The key of course is the re-animation and re-integration of our own responsibility, because the first thing that goes when such responsibility is externally projected is the ability to be consistent and whole in our own ability to create. The further manifestation of this is the "something-outside-of-me-owes-me-and-since-I-don't-have-it-any-longer-something-outside-of-me-is-surely-to-blame" game. So as the reversal process engages, we will encounter every possible permutation of this issue of self-responsibility flung right in our faces to deal with, and as in any healing crisis, the symptoms will remanifest in reverse order, and as long as the intent and conscious focus remains clear to achieve liberation, each successive layer will manifest, have to be dealt with, and then will fade away, leading to the further understanding contained in the axiom, "That which is real can never be broken, that which is broken can never be fixed, therefore, focus on what is real and the rest will fade away."

We are fooled by the illusions that we can fix what is broken, and that is one of the tricks of this hologram, constantly distracting us from remembering that that part of us that is made of Original Intent and Original Innocence can never be and has never been broken. Anything we "perceive" as broken is not real, and when we allow ourselves to focus on it, we are caught in a perceptual trick caused by the polarization of reality as we see it. So as things manifest that appear broken, go inside, find where the binding attachment is, and release it. Focus on what is real and the current illusion will fade away.

.....commonly referred to as the Mystical Heart in the Christian mysteries and as the Intelligence of the Heart in the Egyptian Mysteries. When the heart center is awakened, then the impulses of spiritual inspiration and altruistic love pour in and an ardent desire for all beings to enjoy the love and beatitude available at this level of awareness is felt. In the Buddhist tradition, this urge is expressed as the vow to assist all sentient beings to reach Enlightenment. All forms of romantic love are, motivated by this search for union with the source of love.

It is in the heart center that the union of the female and male (Yin/Yang) energies takes place. In other words, when the two opposite and complementary energies within each one of us occurs, then Cosmic Consciousness awakens in the ego of a seeker – the bud becomes a rose…  and unfolds the quality of unconditional love in his/her mystical heart.

The heart center is the seat of the intuitive mind and transmuted feelings (divine love and compassion), and that it is a primary focus in meditation because it is where the universal is realized in human experience.

As the heart center begins to unfold, it attracts a teacher who serves as the embodiment of this level of consciousness. This happens on both planes, the inner and outer physical planes of existence. In other words, it is the place from where the Perfect Model of a seeker makes an impact on his ordinary level of consciousness.  It may also open his/her level of consciousness to conscious communication with the spiritual hierarchy of beings guiding the souls of this planet through intuition, vivid dreams, strange encounters and the like. Disciples may in turn act in the heart of a group working to guide terrestrial evolution.       

Currently, the energies of the heart center are becoming more active as we collectively evolve beyond the stages of con ­sciousness related to the lower, three centers. One problem in this transition, so prevalent in the New Age movement, is the attempt to live in the heart without dealing with the repressions and ego drives in the lower centers. If, for example, we are angry, arrogant, desperate, or emotionally insecure, love does not flow freely. A forced decision to be loving cannot be the same as a spontaneous outpouring of deeply felt love.

Altruistic love....is an empathy and compassion that enables us to act in a deeply caring way. It is an unconditional acceptance of life and respect of others. There is a depth of understanding and wisdom in this love that only comes from a profound experience of life, which includes suffering. It is not a projection or a form of control, but a very sincere openness and surrender to what is.  (one must surrender  i guess a little to feel in 3D, to allow those feelings in, my words). A seeker experiences disappointments, but he/she will never be broken hearted if he/she remains open to his/her potential for being in this state of unconditional love.

We might think that opening the heart center brings only peace and love. Aside from meeting with our own repressed grief and fear of being vulnerable, there are many obstacles that arise as the chakra of the heart unfolds. The heart center invokes intense forces from the soul and inner spiritual realms. The activities, or mere presence of a person with an enlivened heart center may either attract or create negative reactions in others, as the love vibration penetrates barriers and stimulate the love that has been buried beneath untold pain and suffering. In Esoteric Healing, Alice Bailey points out that the difficulties accompanying the opening of the heart center are some of the most problematic experienced on the spiritual path. These include reactions from others that range from wild devotion to extreme hatred, causing much confusion and turmoil for the seeker. However, with time, the seeker learns to ignore these reactions and withdraw personal attachments and expectations from this kind of love. With compassion and patience, he/she allows others to accept or reject the forces of unconditional love in the heart center.

The process of unfolding the mystical Heart can be compared to a rose which starts off as a root beneath the darkness of the soil gradually emerging as a resplendent rose with its delicate scent, as with the seeker whose heart has unfolded and experienced the subtle perfume of unconditional love.

The irritation and unhappiness that you regularly feel with things which are not resolved, is not love. It is an understandable reaction, but it’s not love.

How do you deal with impatience? Allow yourself to feel your sadness because of the incompleteness. About the solution not being in sight, because of the imperfection. Allow yourself to feel sad about it.

