Topic: My first post-A dream

I didn't expect to write about a dream for my first post, but it affected me this morning and having read through Noble Realms frequently over the past month I knew this was the place to share it wink

I had this dream about a boy I used to know in grade school early this morning. It really got to me and made me think twice. Over the years I have dreamt about this boy on and off. The funny thing was he and I never had a close friendship but we had mutual friends.

There was a period where he had a crush on me and I think we dated for about a week when I was 13 wink, but beyond that there was really no relationship so to speak. We were however quite at ease with each other and seemed to have similar quiet shy personalities. In addition, I always felt that he and I could have had a great friendship. He was a cat person as well .

Anyway in the past when I've dreamed about him its always been sort of random, but usually I find myself hanging out with him at his house and talking. I think in one dream we may have slept together. I always awake from these dreams feeling happy like I saw an old friend, but the overall feeling is one of sadness because I haven't seen or heard of this person in over 15 years and I probably never will. Nevertheless, I feel this spiritual connection with him.

In this particular dream I was sitting with him and he and I were talking as ususal. I got the feeling he was inviting me to come spend time with him where he lived. There was another woman in the dream who was present but she didn't say much. There were also two small animals [I later realized they represented my cat who was sleeping on my bed at the time].

He was definately flirting with me in the dream, and he asked me if I remembered what floor he lived on. I thought in my head "26" but I said 19. When I said that, the woman who was with us said "26" and I responded: "I was just going to say that" He smiled at me and said to the other woman: "See? she remembers. She's a smart girl. We made some more small talk, he told me he would see me soon, then he left. I actually woke up right after this which is unusual because I'm a very sound sleeper. Especially at 5:45am!

The other funny part about these dreams is how real they seem. I actually woke up and felt sad that it was just a dream because during the experience it had seemed like it was really happening. I feel like this guy is some kind of spiritual lover or guide, not the actual guy but the dream guy.

I thought the significance of the numbers was also interesting. I always try to pay attention to numbers or phrases when I'm dreaming.

I had another dream I'll post here, that was more disturbing. Since I don't often remember my dreams I try to write down the ones I do remember, and those are usually pretty intense-like this one:

I was standing in front of a group of unknown people in a white hallway when the door at the end of the corridor opened. It was  a woman with jet black hair and piercing blue eyes. she was tall, pale and extremely skinny and she was wearing tall black leather boots and a fitted, military style outfit. I was immediately petrified because she exuded the most menacing, powerful energy I ever felt. She looked straight into my eyes and her eyes were demonic. There was no soul in her eyes and one of them was turned slightly in a different direction. You got the feeling she was some kind of expert on medival torture.

She didn't say a word but she began walking towards the group of people. And as she passed each person fell to their knees with their arms outstretched on the ground-kowtowing before her, trembling. They didn't dare to look at her directly. Since the last person was blocking her way to the next room she simply stepped on his back to make her way across the threshold. Oddly enough I didn't bow, but my point of view merged with hers at some point, almost as if she posessed me, or walked through me. Then I woke up and was upset for the rest of the morning. It was one of those dreams that have no connection to your waking life and seem BROADCAST into your head roll

What do you think the significance of the numbers is in the first dream?  And you could see if you could find your old friend.  It may not be as hard as you expect.

That woman in your next dream sounds like one of those Condi types.  I have no idea what either of your dreams might mean, but they're quite interesting.  I don't remember many of mine, so I enjoy hearing about someone else's.

Welcome! What is your take on this "other woman"? If you had first thought 26, but it was her who said it, could she be a representation of your sub-conscious/latent memories? A message to trust your inner instinct maybe? I've been fascinated with dreams for a long time, have had a few that really blew my mind away, and have had countless "deja-vu" feelings & visual memories(!) traced back to the dream realm.

Whoa, yeah I often dream about people that I haven't seen for a while...one of my friends in particular I dream about quite often.
Maybe it's a reciprocal thing...maybe he's dreaming of you and vice versa. You never know, maybe you'll meet up with him randomly on the street or something.
As for your dream about that demonic freaky Condi-type lady wink, the best thing you can do is to dispell their energy, which requires a certain degree of lucidity to do while dreaming...often times, these freaky nightmearish entities are really just lame astral entities with little better to do...realize them for what they are, say "Who are you?". They usually can't retain their form when they lie, because a lie has no intent...anything that lessens their intent, their power, drains them into revealing their form. Heh I don't know if that makes any sense, but just watch out for these type of entities.

Yes, Free_Your_Mind, I DO think that other woman was a representation of my subconscious. And its funny you should mention that I didn't trust my instincts because I've been learning to read tarot card for about 2 years now and my readings have lately told me that I need to trust my instincts more! Its also funny that in the dream I was both women and my cat also existed as two animals!

Funnily enough, later on that same day I ran into a guy I worked with and had a really big crush on all summer. He lives in London permanently and I ran into him unexpectedly last night at an event. We finally got to speak to each other which made me very happy. When we worked together I was too nervous to speak to him and he was nervous around me too for some reason but there was like this electricity when our eyes met. Last night he gave me a kiss when he saw me which left me smiling for the rest of the night! wink

I love foresight.  lol

Not sure what the numbers mean, Soloflecks, maybe I should play them in lottery!
