Topic: The West Wing Cipher

This is dated stuff granted, but I did find it fascinating. I found this breakdown on Adachi's site. From an episode of NBC's West Wing which aired in April 03' called "Life on Mars" Aaron Sorkin weaves a multi-layered script worth revisitng. Adachi works from Hoagland's article to decipher Sorkin's message which is chalk full of numerology, symbology wrapped within the political drama. I was a viewer of this show almost soley due to Sorkin's work. This particular script is so laiden with insider knowledge that it begs to question other episodes and seek clues out from other Sorkin scripts. Sorkin resigned from the show the morning after this episode aired. That same day GW was playing pilot and announcing Mission Accomplished. Adachi and Hoagland's dualing deciphers....interesting!

Re: The West Wing Cipher

Yeah, I remember reading that way back when and found it to be really interesting and plausible.