See how many detours have you taken in mind, heart, and will. And see how much wisdom and beauty that were not there before have come into existence in your soul by taking those detours, eventually. Because that whole journey through the extremes of duality is not for nothing. It has led to an inner creation that is so rich that you cannot yet fathom what you have accomplished on this long journey.

You can see this whole process that earth and mankind are in, as one big experiment in creativity. And the motive behind this experiment is the joy of creation, the joy of experience.

Even the ‘powerless’ have freedom of choice. Here also the issue is to be able to have respect for those choices, no matter how painful they can be.

Compassion, real compassion that is really full of love, is not pity but respect. The children you see starving on TV are all different souls who have made choices, which have a long history behind them, of which the fragment you see on TV is only one piece of the puzzle. I’m not trying to reason away their suffering, the issue is that there’s a depth to it, a dimension behind the suffering, that you are not doing justice to with your anger. Your response of indignation is too short-sighted.

The ‘not doing’ I would like to invite you to do, is: connecting with the flow of your intuition, and feel what rhythm of doing feels right for you now. That rhythm is often much more tranquil than you think you want.
By being attuned to this inner flow (the voice of silence) synchronicity comes into play: you only act when you feel compelled to by your intuition and everything happens in a gentle and supple way; without resistance.

This flow of heart is in essence the Christ consciousness.  Referred to as the silence in your being outside of time, space and duality. When you attune to that in your daily comings and goings, you do a lot less. Things will be a lot less busy and crowded in your head, in your emotions, and also physically: in what you do. Then you’re following the natural rhythm of your being and that creates tranquility.

However, some of you are so addicted to ‘doing’, that ‘not doing’ creates tension. It is then important to examine those tensions, because in fact, fears lie at the root of them. These will surface when you ‘do nothing’. Before you can really get in tune with your inner flow, rather intense emotions will have to surface, that will have to be fully embraced by your consciousness before they can dissolve.

You are all brave warriors. Your presence in a physical body on earth alone speaks of your great courage and readiness to fight with the dark energies and obstacles you encounter within yourselves. The word ‘fight’ I use here, ..... I use the word fight here because you are fighters, in a certain way: fighters who not only overcome difficulties with the love of the heart, but also with the sword of discernment.  Discernment means: being able to clearly recognize when energies are not in harmony with yours (so you can let them go out of your energy field). Discernment is the energy of the sword, the masculine energy, and the importance of it in the light of the theme I will discuss today is great.  The heart energy doesn’t exert pressure and is very smooth and gentle by nature. She speaks to you through the intuition. The heart gives gentle pushes and suggestions and will never tell you something that is emotionally charged with fear or pressure.

The first energy flow of the heart I would therefore call the flow of ease. In your daily life, you can clearly notice whether things go smoothly and find their natural way or whether you repeatedly encounter resistance to something you try to achieve. In the last case it means you are not - or not completely - in harmony with your heart energy. The secret of the heart energy is that she performs miracles, not with force, but with ease and tenderness.

Daring to follow your intuition is one of the most important ways to come into harmony with the energy flow of the heart, which I call ‘the flow of ease’. To follow your intuition in the context of work and creativity, where this energy is not obvious, creates possibilities and opportunities that you do not expect. It will bring you closer to home, meaning it will bring you to places where you belong with your energy.

When you live from the heart, there is no firm set of beliefs by which you interpret or value facts. You do not hold strong convictions on anything anymore. You have become more of an observer. You postpone moral judgments on any issue, since you feel you may not have understood all there is to understand about the situation. Judgments always have something definitive about them; but the heart is not interested in definitions. It always tries to go beyond what seems definite and defined. The heart is open, exploring, and ready to re-examine, ready to forgive.  When you act from the heart, you go along with the flow of things as it presents itself; you are not pushing or forcing.

When you interact with reality from the heart, you let reality be. You do not try to change it; you simply and carefully take note of what is. One key to true creativity, then, is the capacity to do nothing: to withhold from doing, fixing, focusing. It is the ability to place your consciousness in a purely receptive but alert mode.

From this openness, you may now and then sense a certain pull. You may feel drawn toward certain things. This pull is actually the quiet whisper of your heart; it is your intuition. When you act from intuition, you are being pulled instead of pushing. You do not act until you sense on the inner level that it is appropriate to act.

This runs counterintuitive to much that you are taught and are used to. You are very much in the habit of basing your actions upon thought and willpower. You let your thinking determine your goals and you use your will to realize them. This is quite opposite to heart-centered creating.

It is the strength to be totally present, to face everything there is and just look at it. You may feel empty, or depressed, or nervous, but you do not try to drive these things away. All you do is surround them with your consciousness.

To live from the heart thus asks you not just to release the habit of overusing your mind and your will-power; it also challenges you to truly trust yourself.
