickly and charge up the energy on the planets.  These are cosmic energy changes which will continue to occur on a mass level....all is a sudden but that which has been building, cosmic energy blast.  This has happened before...and what happens to the human body will actually be an alchemical transmutation. So it's not as though there's going to be all these fried corpses lying around. When the energy hits you, you transform. Your body will actually transmute itself.  Your memory will be your sole companion.

The dark will triumph for the next few years and humans will be forced to make their choices for the cold, hard, cruel, vindictive way, or the tender, soft way and once everyone is committed one way or the other, then the dark will serve no further purpose and it will be swept away. And what is left behind is the affectionate heart of our collective humanity beating as one, under the raiment of the stars above and just as we know the names of the stars now, in that time they will also know our names and the animals will sit close by as our friends.
