Thanks for all the great info and concerns. I have ordered the Essiac tea and should have it by the end of the week. I spoke to Gerry this morning briefly and she was in a highly animated mood. I asked how she's slept over the last few days and she'd said she had some odd dreams. Nothing nightmareish , just odd. I will give a weekly update every Monday....so we'll have to wait and see. Thanks again!

ShineOn Once the Tea is made up it needs to be put in dark bottles where the sun can't get in so it will stay potent,(If you didn't know this already) they have some amber bottles at herbal healer.com but you have 2 buy like six of them to hold the tea, So its easier to use something else if you have it.

Well, I'm a few days late on my update {mega dental work}. Gerry seems to be doing well. Her appetite is great and her spirits haven't wavered. As I told Starling, she started drinking Essiac tea this past Saturday. I was a little dissapointed in the consistency of what I ordered in that it was a pulverized content and there seems to be limited absorbtion. Anyone with Essiac experience know whether lemon or a natural sweetner will hurt the effectiveness of the tea.?.....This stuff is rough unenhanced....I'm up against MD's who have written her off and subsequently told her eat and drink anything you want. My wife attends to Gerry and has said the affected area seems to be stable, not appearing to have gotten any better or any worse. Thanks again for all of your kind thoughts and concerns.
